I need your help as I am presently not feeling to happy at all. The problem is that I have been menstruating for the past 7days. This has never happened to me before. Never, I usually menstruate for three days, most times I don't use a pad on the fourth day. This time around, I was surprised to find out that my flow was quite heavy on the fourth day. Thank God I was even home, I would have been highly embarrassed. Today is the seventh day and I m beginning to get scared. I know the hospital is my best bet which I ll definitely go by weekend. This is because I work on the island but my hospital is on the mainland. Since the weekend is two days from now or let me say three, I have decided to post my problem here so I can receive advice from the medical practitioners and experienced mothers in the house. I must stress that ever since I started menstruating at the age of thirteen, now I am 28, I have never experienced this before, never! Why is this happening to me and what are the likely causes? Your response will be highly appreciated. I'm tired of wearing sanitary pads everyday. |
For me, the only person seeking for attention is yvonne Jegede. It is possible she thinks that calling out another actress's name would help relaunch her career which is wrong. What happens to the principle of fair competition? She should face it, you don't have bring someone else down simply because u want to get up there. My two kobo |
You guys need to get the real deal from her blog. I don't subscribe tay tay. Very consistent, mondays and wednesday unlike some writers. Kudos to lady glow, may God continually enrich your talent! |
For me, it is actually a combination of certain features. Starting fro m the face, I love a well sculpted face with nicely filled eyebrows and dark lashes, a broad chest over a flat tummy with some veins *wink* in the lower part indicating a power house underneath. Lest I forget, tight bony ass is a big turn on for me. #naughty# |
Thank you so much chaircover for going the extra mile of bringing me the above article. I ve really learnt a lot. My question now is, how much does a mammogramy or ultrasound cost? This is because I need to plan very well for her medical expenses. Your response will be highly appreciated. |
Thank you everyone. I am so grateful for your comments so far. I think I can worry less now with greatgod, kreamydiva and CC's comments. It feels good to know it might not be serious afterall. But I m definitely going for the mammogram option for her. I ll appreciate if this can get to the frontpage because I think like me, I think a lot of people are misinformed. Thhey feel everypain in the bosom is a symptom of bosom cancer. And as we know, sometimes worry kill faster. I mean, if the thread about rukky sanda wearing leggings can make front page. I wonder why this can not. |
Thanks Tinky. That's the first thing I want her to do. As soon as possible. Infact I would want her to do it tomorrow if possible. But unfortunately she is not based in lagos but I'm planning on bringing her to lagos to do it before d end of d month. I sincerely hope and pray this turns out to be false. I wish I can stop worrying but its really not easy. It breaks my heart to imagine my mum with her hair falling off. Thanks a lot ! |
My fellow nairalanders, I need your help, advice, recommendations etc. I intentionally typed in caps cos I m actually screaming my head off right now. I went to pay my aunt a visit yesterday. She had been asking me to come and see her for sometime now. I had been stalling thinking she wanted to see me concerning marriage issues. So, I finally took the step to go see her on saturday. After the usual pleasantries and the regular "how are you". She called me to her room. She told me my mom has been complaining of having a pain in her breast for sometime now. She said my mum has been to the hospital and she was given antibiotics and painkillers. Which she has taken and the pain is back. I couldn't wrap my head around it as the only thing that came to my mind was one word BREAST. The funny thing was that we (my mum and I) still spoke last thursday and when I enquired about her health she said she was fine. She didn't tell me anything! I called her there and then and it took some cajoling before she could tell me, I had to tell her that I was with my aunt. She said she didn't want to tell me. She said she noticed the pain since 2011. She said its not a lump and the she cant explain the pain. I am very scared! I ve not been myself since she told me. I m trying to put up a brave front but deep inside I m shattered. How bad can it get? Why this? Why now? I don't want to lose my mum. I m going to give it all it takes. What does this mean? How do I go about this, has anyone been in this situation before. What do I do? So many question right? I m so confused right now but one thing I know is that I am going to give it all it takes... |
