A 38-year-old man, Mr Simon Emeka has been remanded by a Makurdi Chief Magistrate Court for allegedly raping his 7-months-old daughter, Proper Emeka.

At the hearing on Friday, the Police Prosecuting Officer, Sergeant Friday Kanshio told the court that on June 1st, 2020, one Josephine Habba of number 34 Modern Market Road Makurdi went to the Nigerian Police Force ‘D’ Division Makurdi and reported the matter.

“In her account, she said on the same date she went to Jestic Hospital in Makurdi with her daughter for treatment and she heard one Mrs. Favour Emeka crying and telling a nurse that her seven-months-old baby girl named Prosper Emeka was raped by her husband Simon Emeka.”

Bukky asked, "Vivian, could you get the bacon and eggs for me while I get the pan ready?"

Vivian opened the fridge and found the bacon in one of the bumy drawers. The eggs were up high and she couldn't reach them. As she started pushing a chair toward the fridge, Ike stood and walked toward her.

"Vivian, let me help you with that." He lifted her so she could pull out the carton of eggs.

"Thank you. Here Mummy. Mr. Ike helped me."

"Thanks Vivian. Why don't you take a seat at the table while I fry the bacon." Vivian ran over to the table and surprised everyone by going to Ike.

"May I sit in your lap?"

"Sure, sweetheart." He lifted her and she sat on his knees with her elbows on the table.

Onome said, "She likes your lap more than she likes those pillows."

Roli whispered Preciousd enough for everyone to hear, "I do too, Vivian." Everyone smiled. "Vivian, while the guys are eating, why don't you and I go up and get dressed? We need to choose outfits for you and me."

"Okay."

Onome put in, "I'll go with you. Will you help me pick an outfit to wear?"

"Okay." With his help, Vivian jumped down from Ike lap and took Roli's hand to go up.

When they were out of earshot, Dele asked, "You see what we mean about Vivian?"

"She's only four?"

"Yes."

"That's very hard to believe. Four going on twelve."

"Exactly."

Upstairs, Vivian was going through all her clothes to pick the ones she wanted for the day. Roli gave her suggestions and helped decide which socks and shoes to wear.

"Let's take a shower, Vivian, and make ourselves squeaky clean."

"Okay."

Roli adjusted the water temperature and brought fresh towels before stripping and helping Vivian remove her clothes.

They stepped into the shower together. Vivian began washing herself and said, "Aunt Roli, you're pretty."

"Why thank you, Vivian. I think you're a beautiful young lady."

"Mummy says I won't look like her when I grow up. Will I look like you?"

"That's possible. Your hair is probably going to turn lighter and be blonde like mine and I think you're going to be fairly tall since your dad is. You're definitely going to have a lovely face."

"Do you like Mr. Ike?"

"Yes I do."

"He's very nice. Did you let him use a drop of fragrance?"

"No. Why do you ask?"

"He smelled good this morning."

"I'm sure that was the body wash from my shower. He probably used it."

"I use soap. Mummy let me use a drop of her fragrance. Daddy liked it."

"Would you like a drop of mine?"

"Yes, please."

After they were dressed, Roli handed the open fragrance bottle to Vivian who expertly used one finger to put a drop on her neck.

"You did that very well and put it in the perfect spot."

"Mummy showed me."

"You really like Mummy, don't you?"

"Oh yes. She's very nice to Daddy and me. I have a good time with her."

"I know she likes you very much."

"She said that she and daddy need time to decide if she will be my new for real mummy. Why?"

"Sweetheart, she and your daddy need time to make sure they love each other. Love between a man and a woman takes time to develop and it's very important."

"How do you know if you love someone?"

"Vivian, that's a very complicated subject. Can we talk about it later? Mummy is a better person to ask than me."

"Why?"

"I think she has more experience with love than I do."

"Okay."

The girls joined the guys after they were dressed. Vivian took her game and without any delay, the tournament was organized. Vivian, Dele and Ike challenged the three sisters with the winners getting to eat whoopee pies fed bite by bite to them by the losers.

Vivian came up with the idea for that bet, of course. It would be the best two out of three games to determine the winner.

Three days after Tosin started living with him, it seemed she had permanently come to stay with him.

Today, she brought more of her things to Dayo’s place. She no longer referred to the place as ‘his’ place but ‘our’ place. He did not really mind. From all indications, the days of living with a live-in-lover had come to him.

The greatest opposition she had was from her mother.

“How could you just pack to a man’s house and start living with him like that?” she had berated.

“Do you have to cheapen yourself before him?”

But Tosin’s father saw nothing wrong with her move.

