No 50 year old broke man will come to ask for the hand in marriage of any young girl. For an oldman to be able to get the attention of a girl as young as that, money and influence has to be his forte. And most of them know that

So madam how many broke 50 year olds asked for your hand in marriage from 18 to 21? From at age 18 to 25 guys that approach you are mostly from 24 to 39. Some of whom are still building their lives, some are averare earners, some are just above average but you can't call them rich while some are up there i.e very wealthy (mostly 35-40).

The problem with you ladies at a young age is that you set very unrealistic expectations which are rarely ever met. You want over 6 foot tall man(90% of Nigerian men are below 6 feet), you want the one earning above one million naira a month (forgetting that only 0.1 percent of young men earn that amount) . So if 100% of spinsters jostle for 1% of the "desirable men" we will be left with so many unmarried women over 30s and even 40s women.

The thing is that being broke 80% of the time is a temporary thing. If we start asking these over 30s about all the dudes that asked you out in your prime and wanted something serious but you termed boring or a nerd or too bookish most of them have climbed to top levels in their careers. But they won't mention that. They always want to make it seem that no reasonable person came forward. Most of the first ladies of governors and even president in Nigeria didn't meet their husbands driving Rolls Royce, most wives of top general overseers of churches in Nigeria didn't meet their husbands living in a Porsche duplex in Banana island and using an iPhone 30. But you modern ladies are so superficial and spiritually blind because of the evil and atrocities you engage in. If you were not blind you can spot a man of zeal and a promising future and build an empire together. Most of you won't get married and there's nothing anybody can do about it. You miss your God sent husband once then the end. Maybe another would come but the marriage will just be work and endurance and lack marital bliss, love and harmony.
