Christianity EtcRev. Fr. Reportedly Burnt In His Lover's House by Campusser(op):
A Reverend Father with a Catholic diocese
in Anambra State (names withheld), who
was allegedly burnt by a cooking gas fire in
a lover’s house at Allen Avenue, Awka, has
been,reportedly, flown abroad for
treatment.
A source said the priest was flown abroad
to cover traces.
Our source, who pleaded anonymity, said
the lover died in the inferno while the
Reverend Father sustained high degree of
burnt.
“Your inquiry isn’t exactly false. His
(Reverend Father’s) relative is a friend and
he did not say anything different from your
proposed report,” the source said.
It was gathered that the priest was
relaxing in a one-room apartment of the
alleged girlfriend (who was identified as a
student of a university in the state) on the
fateful day when the incident occurred.
“The girl died on the spot, but the priest
was hurriedly smuggled away and we now
hear that they have flown him abroad,
apparently to cover traces. Are there no
hospitals in Nigeria?
“I have told them to stop covering this
story. What do they want to achieve by
hiding this story? The truth should be said
and shame the devil,” the source
maintained.
But another source, who would not want
to be named, said, “The priest was
involved in the gas fire accident trying to
save a life. All these side talks are not
unnecessary.”
When Abuchi, Onwumelu, the Press
Secretary to the Bishop of the Diocese,
Most Reverend Paulinus Ezeokafor, was
contacted on the telephone for reaction, he
said he had heard about the gas fire
incident involving a Reverend Father, but
had no full facts of the story.
Onwumelu, who said he was in a function
when our reporter called him, promised to
get back to our correspondent, but he
never did by the time of filing the report.
Similarly, the state Police Public Relations
Officer, Mr. Ali Okechukwu, said the matter
had not been reported to his office.
He promised to reach the Divisional Police
Officer of ‘B’ Division, where the incident
allegedly occurred and get back to our
correspondent, but he never did.

As 46 km Escravos-Warri Pipeline is Recommissioned
The Minister of State for Petroleum Resources and Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, Dr. Ibe Kachikwu has recommissioned the Escravos-Warri-Kaduna pipeline stressing that both Warri and Kaduna refineries are now receiving crude simultaneously for the first time in many years.

The Group General Manager, Group Public Affairs Division, Mallam Garba Deen Muhammad in a press statement quoted Dr. Kachikwu as saying that Warri has started working while Kaduna will start production at the end of the month.

The Minister noted that this means that for the first time in many years, all the three refineries and major crude pipelines will be working at the same time.

Dr. Kachikwu stated that Escravos terminal is the heart beat of the downstream sector of the industry and critical to local supply of finished petroleum product as both refineries in Warri and Kaduna are majorly fed from Escravos crude stock.

“The challenge of this country is the challenge of focus and stewardship. For the first time in many years the three refineries are going to be working and it will help in a great deal with the issue of fuel supply and distribution across the country and it will go a long way to manage the fuel crisis,’’ Dr. Kachikwu said.

He enjoined Nigerians to be more patient as the Corporation is working hard to end fuel shortage across the country.

“I appreciate the patience of Nigerians and I am committed and focused to make petrol available to all nooks and crannies of Nigeria,” the Minister reassured.

RomanceSex Education: Overcome Premature Ejaculation Without Drugs by Campusser(op): 1:32pm On Jun 22, 2016
Recent studies has shown that majority of our men these days are faced by this issue of premature ejaculation. Most have resorted to taking sex enhancement drugs like man-power, "maganiburantaishi", adam's desire etc in order to satisfy their partner or cover up for their sexual shortcomings. Most of these drugs do come with side effects, hence the need to adopt more natural means of handling this health issue. Below are 9 proven ways of handling premature cummings

Take a male-dominated position – to pull off this technique, you need a male dominated position where you control all the action. Positions like the missionary and doggy variations are on point.

Don’t thrust too fact – your thrusting improves your stimulation so try not to be too fast. This doesn’t work for everyone, but slow thrusting is better for most.

Gauge your excitement – watch it as you get excited and note when the stimulation is approaching ej@.cul@tion

Pause or exit – when you notice you are getting too excited, pause the thrusting and if possible remove the Pen.!s from the V@.g!n@. This will calm the Pen.!s down a little.

Turn your attention to her – when you remove your Pen.!s, you have to touch her so that you don’t bore her. Touching could include fingering, kissing and handling her body parts. Oral S3@.x:’ wouldn’t be a bad idea in between your thrusting

Go back inside – when you feel that your urge to ej@.cul@te has calmed, you can resume thrusting. As soon as the tension calms, you can resume thrusting. Repeat this each time you have S3@.x:’.

