Vdb is my idea Midfielder and I love him. Quick one two's and with progression football. His positioning, one and two touch passing, sees the game with that 360 vision and doesn't loss the ball countless times. Bruno should learn something from vdb rather than fighting with our attackers for penalties.

If anyone is picking on Martial, it's because he's the worst of the bunch.

It's only in Martial's case that we keep hearing different excuses.

One time, it was because "they took his number 9 jersey".

Another time was because "he and his girlfriend split up".

Last season it was "supporting cast wasn't good enough".

This season it's because "he's not the one taking penalties".

Next season we'll probably hear something like "he's color sensitive and the red of our jersey is too bright for him".

Excuses no dey finish for where Martial dey.

The guy is useless plain and simple.

You forgot the one wey reign well well, that Mourinho is giving him defensive responsibilities and Mourinho's system doesn't suit him bla bla bla like say no de same Mourinho de coach Son and Kane now. The issue is and I kept saying it, whenever you see excuses being made for players, know that, that player will never suceed. Look at Pogba, we keep making several excuses for him for 4 years without anything, Bruno came in and started blowing everybody away, no excuses.
The problem with Martial is that he behaves too much like a baby and lacks psychological strength, he has the talent but rarely indulge himself to work hard. Martial came into the first team before Rashford with better exposure and experience, yet Rashford is outdoing him despite the fact that Ole gave him the leading role since he came.

Martial is the only attacker dropping disaster classes week in week out, Rashford has 7 goals and 3 assists in all competitions, he doesn't need to be boasted, likewise Greenwood and Cavani who scores when given the opportunity.

Every year we must hold Martial's hand to boost his confidence. We must scratch Pogba's back so we can unlock him.

Martial is not better than 2007-2009 Nani but he was a bit part player, Chicharito scored 20 goals in his first season(no penalty), but still remained a bench warmer. But here in United we allow too much mediocrity and misbehaviour, worst still from rubbish players. Any successful team must be ruthless in hiring and firing, its either you are good and in form or you get replaced. Hardly will you Fergie keeping players beyond their welcome any signs of agieng or loss of form, you either retire or be sold, even if its caused by injuries, he doesn't care. Some examples are Butt, Smith, Oshea, Brown, Fortune, P. Neville, G. Neville, Berbatov, Park, Andy Cole, Solskjaer Mark Hughes etc.
Now we have a dozen of unwanted deadwood occupying space doing nothing. Look at Liverpool how many deadwoods are in their squad now, they sold mignolet, Loveren and Lallana at the first opportunity