A friend of mine just invited me for a bachelor's eve on saturday. I want to look very sexy yet decent. What is the appropriate ensemble to wear? I am thinking of a short black gown which exposes a little cleavage or a white peplum top on a pair of black leggings. Both with chunky neck pieces. Which of these two will suffice? I am willing to try something different apart from the two mentioned above. Any ideas anyone? This is very urgent cos I wanna look really dashing. I would also appreciate pictures too! Thanks guys, I knew I could always count on u. Please do not disappoint. |
Laughing so. Hard at all the responses. Sexkillz is one funny dude. I ve had boils on my armpits and my butt and in-between the holes. It wasn't a palatable experience at all. Ampiclox worked for me this time with a little dose of the beans+palmoil mixture. @debetmx ..awww! I am so sorry you had tot go through all of that. I can imagine how you must have felt. I remembered my bro once had one on his forehead. Meen! It wasn't funny at all. He looked like a foreman working at night. The thing just tanda for there like street light. Lol. Please share more. I am sure everyone of us must have had boil at one time or the other. |
Its 4am and I can't sleep. I ve got a boil inside my one of my nostrils and it hurts badly. Most especially when u can't really see it amd your hands can't get to the place. Gosh! It hurts so bad! I have had boils in some none too pleasant places in the past and I know some of us have too. Please share your experience. What did you do, I hear that grinded raw beans mixed with palm oil really works. How many have tried it and did it work for you. For me, ampiclox is my best bet. Over to you, guys. I d love to hear from you... |
1+1=2 Personally, in answering this question, I ll leverage on the concept of team work which is neccessay in every organisation. That said, let's look at it this way, 1 is greater than two isn't it? It means that for you to get to 2, you must first get to 1 isn't it? 1 respresents a team member each. An addition of which is equal to 2 which is an elevated position to which every staff employee aspires. The quest to get to that elevated position can be likened to a project in which you need a team member(1) and a team lead(1) to execute. Therefore each 1 needs (he other 1 to get to 2 which is the aspired position. I could also put it this way, 2 (1+1) good heads are better than one. The aim of the interview is to discover the good heads and hopefully you ll top the list. This might not make sense to some of you but sincerely, this is the way I would answer the question. |
I once saw a very chronic stammerer sing so beautifully on GLO X-factor. I was amazed. Then also, one of my lecturers in the univeristy who is a chronic stammerer uses 'ok' to fill the gap anytime he want s to stammer in the course of speaking. You would hear something like "you have a test..oh ok..nextweek...ok..make sure you come prepared..ok..for your own good." Someone hearing him for the first time would probably think its his manner of speaking but we, his students, know that it is just his own way of disguising the fact that he stammers. Thus, @OP you could try any of the two above stated scenarios; sing more often or try using a word to disguise yours. All the best! |
just to comment K. Is that why u quoted the whole tread.nonsense!
You should have just ignored the post. The more you pay attention, the more they feel the need to validate their foolishness. |
Hello guys, saw this online and I thought I should share... The vagina doesnt need to be douched….It smells good already. Dont try to decorate. Dont believe him when he tells you it smells like rose petals when its supposed to smell like…. Its amazing how much misinformation is out there about the vagina. Given how fascinated our society is with the female body, youd think wed be a little more informed. But from what I discovered while soliciting questions for my book Whats Up Down There? Questions Youd Only Ask Your Gynecologist If She Was Your Best Friend, many of us still have a lot to learn. To help out, Ive compiled a list of 20 things I believe everyone should know about the vagina. 1. While men do pee out of the penis, women do not pee out of the vagina. There are three holes and countless other sexy structures. Learn to know your anatomy. Get a hand mirror and go to town. From front to back, the urethra is the first hole, the vagina is the second, and the anus is the third. Dont laugh! Youd be amazed how many people dont know this. 2. The vagina doesnt connect to your lung. If you lose something in there, dont worry. Reach in all the way and pull it out. Do not–I repeat, do not–go hunting for whatever youve lost with a pair of pliers. If you think you put something in there and you cant find it, chances are good that its simply not there. Think of your vagina as being like a sock. If you lose a banana in a sockit stays in the sock. 3. Yes, its true–your vagina can fall out. Not to belabor the sock metaphor, but it can turn inside out just like a worn out sweat sock and hang between your legs as you get older. But dont fret; this condition–called pelvic prolapse– can be fixed. 