This is something the western world fails to realize. Am v sorry for them pushing freedom to folks that will never reciprocate!

1. Most people don't realize the amount of money being voted to the NE of Nigeria. The FG has told her donor agencies that is where it needs rebuilt..

2. Let's see the hostels and lecture halls/classrooms of the referenced sch here....
I was opportuned to be in Damaturu when a former sch was upgraded with N2b.
Only the senate building and VC's personal residence became new modern facilities with the whole funds FG provided after 5years of getting the funds. The rest remained the same old secondary sch structures !!!

All claims towards infrastructures are useless as long as we do projects at the rates government does it without local content -
eg why should a minister ever try to resurface Abuja airport for N6b!!?
Why would Agric minister say cashew processing machines is $2m when you can get it for less than $5k (check alibaba)
Why do we build roads @N1b/km (take Lagos - Ibadan) & how many can we build at such rates?
Why could private universities come up with better structures with same fund but FG' would only have the Admin & VC' lodge as master pieces (the rest would be the inherited sec Sch buildings)

simply obeying and following God's words & principles YOU can find or have yourself a wife.

3. let's digress (I pray & hope this helps someone understand better) and consider something analogous (I agree not exactly the same) by asking us to think about naming of children. And we can agree on importance/spiritual essence of naming/names.

Yet a matured man CAN AND SHOULD simply give his offspring a name and asks God to bless the kid with it.
as simple as that is, it's spiritual enough yet with no dramas.

Now what happens when someone insists to fast & pray/ask God for the name so as to fit the few examples of people with "divine intervention" names (eg John & Samson unlike Moses/Esua) without considering some of those were about given other names AS NORMALLY DONE till God stepped in??!

Well, the above is what most want to do with marriage without considering their mind set.

So Op, please read the Bible teachings on marriage; find by yourself and judge your decision/criteria by the Bible s standard (if God wants to stop or correct you this is when & where it happens - He will step in to do. But if not, go ahead; then present yourselves to God to bless the Union.

yes the payers already do pay the transaction charges...and it makes no sense increasing it.

but Remita has a % charge agreement on funds collected with the government on another side - that's what they ought to reduce or sort out BY DEVELOPING THEIR OWN SOFTWARE OR CODES & stop using 3rd parties.
That way, they only pay a one-time fee for the developers and own the infrastructure themselves thru CBN of Min. of Finance or whatever agency they chose.

and the phones with IMEI can be traced, disabled or recovered if need be.

We can and should have the service already.

I rem hearing at Landmark's opening, Covenant Univ. being set up with about N4b and Landmark UNI for N6b years later WITH ALL RESOURCES AVAILABLE unlike Covenant's construction;
yet if the Govt. gives exactly the same amount to our University Dons and or Ministry of Education - after 20yrs all you will get is the secondary sch they inherited built into longer rooms & architecturally dull lecture theaters ; there will be no adequate student hostel! only a wonderful well built VC/senate/admin office and esp the VC's personal residence(s) will be done to CU/ABUAAD & others standards.
