All Nigerian doctors are quack. You bribe the people in charge they issue you with as many certificate,degree or qualifications as a doctor. If you kill a patience you bribe police, judge and court and they will set you free.

Same way one quack doctor murdered my nephew in the name of ceacserian section. They cut the poor girl open and left her there without proper attention and she died. The problem is when landlords issue a quit notice in the morning, they expect you out by evening. Where is the sense in that? As if I'll be living under the bridge and contacting housing agents from there.

You cannot just serve a tenant a quit notice because you need the property for personal use.. especially if they are not owing rent.