4. Contrary to popular mythology, theres no such thing as being revirginized. Once you lose it, its gone. Just so you know. 5. You can catch sexually transmitted diseases even if you use a condom. Sorry to break it to you, but the skin of the vulva can still touch infectious skin of the scrotum–and BAM!Warts. Herpes. Molluscum contagiosum. Pubic lice. So pick your partners carefully. 6. The vagina is like a bicep. Use it or lose it. If you dont have a partner, pick up a battery-operated boyfriend to help keep things healthy as you age. But don’t worry–it’s usually not an issue until after menopause, when fragile vaginal tissue can scar and shrink. If properly tended, your vagina will be able to pleasure you until the day you leave this life. 7. Every vulva is different and special. Some lips hang down. Some are tucked up neatly inside. Some are long. Some are short. Some are even. Some arent. All are beautiful. Youre perfect just the way you are. 8. Most women dont have orgasms from intercourse alone. The clitoris is where the action is. Most women who do orgasm during sex have figured out how to hit their sweet spot, either from positioning or from direct stimulation of the clitoris with fingers. 9. If youre hunting for your G Spot, be patient. Stimulating this area usually requires more time and deeper stimulation than most people think. Try using a finger in a come hither motion to stimulate the front wall of the vagina, where the G spot lives. If you cant find it, dont worry. Youre not alone. Many cant–and it’s definitely not critical to having a fulfilling romp in the hay. 10. How you choose to decorate is completely personal. Waxing, shaving, tattooing, piercing, or simply going au natural. It’s your choice, and don’t let anyone else pressure you into doing something that doesn’t resonate with you. 11. The vagina doesnt need to be douched. As Eve Ensler says, My vagina doesnt need to be cleaned up. It smells good already. Dont try to decorate. Dont believe him when he tells you it smells like rose petals when its supposed to smell like pussy. Thats what theyre doing trying to clean it up, make it smell like bathroom spray or a garden. All those douche sprays–floral, berry, rain. I dont want my pussy to smell like rain. All cleaned up like washing a fish after you cook it. I want to taste the fish. Thats why I ordered it. Amen, sister. I second that. 12. The only cancer a Pap smear screens for is cervical cancer. It doesnt check your ovaries, your uterus, or your colon, so even if you dont need yearly Paps, you still need to have a yearly pelvic exam. 13. How much vaginal discharge you make varies widely. Some normal, healthy women spew loads of discharge and need to wear panty liners every day. Others are bone dry. As long as you are not at risk of STD’s and you have no itching, burning, or odor, you’re probably just fine. If in doubt, see your gynecologist. 14. Menstrual blood is supposed to clot, so dont freak out. Usually, what you think are clots are just pieces of uterine lining. As long as youre not losing too much blood, small clots duringyour periodneed not concern you. Clots are just nature’s way of keeping you from bleeding too much. Blood is supposed to clot. It’s when the clots are large or you start to hemorrhage that we start to worry. 15. Lots of vaginas need help lubing up during sex, especially as you get older. Dont be afraid to slick on some lubricant like K-Y Jelly or Astroglide. Or try coconut oil, which is a great natural lubricant- but don’t blame me if you find yourself hankering for a post-coital macaroon. 16. Vaginal farts (some call them queefs or varts) happen to almost all women at one time or another, especially during sex or other forms of exercise. Dont be embarrassed. Youre perfectly normal. 17. Vaginas stretch out when you have babies vaginally. Its natural but it can leave you feeling a bit loosey goosey. Kegel exercises that contract the muscles of the vagina really do help. To do them, practice stopping the stream of urine when you pee. There–that’s the muscle! Now contract and relax it 10 X for three or more sets several times per day. 18. Some women do ejaculate during orgasm, but youre normal if you dont. The controversial female ejaculation most likely represents two different phenomena. If its a small amount of milky fluid, it likely comes from the paraurethral glands inside the urethra. If its a cup, its probably pee. Many times, it may be a little bit of both. But don’t stress out about peeing on yourself. Put a towel under you and surrender to the experience. 19. Sex shouldn’t hurt, but it does for many women. If you’re one of those women, see your doctor. So many women are too embarrassed to say anything, so they suffer in silence. There are things we docs can do to help you. 20. Safe sex (or even just orgasm alone) is good for you. Benefits include lowering your risk ofheart diseaseand stroke, reducing your risk of breast cancer, bolstering yourimmune system, helping you sleep, making you appear more youthful, improving your fitness, regulating menstrual cycles, relieving menstrual cramps, helping with chronic pain, reducing the risk ofdepression, lowering stress levels, and improving self esteem. So go at it, girlfriends http://qwikgist.com/2013/09/08/can-catch-stds-even-use-condom-20-things-every-woman-know-vagina/ |
