Looking at these two election outcomes they are very similar. and considering that some people that voted in 2013 have either relocated or died by 2017, you will notice that there was no boycott. while some electorates sympathetic to Ipob might have decided to remain at home, the turn out is very ok in comparison with the previous elections. in 2009 governorship elections, the turn out is even lower. so in conclusion, There was no election boycott or the purported boycott was inconsequential.

It's true that i have not watched most of his matches this season, because most of them are just one sided affair, the few I have watched versus Lyon, Bayern., Bordeaux etc, and last night, he was not as good as last season where he destroyed city and Dortmund and was unplayable vs Juventus. Last night he was not coordinated at all Rabiot, Alves and Neymar were mad at him on several occasions, he kills the attack severally, TBH Emery supposed to have removed him instead of Cavani. that been said I have only watched him few times this season, he is a huge talent.
