Ojiofor:
Ceaseless Caseless come and listen to your APC prophet. Now who invited him to Bayelsa state politics? I'm waiting to confirm he said this. But just as you know, people were asking if he said anything concerning the bayelsa's case, I'm sure he got wind of that comments in some quarters which were not so pleasant, so he's responding now. People invited him to Bayelsa's case , if he's the one who said this. I've been saying it that Alaibe might seize this from Diri. I don't need anyone to tell me that. |

ZombieHUNT: Fake news alert I'm not believing it . But the one I thought was impossible was that of Hope uzodinma, and it happened. With supreme court, everything is possible. What I see here is APC working to make sure Diri does not enjoy this. I see Alaibe taking it. |

On a serious note, it's a clear judgment and I don't know why the chameleonical degi is not in chains yet. I feel insulted that Bayelsa people lost the person they voted to one fool was was in the habit of changing names but was very poor at it. Stupid man! Whoever hoisted that man on them should be suspended from the party and I'm sure that's Timipre Silva. Unless there's a miracle somewhere, the supreme court might not reverse that decision. But we should find a way to separate the governorship candidate from his running mate who he chose alone and not via primaries. Iheadioha has a case though. Diri right now...

I swear the more she approached was the more my heart beat increased, sweating profusely even it got to some extent that my legs wasn't steady anymore, so I pretended I didn't see her as she passed. Maybe I was born with this skills. I'm a bit shy, but not when I'm interested in a girl. I'm always confident that if you stay and listen to me, I'd have your heart. So it's always easy for me. I've never practiced anything before meeting them, what to say come on the spot. As far back as primary 3-4, I already had a girlfriend. I feel comfortable when she sees me on uniform or in school, but outside school, I see her and I dodge. I wish I could find that girl again. Women are really powerful. You go de follow your younger sister mate , fear de catch you sef and your younger sister de call you "broda" for house. |

ChristianNorth: Very good lawyer and one of the finest but not a match to Wole.
You can win Wole in a trial court but you must be a beast to win him at SC.
In fact, we have a Support Analyst whose work is to collect and analyze wole's and Ikpeazu arguments. You have to give to Wole anyway. He earned my respect on rivers and akwa ibom elections in 2015. The same argument he pushed in rivers case was the argument he defeated in in akwa ibom case...and he won both cases. |

Because the pdp is doing same, they want to. They are also citing the case of Adamu Mu'azu in 1999...holds no waters.
I will try to get more facts yet protect the individual. If you what I mean. okay! You sure have to protect that individual - he's a source of material resource. |

engineerboat: The ground they are seeking review bothers on using Kogi case study.
They are two separate events that never agree to each other.
In kogi case 1. Result had not been announced 2. Fake does not contest in APC governorship primary (a ground PDP could have used at the tribunal) 3. APC is at the Mercy of using their discretion to give another replacement.
In bayelsa case it was a pre-election matter. 1. Their undoing was going ahead to still present the man after the high court judgement. They were using strong head, they were advised to replaced the man. But no they went ahead
Well let's see how it plays out at the review next week Silva fvcked up by hoisting that man on them. |

ChristianNorth: Wole (father of technicalities) and Ikpeazu would have won this case against Ustadz Usman or at least get something better than this, though they are likely to lose at the trial and lower courts because of our electoral act.
In SC everything is possible because they have the power to set and set aside precedents. All you have to do argue intelligently and use technicalities. While Onnoghen Supreme Court relies mostly on the merit of the matter and natural justice to arrive at their judgement, Tanko's Supreme court is just unpredictable.
They don't know when to use technicalities, precedents and equity.
I have never seen a court so useless.
Anyway, Bayelsa judgement is apt and their finest in recent times. Ustaz Yunus is a good lawyer too. |