This is dedicated to women who have lost their lives as a result of one form of abuse or the other. To those still struggling in abusive relationships, one advice...open up your heart as well as your eyes.. There was a girl I used to know She was oh so beautiful But she is not here anymore She had a college degree Smart as anyone could be She had so much to live for But she fell in love with the wrong kind of man He abused her love and treated her so bad There was not enough education in her world That could save the life of this little girl How come, how long Its not right, its so wrong Do we let it just go on Turn our backs and carry on Wake before it too late Right now we can't wait She won't have a second try Open up your eyes as well as your eyes She tried to give a cry for help She even blamed things on herself But no one came to her aid Nothing Was wrong for as we can tell That's what we'd like to tell ourselves But no, it wasn't that way So, she fell in love with the wrong kind of man And she paid with her life for loving that man So we cannot ignore, we must look for the signs Maybe next time, we might save somebody's life I, on occassion met that guy He stirred up bad feelings deep inside Something about him wasn't right The way he proves himself a man By beating his woman with his hands Oh I wish she had seen the light. How can someone like that call himself a man? In reality, he is far more less than that. We cannot ignore whenever we see the signs. Because any kind of abuse God knows isn't right... #babyface# |

And The Story goes on… Pastor J of God’s Church in Abuja has said his candid opinion about the matter and he didn’t spare anyone or hold back his words… His words Below… For the leaders of this people cause them to err; and they that are led of them are destroyed.” Isaiah 9:16 “Let them alone: they be leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.” Matt 15:14 I was going to be silent on this sad, pathetic but true (in many shades) allegation against Pastor B and his popular and trendy ministry. My silence was borne out of respect for the kingdom of God and things that pertain to God. But all this changed when I heard the horrific tales of people who had been through the mess of this blind man, and the fact that he had no moral motivation to deny or accept the allegation; all he showed on Sunday was a demented swagger and perverse talk. My sole purpose in writing this piece is to open the eyes of the world and believers to the hypocrisy and nonsense behind the pulpit, and to plea that these wolves and blind men stop deflating the faith of people who Christ died for. I am a Pastor, a full time minister at that, and I shall not sit back while the name of my God, the ministry, and the works of other shepherds is brought to disrepute by the activities, action and inaction of a few blind men behind the pulpit. I am tired of the nonsense of religion crying out, “touch not my anointed”; does this mean we cannot rebuke ourselves when we err, this much Paul did to Peter when he erred in Galatians 2:11 “But when Peter was come to Antioch, I withstood him to the face, because he was to be blamed”. It is therefore pertinent that I rebuke the wolves in shepherd’s clothing’s. It is time to set the record straight, and please don’t sell me the bullocks of judge not, I haven’t said anyone is going to hell, but of course if they don’t change, they have only one path. It is high time we told the truth, which is plain, simple and without coloration. The stories of Franca and Ese is not only true but they are just a few tales of the tantalizing sex escapades of this clergy. This has been a recurring decimal in the ministry of the clergyman. This wasn’t the first time these stories will come forth, for those old COZA members, for those who were there when he was in Ilorin, when the church moved to Pipeline Road, Ilorin, having left Kwara Hotel, they will remember there was a time when the Pastor was suspended from ministering by his Father in the Lord, Rev Oset of Canaan Ministries. Rev. Oset sent guest ministers to the church every Sunday after that, but still Pastor B in his deceit will still minister in the pretence of introducing the guest minister, while he exhorts for minutes. I therefore laugh in mockery when He says his wife loves him, the woman has no choice. His core circle of Pastor Wole (Ilorin Chapter, the only man who maybe clean), and Pastor Flo (COZA, Lagos) knows of this fact, little wonder Ese said Pastor Flo said he knows about their adventures in that hotel room in London. This is not the story of a hater; I don’t want or envy anything he has. He cannot ever have what I have and carry; neither do I crave for what he has. I am sure no one in the city of Ilorin, where this man started is bemused by these stories, no one who finished from