Brexit makes foreign academy players almost impossible. Also our 2 or 3 best academy products in the past decade were local boys.

I agree with you, but these Local boys are boys who probably support the club and live locally, and we just easily drafted them into the academy, not due to any genius scouting. That our best academy products are local boys is clear indication that the club is not scouting at all.

We need to improve on our scouting, most of these academy players are gabbage. We should be looking to getting youngsters like we did Jurado, Garnarcho and Fernandez. These kinds of deals have higher sucess rate
