Good morning everyone.

I was here on this platform in 2019 seeking for advice concerning Transportation business.
I eventually went into the business and it was a sad experience. You can read my previous threads for more information on the business.

After the collapsed of the transportation business, I venture into money lending business.

I lend money to people with the hope to get a refund with interests.

Since 2019 I went into the business, I have lent money to over 20 people and only 5 have refund the money.

Those 5 people who refunded the money, it was a fight before the refund.

Before I lend money to people, I make them sign T & C documents.
Some signed the hard copy others signed the softcopy.

When it is time to pay off, they refuse to pay. I have called them severally. At a point I told them to pay only the capitals and forget about the interests.

At a point some will make statements like "Don't disturb me. Even Federal Government owes. It is debt not stealing".

I had made arrangement that this December I will arrest some of them.

But recently I read on this platform that the police has no right to arrest anyone over debt.

Please how can I get them refund my money without involving the police?

If the money is much ,involve police and that will cost you 250 to 400k (unofficial) ,.they will arrest,but make sure they charge the bohemians to court , immediately.But if the money is small just ,trust God.

I watched Real Madrid vs Sevilla yesterday,Madrid had no reason to cone from a goal down and win,Seville was playing better,but the aggressive determination from the madrid players ,got nothing to do with tactics....Militao a defender hit a shot from the outside 18 ,the seville keeper pushed it out and Benzema followed up and scored the equaliser,the winning goal came from vinicius,who dribbled everybody and lashed out a bomb of a shot to the top corner...what has those two goals got to do with tactics? None...the players wanted to win and fought for it....you dont get paid so much weekly not to have sense, sometimes help out the club paying you.

pls Zidane had tactics, albeit unconventional cos people expected a certain style of play ala Pep but he was no Pep. Zidane flowed with the situation and adopted as the game sees fit and thats why if u a madrid fan and followed Zidane during the 3 peat, you discovered that you get confused with our play in the first half but the second half was where we killed teams after tactical adjustments. This isn't to say the players love and respect for Zidane wasn't a factor too, but we need to give Zidane his props as a manager. He came back and won league without Ronaldo and still made the semis of ucl last season with a team riddled with injuries all season.

You have some valid points in your opinions,but to me o,when Ronaldo left ,i didn't see any tactics except "cross and insha allah" .....most times it worked and most times it didn't,and he makes substitutions so late,when the game is lost and gone.