the University of Ilorin during the period of 2003-2008, and was not a blinded COZA member can be mightily shocked at these revelations. I have heard tales of many more victims, I even heard from a woman who knows five friends who were victims, I saw it online the other day of a guy who said he formally works for him and he knows up to 130 people, outrageous as it may sound that too is true. Rev Oset in true conscience cannot deny the knowledge of these negatives. But we are a nation of hypocrites and religious folks; we ask no questions of leaders, so they can hide under the canopy of religion, even when they are filthy. Anyone who asks is rebuked by those who say, the bible says pray. It is sad that those who say pray themselves have not prayed. But Pastor B is just a decimal in an ever mounting number of wolves in the Church of Christ. Someone told me yesterday that this can’t be the end of him and his tyranny, because even in Ilorin in those days, the allegation was rolled under the rug. On Sunday, August 25, 2013, the man leading certain blind men under the veil of religion and ‘spiritism’ said God told him not to say anything, he then said they are preparing a robust response. Who is fooling who? We must not keep quiet and watch the bride of Christ, the church, rubbed and undignified in mud and slime by a filthily rich pastor who thinks he can do anything and get away with it. It is a pity that we run sensational press and media outfit in this country, and that our press is blinded by religion. If this were to be ‘saner’ climes the press would by now be researching, there would by now be investigative journalism. The truth would be dogged up and resurrected to life. For this is not about a mistake that a Pastor made, it is about a filthy man’s way of life. And then about, “teaching a new level of grace’; please be reminded that Grace is not a license to sin, rather it empowers us to live above sin. Romans 6:1-2 says, “What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?” In my years of being a Christian, studying God’s word, preaching the gospel, listening to sound teachers, I have not heard of a grace that gives permission to sin. Stop being deceived, grace is the new dispensation, according to Hebrew 8:6-12, and under grace we do not follow any written code, law or traditions. That is done away with. The tablet of Moses is over with. But we are not reckless sinners; we are under a new covenant based on better promises. God’s law is written in our minds and hearts. We live according to His dictates. The Holy Spirit and our conscience convicts and judges us respectively. This is the only way we live a holy life. God’s strength and empowerment is the grace to do according to that written by God in our hearts and minds. I write this with a heavy heart, though I wish I never had to write this, but I pray this madness stops. I know many who have stopped going to church, many whose faith has been derailed by the act of madness of this man, and many blind men like him. If they are not going to heaven, let them stop taking men out of the straight and narrow. No one understands the pain in meeting a man, whose faith has been derailed by a man who was supposed to help establish him. For such a man, words can’t bring him back, the best we can do is to pray and hope. I indulge the clergy to be of a higher moral standard. My candid advice to the church at this end time is that the church must grow in knowledge; it’s high time we stopped bamboozling you. You must stop making idols of men. You must stop making men such as I, substitute for the Holy Ghost. Honour us; revere us… but that is where it ends. Without the Call, the Oil, and the Holy Spirit; we are mere mortal. But know for sure that this too shall pass; only the truth of the Gospel of the Kingdom abides forever. For Pastor B and his sense making COZA people, remember the word of Christ in Matthew 15:14. How many of you even live life bearing the fruit of righteousness. Stop being blind, the ditch is close by. Look into this case, ask your pastor questions, seek genuine answers and not emotional rhetorics, hold him responsible, and do not forget the word of God, “then shall they know if they follow to know…” I am sure evidence abound. Seek to know from some key PCU members (who may need to be deposited in Gods ICU). Its time you hear not only about grace, but HOLINESS without which no one will see the Lord. Finally don’t bother praying against me, I can say like Paul, “For me to die is gain, to live is Christ”, but I cannot even go now, because I am yet to fully finish the task set before me. Don’t waste your time using misguided scriptural interpretation. This I write is true, and I am sorry if you don’t like it. Your Pastor, and every other wolf whose conscience is not seared knows it is the complete true. God bless you. God bless His Church. God bless Nigeria From Pastor J God’s House Pastor J is the first to openly speak on this matter and he has said a lot…. Let’s know Your thoughts and comments about all these below… Have a great weekend |