Masturbate before S3@.x:’ – some people have found masturbating before having S3@.x:’ a temporary solution to premature ej@.cul@tion. It aids in reducing the sperm you have

Use a condom – skin-to-skin S3@.x:’ gives more stimulation so you may dull the edge

Clear your mind – sometimes, all you need to do is have a clear mind because you could be suffering from mere anxiety

Politics6 Fulani Herdsmen's Camps In Anambra Discovered By Aerial Surveillance by Campusser(op): 1:55pm On May 26, 2016
Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra State has said that the aerial surveillance of communities embarked upon by his administration to check criminal activities and excesses of armed Fulani herdsmen has started to pay off.

Apart from helping security operatives to fish out criminals in their hideouts, Obiano disclosed that six camps of herdsmen located in boundary communities in the state have been located through aerial surveillance. The findings, he said, have prompted his administration to liaise with the leadership of the Fulani community to impress on the herdsmen to keep to the grazing terms the state government reached with term.

The governor assured the people of the state of maximum protection of their lives and property, adding that his administration has been collaborating with the Nigeria Police and other security agencies in fighting crime in the state, including the danger posed by possible Fulani herdsmen’s attacks on communities in the state.

He defended the incorporation, in the security arrangement of the state, of aerial surveillance of the state and its boundary communities using helicopters, noting that the exercise has gone a long way in further assuring the people of the preparedness of his administration to safeguard lives and property in Anambra State.

The arrangement, according to the governor, is primarily aimed at identifying major Fulani herdsmen’s settlements, other crime spots and security challenges in and around the state.
Governor Obiano pointed out that through such exercise, criminals’ dens and or other trouble spots, which could not easily be reached by land because of their remote locations, would be discovered and appropriate actions taken to preempt any criminal activities that might come from such locations.
That was how six Hausa/Fulani camps were identified in the state, most of them close to the boundaries, he stated.

The governor said his administration has commissioned the state chapter of the Miyetti Allah to coordinate the activities of the Fulani cattle breeders by visiting the camps to intimate them on the agreed modus operandi for grazing in the state.
This agreement, he explained, was developed by a committee he setup in the early life of his administration.

Under the deal, Fulani herdsmen are to pay full compensation when their cows destroy farmers’ crops or property belonging to the host communities, while the communities will pay compensation for any cow they wrongly kill.

He also said the group has been charged to warn the herdsmen that none of them should carry AK-47 rifles, guns and or/any other dangerous weapons, adding that any body found with such weapons will face due prosecution.

Obiano noted that the agreement, which is in operation in the state, has been sustaining the peace between Ndi Anambra and the herdsmen, stressing that “so far, both parties have kept to their side of the bargain.”

While debunking the rumour of an attack on Ogbunike community last week by the herdsmen, Governor Obiano urged Ndi Anambra to desist from peddling reports capable of inciting the people into violence.
Meanwhile, in a display of the spirit of brotherhood, Obiano has visited the victims of the recent Fulani herdsmen’s invasion of Nimbo community in Uzo-Uwani Local Government Area of Enugu State, and Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi to sympathize and commiserate with them.

The visit, which was devoid of the usual media blitz and speeches, according to political observers, marked Governor Obiano out as a “sympathetic brother-leader.”

SportsAnambra State FA Introduces “football Made In Anambra” by Campusser(op): 1:39pm On May 19, 2016
The newly elected Anambra State Football Association under the leadership of Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah has unveiled a blueprint towards fast-tracking the transformation of the game in the state. Amongst the programmes which are aimed to revolutionize football in Anambra state is the highly anticipated “Football Made in Anambra” which seeks to foster grassroots football. This competition, which will involve participants from over 50,000 families in Anambra state and in Diaspora, will set out to discover young and budding talents whose talents will be harnessed by the best hands in the country in an academy to be set up by the association. "1 family-1 footballer" which is the theme of the programme aims to identify and develop one footballer from every family in a fiesta that will be hosted in every community for a period of two weeks with lots of giveaway prizes including over 50,000 branded footballs and jerseys for participants and their families. The programme is billed to attract legends from within and outside the shores of Nigeria as the association looks to completely change the face of football in Anambra state.

According to a communiqué released after the inaugural meeting of the Executive Committee on May 14; as part of its efforts to set the pace and ensure speedy growth of grassroots football in the state, the committee resolved to introduce series of programmes which includes ‘Football Made in Anambra’, 'Anambra State Unity Cup' as well as focus on the training and retraining of state football coaches, referees and administrators by renowned instructors from across the country.

