I'm a little bit confused about medicals,especially generating HAP ID.I'm aware I will do that through my immi account after health declaration .Its a family of three,would I generate HAP ID for the other two family members?If yes,would it be thru my immi account or I would have to create immi account for them,then generate their own HAP ID.Abeg,make una clear my novice mind.Thanks

Vetassess application:Feb 2017
Positive Assessment:26th May 2017(Docs assessed BNSc, RN, RM, RPHN)
Waited for the July 1st list to see if other states will sponsor it because it was only sponsored by NT at that time.
August 2017: Applied to SA(489)
ITA: August 2017
Medicals and PCC: 26th Sept 2017
Visa application:4th Oct 2017
CO Contact: 16th November 2017(CO asked for payslips, bank statement and tax clearance)
Grant: 23rd March 2017
IED: 26th Sept 2017.

You can submit adoption papers and her birth certificate. I included my younger sister in our application, cos she has been living with us. CO requested for evidence of adoption. I also have a friend that included his adopted help and they already have their grant.

You cannot add your niece as a dependent. Dependents are close family members like wife, children, adopted children and step children. See this excerpt below from the DHA webpage:


Including family members in your application
This information is for people who can include a family member in their application for a visa, other than a refugee, humanitarian or protection visa.

Not all visas are the same. Read the requirements for the visa you are applying for to confirm who can be included in your application.

A member of your family unit can be your:

partner – married or de facto (same or opposite sex)
or

Partner

For a married partner, the marriage must be legal under Australian law. For a de facto partner, the relationship needs to have existed for 6 or 12 months before you lodge the application. The length of the de facto relationship depends on the visa you are applying for.

Eligible child
To include a child as migrating with you in your visa application, the child must:

be your child or a stepchild from a current or a previous relationship (in certain circumstances);
not be married, engaged to be married, or have a de facto partner; and must be:
under 18 years of age
or
over 18 years of age but not yet turned 23, and be dependent on you or your partner
or
over 23 years of age and be unable to earn a living to support themselves due to physical or cognitive limitations and be dependent on you or your partner (Note: The child will still need to meet Australia’s health requirement)
or
a dependent child of a child who is eligible under 1, 2 or 3 above.
Your child or stepchild is considered to be dependent if they continue to be wholly or substantially reliant on you for their basic needs (food, clothing and shelter). Acceptable documents that can show a parent-child relationship include:

a certified copy of each child’s birth certificate
or
a certified copy of adoption papers.
Some visas require that the child has never been married or in a de facto relationship.

You don't need to have a job offer for Tasmania regional nomination (489). However, your occupation need to be on their list to be successful. The duration for approval varies from case to case. Less than 3 weeks for some and others stayed for a month plus.

Hello fam, I applied to vetassess since September 2017, and up to today the best I have heard is a mail to forward transcript and verified cert directly from uni (which I have done)in january and I got a call from them days ago asking about job roles and function which I answered as I have submitted.

The thing is I have been expecting them to reach my company hr to verify my job roles (do they really do that?) instead they called me.

Do they take up to 7 months for assessment?

Am trying to believe it is a positive sign after all the wait.
Please is there anyone with similar experience? please advice.

Good morning. Please i have some questions. In assessing as a valuer via Vetasses. I worked with a firm in the designated profession between 2010 to 2013 which falls within the last 5 years as required by vetassess however from 2013 till date, I am working in a totally different profession, will this affect my assessment?

Hello house, pls I'm having some issues paying for my vetasses assessment presently. As gtbank said they've suspended foreign transactions now, other banks doing same as I heard. And nobody onshore that could I helped me neither do I have a dom account, pls advice me on the other way I can make this payment. Thanks

Depends on the assessment body..if it's Vetassess, your school has to send.

You already checked and saw it yourself. Occupation lists comes out every July. So yes, changes will occur in July. It may or may not affect you.

what you are asking for is an assurance nobody has. they can make any changes at any time. you have 6 months from now till july. make hay when the sun shines..

however, did you study a 5 year course and what uni did you attend, because that occupation is skill level 1 occupation.
