Laptop pricing goes beyond Specs....Brand, Generation and other factors play large role in laptop pricing. Take a look at the attached pic, that’s a 7th gen spectre which is far expensive than the link you posted with lesser specs.
I think you need to understand that some brands are PREMIUM and LUXURY as well...
