Brighton have submitted an offer between £30m - £42m to sign Emile Smith-Rowe.
Arsenal are yet to respond to the offer, any deal will include a buy back clause.
My personal opinion is that Arsenal will not accept this offer, or any offer.

If Smith Rowe goes to Brighton, we will be paying 100million plus for him in 2 years time.

I rate Smith Rowe very highly. He was one of Arsenal's top scorers in 2021/22 season but last season he lost his place to Martinelli I think plus injury. Seems to be out of favour there.
