InvestmentRe: See The People That Crashed MMM Nigeria - CareerCrewBlog.com by careercrew1(op): 9:49pm On Dec 17, 2016
2 Greedy Nigerian participants:

Yep, most participants that took part of the Ponzi schemes were very greedy, whether we like it or not that is the bitter truth. Greedy in the sense that you were advised on the MMM Nigeria website to invest only your spare cash in the program but did Nigerians listen? No
After the crash of MMM Nigeria, you will start hearing people confessing that they put their life savings into the scheme, some put in their children school fees into the Ponzi scheme while others went as far as using their house rent in order to get a higher return. Of recent we have seen how a husband beat the living daylight out of his wife for using their savings to invest in the Ponzi scheme, infact I know of a sales girl who stole her employers half a million Nigeria to invest in MMM. Now that the money is gone, who is to be blamed?

InvestmentSee The People That Crashed MMM Nigeria - CareerCrewBlog.com by careercrew1(op): 9:38pm On Dec 17, 2016
It is no longer news that MMM Nigeria has crashed but what had eluded the news is the people whose actions actually led to the crash of the popular Ponzi scheme. Every participant who put their funds into the Ponzi scheme has been calling for the head of Mavrodi, however, as an observer I sat down, analyzed and finally was able to fish out the real major culprits who should be blamed for the crash of MMM Nigeria.

1 The MMM Nigeria Guiders:

As a guider in MMM Nigeria, you get 10% of the help provided from every downline or referral that are duly registered. This means that if you as a participant is to provide help of N100,000 your guider will get N10,000 richer. Now, a guider that has about let’s say 100 downline for example and each of the downlines are providing help of N100,000 that means that the guider will get N10,000 X 100= N1Million each month for doing nothing. So cool right? Wrong!! Pulling out such huge amount will lead to a major financial strain on the system, that’s why a lot of people couldn't get help anymore.

A perfect example is the Number 1 guider Chuddy. If MMM has a participant of over 3Million people and each of the people provide an average help of about N10,000 monthly, this means that Chuddy the number 1 guider will be cruising with N10,000X 3M= N3Billion monthly. This amount alone is enough to crash the system as one man eats virtually almost all the cake. Now, add all the guiders (over 12,000 guiders) to this equation and you will see that the guiders were eating the lion’s share of the cake without giving help back. All what a guider do is to log in, check how many people have provided help and then cash out. Most do not even provide help at all that’s why the system crash.
Honestly, these guiders don hammer on top participants head.

Business5 Businesses You Can Start With Just N250,000 by careercrew1(op):
With the current economic outlook in Nigeria and increase in cost of goods and services, making ends meet and taking care of daily demands/ expenses in the country on only one source of income is getting burdensome.

Even if you are currently working, it is advisable to get another extra means of income to enable you meet up with the ever growing demands and sharp increase in cost of goods and services in the country. So it is advisable to be both an employee and an entrepreneur to earn extra cash.

There are different businesses one can do and this article will give you an insight into various businesses you can start with a little as N250,000 initial capital. However, remember to carry out the necessary research about the business you which to start, basic requirements and most importantly, get a mentor that will assist in various areas you have any challenges.

Barbing saloon and beauty Saloon:
Running a barbing saloon or beauty shop is highly lucrative as most people will need to have their hair cut, both finger nails and toenails done or even their hair plaited (for women). Starting this lucrative business is very easy, all the basic equipment you need for are a big mirror, 3-4 sets of clippers, after shave cologne, powder, hair brush, generator, piece of cloth for cover and a shop to rent. For beauty shop you need the basic equipment like Hair dryers, straightener, rollers, mirrors, table with drawers, combs and brushes etc. You can decide to either employ someone who will work for you or if you are currently unemployed, this is a very lucrative business to start with.

Laundry Services:
There are so many working class and business men/women who rarely have the time to wash their clothes due to work and busy schedules. You can set up a professional laundry business and earn extra cash by employing washer men or buying a washing machine, renting a spacious shop, getting pressers, available water tank and a stand-by generator. With this and further research on the business, you are good to go and start making that cash.

Photography:
Photography involves taking pictures and capturing memorable events but you will need to get some professional training to acquire the basic photography skills before you venture into this particular business. Ensure you have the requirements needed for photography like a camera, laptop for editing, studio etc. If you are working, this will be very good business to venture in to earn extra cash as you can work over the weekends focusing mainly on weddings and special occasions.

