What stops her from getting a job. she couldn't use birth control but is now pestering him for child support from a dude who doesn't want a baby? A woman can say no to a baby even if a man wants it and it's cool but when a man doesn't want it and she does, she goes ahead and gets that baby,THEN ASKS HIM FOR CHILD SUPPORT ON A KID HE NEVER WANTED IN THE FIRST PLACE?

However, I'm yet to find the law that compels a parent to be in the child's life. More so, the extant rights of individuals cannot be disregarded nor infringed upon as far as family law is concerned, bcoz whilst working to uphold one, you're in effect breaching another.

The reason for my question is that I'm compelled to believe the lady premeditated the eventual outcome (if at all they had sexxx), and subsequently kept the pregnancy for reasons best known to her. CP ,clearly, was never a consented part to this arrangement and he has demonstrated to not want to be part of this either.

However, if the DNA test proves that CP is the biological father, his right of choice on whether he wants to be part of the child's life or not should be recognised, upheld and respected. The law court can give an order for adequate child support in the child's interest though.

You asked a question and you immediately supplied the answer yourself. The child support can be sufficient for being part of the child's life. Like you said DNA would conclusively confirm if he's the father or not. What is delaying the DNA testing?

However, what is morally right to ask CCP is, "did he do or not do with the lady"?

Individual rights and liberty shouldn't be eroded in a matter such as this.