“Do you really love him? Above all, does he love you?” he had asked his daughter. “If the answer is yes, then go ahead. This is the first step towards establishing a long-lasting relationship with him.”

That had emboldened Tosin more and she had brought more of her things. A couple of hours ago, when she wanted to move those things, her sister had accosted her.

“So, who’s this guy that you want to fall yourself over for?”

Tosin smiled wanly. “He’s a colleague at work,” she answered simply.

“Just a colleague?” Funmi had looked horrified.

“Just a common colleague? Dear Tosin, when will you grow up and look for things that are really the standard things that you should have?”

Tosin would not be deterred. “I’m in love with him and he’s in love with me; and that’s what matters.”

“Love?” Funmi had snickered. “Who’s talking about love? You need a man that can really take care of you and your needs. Who is still talking about love these days?”

Tosin had shrugged it off. Funmi was always talking like that. She was always talking as if everything started with and ended with money.

She packed more of her things and was now back in Dayo’s house.

“What do we eat tonight?” she asked him.

“Anything my darling prepares is okay.”

The previous day, she had made some soup and stew. “What about wheat meal and egusi soup?”

His face brightened up. “Oh, that will be very fine. I will love that.”

She went to the kitchen to prepare the food. He followed her there and they chatted. Some minutes later, the food was ready.

She dished it inside plates and they went to the sitting-room.

She mouthed a short prayer before they started to eat. Mid-way into the meal, his doorbell rang.

The door was not locked, so the person turned the knob and entered the sitting-room. No, it was not Saidat that had come to give him a mischievous message. This time, the intruder was Gloria.

He was surprised to see her.

Dave had treated her specially. She had eaten barbecue and taken non-alcoholic wine to her satisfaction. Now, all she needed was sleep.
Her phone started ringing as soon as she stepped inside her room. Could that be Dave? She checked the caller and hissed the moment she knew who was calling.

It was Akinola, her ex. At first, she decided to ignore it, but it kept ringing and ringing that she finally picked it up.
“Yes?” she said, not so pleasantly.

“Funmi darling, are you still cross with me?”

She felt like bursting into laughter. What a question to ask. How could he be asking that when he knew that she was actually mad at him?

“Why don’t you save your time and energy by not asking stupid question?”

“Ah,” he sounded exasperated. “I thought we have settled everything, now. I even expected to see you at my place this evening.”

Again, she felt like laughing. How could she go to his place when she was enjoying the lush company of another man?

“Akinola, get this into your head. It is all over between us.” She repeated it slowly and emphatically as if he had difficulty in hearing: “It is all over between us.”

“But, you cannot do this to me, baby. Remember the wonderful time we had together.”

“And remember the ugly time we had,” she chirped in. he could have been a good lover, but he was given to excessive jealousy and could be violent. These were tell-tale signs that things would be tough if she should go ahead and marry him. On that premises, she had severed the relationship.

Besides, she had a new man in her life. Dave was going to be a better lover, she had no doubt.

“Good bye, Akin. Best of luck.”

He was still trying to say something but she cut the communication. He should get himself another lover and move on with life, she thought.

That was what she had done.

Onome walked in and overheard the discussion. "What changed last night?" The sisters filled her in as they sipped coffee around the table.

"I have to admit that you surprise me, Roli. I didn't think I'd live long enough to see you make a commitment to one man. At least you've known of him and been around him a long time."

"Yes, I was serious last night when I told you he was the cutest guy in school and I wanted him to ask me out, even though he was a year younger. If he'd given me any encouragement, I'd have been bouncing on his dick in the school hallway. My heart just melted last night when he told me his feelings."

Bukky asked, "Do you realize how our lives have changed the last two months? I never saw any of this coming."

"Nor did I," replied Roli.

"Me neither," put in Onome. "We're three very lucky girls to have come to this point, especially after Bukky could have been killed."

"Mummy." It was Vivian’s voice.

"Hey Vivian, we're over here." Vivian came around the corner and saw the girls.

"Can I get you a glass of milk?" Bukky asked.

"Yes please." Vivian came running in her pajamas to Roli who lifted her to her lap.

"Did you sleep well, sweetheart?"

"It was okay. I missed Miss Halima."

"Bukky said you gave her a weekend off to rest."

"Yes, but I still miss her. Mummy, can I have a cookie?"

"You can have one later. But for breakfast, we need to eat other good food. How about cereal and milk?"

"Do you have strawberries?"

"I think so."

"Good, that's what I want." All the sisters decided on cereal with fruit and the four ladies sat around the table. Onome pulled two pillows from the sofa to make Vivian a booster seat.

As they were finishing the cereal, Ike and Dele came down, dressed for the day. The girls cheered that the sleepyheads were finally up. Both came to the table and leaned into their partners for quick kisses.

