My own grievance is that the World bank’s solar acquisition fund $750m meant to cushion the high initial cost of getting solar systems was directed away from those who truly need it in the cities to Rural Electrification Agency (there own way of protecting the non performing GENCOs and DISCOS)

They have destroyed the Honors roll in Nigeria

Fawehinmi, Achebe & others saw it coming and rejected their national honors if the caliber of people being given were as being seen

Exactly, why should someone from the registry of an institution accept to give a student forged certificate Does that means no other official way of handling such matters?? I hve cases of people in this situation but school issued letter and attached his transcript instead.

Now she’s supposed to SIMPLY OBTAIN AN EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE to that effect, why would she go ahead to forge that when all she needs to do was apply to NYSC for it?
She applied (and those that helped her thru the process and later were used to expose her) got her a fake one just as I had gotten fake drivers license from the government licensing office in the past (the officers THEN o were taking/making the monies for themselves)!

They wanted her out because they wanted to use Hadiza and Emefiele to loot and they achieved it.

The $750m funds for solar from world Bank since 2021, govt said it's for rural areas only! How many rural dwellers begged them for light? What's their consumption & how many are ready to pay?

This is another $500m for same energy but they'd rather lord their inefficient cronies - GENCO & DISCO over us to make monopoly money selling darkness rather than allow them die by liberating us with alternative energy.

Nigerians can do it. Lekan Salami Stadium was done by local contractors.
You'd notice that project costs are an issue unless we localize those rates with good questions asked.

How much & how long is tractor hiring to level that pitch?

I suspect most of the money went to the pitch installation. Leaving limited money for the stands.

It just crossed my mind that there was some under-the pitch drainage (no, not your drainage you know!), put in. Putting in a drainage system at 5 dollars per square foot, and noting that a soccer field is 81000 square feet...that's about 430000 dollars for drainage system

I also came across maintenance and replacement costs, which I will not include here for now.

Lagos State - registered voters = 7,060,195
APC = 762,134; LP = 312,329 (total votes less than 1.2m)

Oyo State - registered voters = 3,276,675
Winner PDP = 563,756. APC = 256,685 (less than 800,000 voted)

Rivers State (with all the noise) reg voter = 3,537,190
PDP = 302,614. LP = 95,274 (that's less than 400,000 voters)

The pattern is same for ALL the states (yes generalization is wrong but not in this case) and not just for the last election o

Comment sections on social media are rife with Southwesterners now insulting Elrufai and trying to rewrite history. Yorubas are never beating the allegations. Tinubu has only succeeded in showing the North that he cannot be trusted and his words are not bankable. Never write Elrufai off. His comeback will be epic!

APC's 2027 campaign in the North will lack momentum and will be lacklustre. The Northerners Tinubu has surrounded himself with will barely deliver.

P.S: The headline is sensational and incomplete. Even the blind knew Elrufai supported Tinubu in 2023 but he WILL oppose him in 2027 and justifiably so. He has the support and blessings of young Northerners to do so. Some of us only voted Tinubu in 2023 because of Elrufai.