Football viewing center:
Football business is a very lucrative business as people are looking for a place where they can interact, discuss football, watch matches uninterrupted and relax. This is a very lucrative business as football is a unifying sport that attract people from all around the country sitting down to support either their country or favorite club and since the arrival of DSTV, Startimes and GOTV, doing this business is very easy. All you need is to rent a shop or space, subscribe to cable television (e.g. DSTV, Startimes and GOTV), flat screen TV, speakers and sale of soft drinks and other refreshments (this is optional).

Catering/ Food Vendor:
One basic necessity that is constant is that people must always eat. Either poor or rich, food is a very vital substance that keeps everyone going as nobody can function properly without food. For one to run a catering service or open a food restaurant, you have to be a good cook. If you aren’t good in cooking, you can learn by enrolling in cooking schools to boost you chances of being successful in this business. Ensure that the place you rent is very clean and fully equipped with all the cooking items and ingredients. You also need to employ about 3-4 staff that will assist you in running the business successfully.

Overall, it is advisable to have a mentor in any business you wish to start up who can give you the basic advise, dos and donts to ensure that your business is successful

CareerPublic Speaking As A Career by careercrew1(op): 11:44am On Aug 04, 2016
Public speaking is the process of passing information and connecting with an audience or a large gathering of people via speech. Hence a professional speaker is someone who talks to a large audience or group of people.

So how can you become a professional public speaker?

Before I go ahead, one thing you have to take note is that public speakers are confident, have very good oratory skills, good command of language, organized, outgoing and know how to motivate their audiences. Don’t be worried if you do not have any of these qualities yet as you can learn and acquire all these skills and qualities.

Most times we give public speeches to our families, neighbours, friends, colleagues at the office even when making a presentation to your supervisor or boss, we give speeches. What am I trying to get at here? I am letting you know that anybody can become a professional public speaker as you do not even need a specific degree before you become a public speaker.

A lot of people have made a decent career and earned huge income from public speaking, so before you decide to select public speaking as a career ensure that you have made adequate research about the job and how you can become a professional public speaker.

You can become an effective public speaker by following these processes;

Attend some public speaking course:

It is advisable to attend some courses on effective public speaking which will enable you learn how to develop your confidence, organization skills, command of language, oratory skills, communicating and motivational skills.

Focus on specified areas that you are passionate about for example business, investment, health, culture, politics, etc. Also, try and take some courses in sociology and psychology or you can go the extra mile by getting a professional certification to let your audience that you are a professional speaker.

Know and Understand your Target Audience:

Before you delivery your speech it is advisable to do your homework and understand your audience. Make proper research about the people you are going to meet and speak to, learn their culture and language even if a little bit. This will enable you connect positively with them and create a good rapport with your audience. Make your speech on point and avoid cracking jokes unless you are very good at humour.

Try to practice on a small audience first to boost your confidence by giving a speech to some group of friends, families or relatives. Let them give you feedback on how you coordinated and deliver your speech. You can also record your speech and work on areas that need adjustments. This will help you develop on yourself better.

Market yourself:

You have to advertise and market yourself to get offers to deliver a speech. Make your service free and even offer giving out free audio CDs, flyers and pamphlets of your previous speeches to some people in the audience stand and even the organizers of the program. This will go a long way as there might be someone who might come in contact with your audio CDs or flyers and fall in love your speech which will lead to them eventually contacting you.

Earn from speaking:

After you have advertised yourself and offering free speeches for some time, there will definitely be someone or company that will love your speech and invite you to deliver a speech at a specific amount. Once this happens, your career as a professional public speaker has been taken to a whole new level.

Overall, you have to be passionate about being a professional speaker and build a positive charisma to solidify your presence as a good orator

Hi guys , I took all your adds and this is what I came up with, this is 1000% my concept.

Pls what do u think?
Nice..You are gradually getting there. Now, try to add you accomplishments in your work experience. .For example, let's say you taught SS3 students before their WAEC or NECO exams and the success rate of students that passed your subject is about 90%, then you can add it as an accomplishment under that specific work experience. .This will boost your chance of getting the job if the job role is inclined towards your teaching experience.
Hope this helps.