Chairman of the association, Dr. Ubah while addressing pressmen pointed out that the massive Games village coming up in Nnewi with over six football pitches will be a turning point towards attaining the glory that Anambra lost over the years. He further explained that the use of the pitches will be split into three categories, two pitches for children between the ages of 6 and 12, two other pitches for children/youths between the ages of 13 and 20 and the last two pitches will be used to harness amateur footballers. According to Dr. Ubah, all these programmes will be complemented by a Football Academy and School which would kick off soonest. On a lighter note, Dr. Ubah said that under his watch, Anambra state stands a great chance of producing at least 5 Messis and 5 Ronaldos within the next five years. He further declared that his target is to ensure that football tourism grows to be the biggest contributor to Anambra State's Internally Generated Revenue. In a show of appreciation, Dr. Ubah thanked the Executive Governor of Anambra State, Chief Willie Obiano for his promise and determination to support the association and its programmes aimed at revolutionising football in the state. “A journey of a million miles starts with one step and that visionary step we have taken", Dr. Ubah said.

National President of Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), Professor Biodun Ogunyemi has mobilized members of the union for strike and mass action which commenced Wednesday to force the Federal Government to revert the pump price from N145 to N86.50.

In a letter sent to members of the congress nationwide and read at the University of Ibadan Chapter where the Chairman, Dr Deji Omole mobilized members to get ready for mass resistance to what he called the obnoxious and callous policy of fuel price increment.

According to Omole, the policy of subsidy removal was the most criminal ambush from the Mohammadu Buhari-led federal government to empower the rich and cripple the poor.

The ASUU boss who said that the common denominator to all Nigerians is poverty added that the same APC government that failed to pay civil servants for months is now celebrating budget signing with the legalization of black market.

Omole who noted that many state governors who now align with the removal of subsidy ran their states aground through wasteful spending‎ added that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission should beam search lights on state governors.

ASUU boss noted that the coup against the masses adding that since Nigeria runs motorized economy, Nigerians cannot be forced to carry the problems created by the rich and friends of government.

How long before you replace Courtois in the goal post. This backward movement just summed up your Chelsea career. It pains me when I remember that Leo Messi narrowly pipped you to the player of tournament award in Finland some years back. Messi has won 5 ballon D'or awards since then and my dear Mikel is moving towards the Chelsea goal just like is passes.

Anambra State Governor, Willie Obiano, has promised to increase the salary of the workers in the state if they assist in stepping up the state’s Internally Generated Revenue, IGR, from the present 1.1 billion Naira to 2.2 billion Naira monthly.

The Governor was speaking at the Alex Ekwueme Square, Awka, the venue of the 2016 May Day celebration.

The Governor urged them to also see themselves as key stakeholders in the governance of the state and therefore give their best in the growth of the state economically and socially.

The Governor recalled that his government had earlier increased the salary of the state’s workers by 16% immediately the state IGR improved from 500 million naira to 1.1 billion naira.

He then encouraged the workers that with their collaboration, the IGR of the state can hit 5billion Naira monthly.

The state chairman of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Mr Jerry Nnubia, commended the Governor for his interest in the workers’ welfare and his giant strides in the development of the state.

He, however, asked the Governor to consider the implementation of the new minimum wage and look into issues of promotion, provision of low cost housing for workers and cancellation of all contract appointments among others.

Romance5 Things That Happen To Your Body When You Stop Having Sex by Campusser(op): 9:01am On May 01, 2016
Going from having regular sex to having no sex can come with a few side effects. Sex is like a muscle and if you don’t exercise it then it can lead to long-term issues.

Because there are so much amazing benefits to having sex, there will, no doubt, be adverse effects when you do stop.
Here are five of them below.

1. Erectile Dysfunction

Studies have shown that regular sex is a great way to improve erectile prowess in men. So, suddenly taking a sex break will cause erectile dysfunctions to crop up.
2. Immune system suffers

If you’re having a break from getting down and dirty then you may be more prone to illness and infections as your immune system becomes more vulnerable. That’s because sex triggers the body’s natural defences and boosts the functioning of the immune system.

3. Lower libido

This might not happen for everyone, but choosing to say ‘no’ to sex can very likely cause your libido to drop. The longer you go without it, the less your body yearns for it

4. More stress

Sex does a lot to relax and calm you, so when you stop getting it on, you might feel a bit more stressed out and unable to find an outlet.

5. You might get dumber

Some people believe that abstinence can help you focus, become more productive and generally more clever but there’s no scientific evidence to back that up. However researchers have found that sex can actually make you smarter. Some time spent in the sack helps to boost the growth of brain cells in the hippocampus. So, quitting sex can cause you to lose that extra intelligence boost
