There are some attitudes growing up around many sisters will teach you even without swallowing the red pill eg. taking a female's sobs and tears with a grain of salt. I am sure you have this attitude from childhood because you have seen how they can manipulate and lie greatly while appearing to cry seriously. They will even swear on top to convince you, meanwhile they are lying and trying to manipulate you.
