am just wondering how windows is going to compete with mac or andriod in the tablet space.

unless microsoft has made some drastic changes to windows 8 like improved startup time, unexplained crashing etc. They don't stand a chance against iOS or andriod.

BTW Vista sold that much because it was already pre-installed to most PC's. a lot of people will have happly stayed on XP.
