Simple. He published genuine contents when he wanted to apply, after he got approved, he started copying and paste contents.
All site that you see with AdSense and copied posts did same.
You can be copying and paste contents after approval by AdSense. But you can't do that if you want to be approved.
You can RESTORE all your copied contents after your site have been approved.

I applied for google AdSense yesterday and I received mail from google this morning telling me I need to fix some things, and so my AdSense account cannot be approved.
My challenge is this: google did not tell me what I need to fix and this has thrown me to into confusion and has weaken me.
Note: (1) My site is news site and is six months old this month. I saw AdSense displayed on a guy's site who just started not too long, and all he does is copy and paste news. I have several original contents and copied some, and the one I do copy, I do give credit to the source even when I rewrite.
(2) I do have an average of 1000 visitors per day. Even that yesterday, I had over 1,700 visitors.
(3) The website is WordPress site. Was it because I pasted the code generated under Ads rather than HITM? Could this warrant denial?. But I later pasted it this morning under HTM when I retried it this morning.
No fewer than 25 operatives of the State Security Services (SSS) on Sunday evening invaded the private residence of former Chief of Staff to Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State, Chief Taiwo Akerele.
The development is an indication that things might have fallen apart between the Governor and his erstwhile closest staff.
Akerele resigned his position as Chief of Staff on Friday night and was replaced with Ethan Uzamere, Saturday night by Obaseki.
The operatives were said to have arrived the residence located off 1st Ugbor Road, GRA, in Benin, at about 5 pm in an 18-seater bus and three operational vehicles of Operation Wabaizigan.
It was gathered that a security detail to the Governor had earlier called the Personal Assistant to the former CoS, Jasper Olowojoba to come and remove Akerele’s personal belongings from his former office.
Olowojoba, who was said to have replied that he would remove the items on Monday, was however prevailed upon to come immediately.
Security men attached to the office were said to have allowed him to remove all the belongings, after which they followed him home.
Thereafter, Olowojoba was arrested after using him to search Akerele’s house.
An unnamed source closed to the former Chief of Staff, allegedly told journalists that the whereabouts of Akerele who received visitors in his house earlier in the day, remained unknown.
“They called his PA severally that he should come and collect Akerele’s personal belongings so that the new Chief of Staff could resume, but Olowojoba said he would come for them on Monday but they insisted he must come immediately.
“When he went, they allowed him to remove all his belongings and when they were going with the last consignment, SSS (operatives) went with him to Akerele’s house. They ransacked his house and then went away with his PA, but Akerele’s whereabouts is unknown,” the source said.
As at the time of filing this report, neither Akerele nor his personal assistant could be reached for confirmation, as their mobile phones were switched off.

A friend owns the domain, it was purchased last year July. The site was approved by AdSense in August. In October, that my friend told me the account was banned. I wasn't surprised, he engaged in self-clicking.
So I February, I asked him to give me the domain. I applied after a week he gave me the domain. Early March, the site was approved. And since then AdSense hasn't display.

Yes, I did. I immediately did that after 24 hrs that the site got approved and I noticed Ads refused to display. But the Ads displayed just once after the ads.txt error was cleared. After I refresh the site homepage again, the Ads hasn't displayed since then.

I got an AdSense approved for a site last month, up till now, Ads refused to show on the site since the day I got it approved.

Earning well or otherwise depends on the tier of visitors you have. If the bulk of your traffic are made up of tier one visitors then you're likely to smile better at the end of the month.
Picture this; I have two AdSense for business accounts; for two different business entities. AdSense one has been in use for over 8 months with a monthly earning of $600-$650 and then AdSense two is solely for Nigerian visitors with just about $295-$320 monthly. The traffic on the latter is thrice the former's traffic and note, both are Nigerian AdSense accounts but with different traffic targets. So it isn't about the AdSense location but your traffic's.
You might run into issues trying to verify that AdSense account and possibly run into the hands of scammers doing so. If you can, try to sell it off and reapply for a Nigerian AdSense. What many don't realise using a false location totally violates AdSense rule and most go undetected. Should AdSense find out, such would be banned immediately on an IP level and the only way would be never to use the payee name again as well as one's computer.

Here's something most webmasters don't know. Google bots are cache based. They have been programmed to read your site's cache rather than your fresh contents. Therefore, the older your contents, the higher the probability that they would be crawled and their cached versions generated on Google.
Although there is a way we circumvent this without knowing - immediate crawling of contents on GSC. In the event that the bots visit your site and the cache version isn't available, they will generate a 'Value Inventory: No Content' response to the owner of the site.
I had just 10 contents on my present site when it was approved. Just 10. But then, the quality of the contents were crazy good and with over 1000 words each. I would have said being a Google AdSense forum expert helped me but AdSense doesn't care, not even with their product experts.
Consider the following:
1. So, it is not only about the number of articles but the quality and depth. 2. Adsense requires no traffic before getting approved. However, it is not wise or advisable when there is no traffic at hand as one is likely to get 'limited ads' notification periodically over 'traffic concerns'. 3. To check the status of your new contents and would love to see how the AdSense bots see them, type this in your address bar: cache:yoursite.com. 4. If your new contents have not been cached yet, then run off to Google Seach Console, set up your site and force crawl your contents ASAP and get ready for the bots to hit your site.
So my counsel would be that you publish all your articles at once and force crawl on GSC. 25 contents are more than enough to get approved.

And no, your site does not qualify. You would need to write original contents that do not have viral topics. The ones you have on your site have all made front page of Nairaland at some point. And even though you rewrote them on your own words AdSense not will still turn down your site on grounds of Templated Pages.
You could write some totally unconnected, but sellable contents then revert to doing your stuff when you've been approved.

Boss, abeg, I applied for AdSense last Saturday.. I published 10 contents on the site the day I wanted to apply then I saved another 10 posts to Draft. So the each day following the Saturday that I applied, I keep publishing 1 contents each day from the one I saved in my draft.
So I want to ask, if I publish all the 10 contents finish (which will make it 20 posts published in total) and Google haven't reply me before then. If I stop posting another content after that , will it affect Google's Reply? (like reject my application?)

It is generally known that most African parents take exam grades very serious even till date. A video of a man scolding his son over poor results has surfaced online.
The video, which shows a Zambian father simply identified as George, scolding his son over poor semester result, has sparked mixed reactions from users on social media.
In the video, the father was seen verbally abusing and slapping his son because he couldn't secure a good grade in eight subjects in his exam despite paying a fee totaling $21,680 which equals N8,455,200 (eight million, four hundred fifty-five thousand, two hundred naira).
Copies of the result obtained by Global Times show that the boy had got an A grade only in Music, Credit in Geography, absent during English Language and Mathematics exams, while he failed the remaining four subjects.
The result, which undoubtedly disappointed George, prompted him to bitterly scold the son with abusive words and also went 'physical' on him while the mother of the boy records the video. She was occasionally heard, begging his husband to stop.
This has generated a lot of mixed reactions from social media users. While some called for the arrest of the father for 'verbally abusing' and 'physically assaulting the boy,' many reacted in support of the father that he (father) is only trying to discipline the son to be a better person.
