Strikers missing chances is normal, not that i am excusing our attackers. But Rashford has scored 14 goals and 7 assists already this season, Cavani is chipping in with goals and assist. And we are not even gone half of the season. In 08/09 Season. Van der sar went 13 consecutive EPL games without conceding. Infact he did not concede more than 1 goal in more in just 7 matches. Bruno is by far the best midfielder in the league, we also have Pogba, VDB, Fred, Mata and Mctoms. In attack we have Greenwood, Rashford, Martial and Cavani. In our defence only AWB that doesn't have a competent back up.
Apart from the manager, how is Liverpool patched up defence of Fabinho, Rhys Williams, neco Williams and Nathan Philips better than our? Our Midfielder is far better than their own. In their attack only Sallah is scoring consistently and he is not happy, so why cant we pounce on this advantage?

Chelsea is rubbish this season even with all their signings and Lampard is out of his depth.

City is the shadow of themselves, Aguero is almost done as a top level striker, Jesus is cannot lead a title charge.

Leicester, Everton and Spurs are simply below our standards.

Apart from the Wolves and Palace games, Liverpool have not looked exceptional this season.

If our board can get a solid pacy CB, a solid rotational RB and Ole has the balls to try out Lindelof and the pacy CB we can go all the way.

This season is going to be open, if we can go 5 to 10 straight wins we can build confidence in the team and make a solid push for the title. Everton won 4 straight games and they are currently 2nd with 3 parts off Liverpool.

I guess Liverpool should forget about title challenge since they are inconsistent. They have drawn Brighton, Fulham and West brom in the last 5 games and needed a 90th monute winner against spurs to win.

I think I have come to terms that lampard is below average. we will always be in the cycle of mediocrity, lose two, win one and draw one then fight for champions league spot which will be won a match or two towards the end of season then get knocked out in second round in champions league.

You guys have to be careful about starting Cavani in successive matches close together. He has had muscle injuries for the last 2 years. Not bone or joint injuries but muscle injuries. Those are the ones that reoccur when there is fatigue and lack of fitness and also lack of rest in between games.

If Amaka loads him too much he will be injured until the end of the season. We don't want that.

Vardy is 34 and starts games week in week out. Moreover, Martial is the one that was supposed to start that Everton LC game not Cavani.
Start Martial or James in that game, bring in Cavani late on if need be, then start him today. This game is a bigger game than that Evertin game. How is this a rocket science for Ole.

Its very clear as day light that Cavani is far better than Martial as a footballer both in terms of ability, mentality and professionalism. Cavani is the one that is supposed to be involved more in league games nkt Martial

You sometimes trust scout who have watched hours of tape or have watched live matches or training sessions. Or you trust your ex-teammate who is the player's national team manager.

James is fast and works hard and obviously tries hard. However he lacks the one thing in football you can't learn i.e football intelligence.

I mean teams can sign rubbish players at times by mistake, but how ole kept on playing him is a mystery. Even playing mata in that position or even VDB as an extra player would have been better. And this idea of playing a CB in RB position, Ole has to stop it.

As for those loud mouthed class of 92 abd co. They should stop recommending players for us.