They greeted Bukky and Vivian with sweet kisses on their cheeks.

Vivian asked, "Can we play now?"

Bukky replied, "Let's fix breakfast for the guys first. Can you help me?"

"Okay."

Onome helped Vivian down from the pillows so she could follow Bukky into the prep area of the kitchen. Dele and Ike came along to get coffee before returning to the table.

Bukky whispered to Vivian who then came over to Dele.

"Mummy wants to know if bacon, eggs and toast are okay for breakfast."

"That sounds wonderful to me, Vivian. Ike is smiling so he wants that as well."

"Do you want your eggs fried or scrambled?"

"Fried would be good. How about for you, Ike?"

"Fried is fine with me, Vivian."

"Okay."

Vivian ran back to Bukky and reported their choices. Ike leaned close to Roli and whispered, "Is Bukky actually her mummy?"

She whispered, "No, Vivian has started calling her that. Vivian's mummy died in a car accident when she was only one.

Vivian's been looking for a new mummy. But none of us doubt that Bukky will be her mummy one of these days. She and Tade are perfect for each other and she loves Vivian like she would her own child."

CrimeMan Arrested For Defiling His 15-years Old Daughter by CasNova(op): 8:23am On May 30, 2020
The Police Command in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) has arrested a 43-year-old man for allegedly defiling his 15-year-old daughter in Lugbe area of Abuja.

The Commissioner of Police in FCT, Mr Bala Ciroma, disclosed on Friday this at a media briefing in Abuja.

Ciroma said the suspect was mentally stable and had confessed to having carnal knowledge of his daughter on several occasions.

He said that another suspect was also arrested for luring and forcefully having carnal knowledge of a six-year-old boy.

He said the suspect told the police that he committed the unnatural act with the minor while they were swimming at a river in Mpape.

The Commissioner of Police said operatives from the command, investigating a case of child trafficking on May 24, arrested a suspect for bribing police detectives with N200,000.
He said the suspect offered the money to the investigators to truncate the ongoing investigation.

According to him, instead of yielding to the antics, the police officers acted professionally, collected the money and registered it as exhibit.

“Meanwhile, investigation into a tip off that a woman, now at large is running a baby factory is in progress. Some collaborators of the fugitive suspect have been arrested, and are helping with investigation,” he added.

Uduak was pleased with the master of the house. Debayo had fulfilled his promise to her by buying a fine Nokia phone. It was the model that she wanted. Not only that, he also handed some cash to her.

“Use this as your pocket money,” he told her as he handed the crisp money to her.

“Hey, thank you, o, oga. You be correct man,” she enthused, giving him a hug.

“That means this evening, you will give it to me in a very hot way.”

“There’s no problem with that. Just get yourself prepared for the action.”

He was in her room and had come home earlier than usual. Florence had gone out and luckily, his wife had not returned. He had been married to Rachel for about sixteen years now. The union had produced two children – a boy and a girl.

The boy was a boarding student at Kings’ College while the girl was also a boarding student at Queens College.

He ought to be faithful to his wife but doing that had always been a difficult thing for him to do. Debayo always lusted after things of the flesh, especially the young ones.

One more look at Uduak brought arousal to him. He grabbed the girl and fondled her breasts.

“Hey, oga, madam can come back anytime o,” she cautioned.

“Don’t worry. This won’t take time.” He fondled her breasts more, his breath increasing.

“O ya. Quick, quick, lie down on the bed.”

She was hesitant but from the urgency in his tone, she knew he had made up his mind. She lay on the bed. There was no time to waste. Quickly, he pulled his trousers and boxer down while he also pulled down her skirt and pantie.

No further pre-intimacy than to go down to the main act. His manhood was ready for action. She held it and guided it inside her vagina. It was the fastest sex she ever had. Within a couple of minutes, it was over.

It was late in the night before Funmi was back to the house. Her parents were back, but she was surprised Tosin had not returned.

“Why hasn’t Tosin come back?” she asked Wura.

“She said something like sleeping over at her friend’s place.”

Funmi sighed. Tosin was an adult. If what she desired was to sleep in her friend’s place, then so be it. She went to her room upstairs. There would be no need she ate any food again.

At the club, Dave had treated her specially. She had eaten barbecue and taken non-alcoholic wine to her satisfaction. Now, all she needed was sleep.

We moved to my mini-flat apartment at Alapere, a suburb of Ketu, Lagos. On Tuesday afternoon, I came home with the full realization that I would be making love to my wife that day.

Not long after she came in, I grabbed her by the waist.

"Now is the time for me to make love to my wife," I said.

"Oh, oh. Cant you wait? Ive just come in now."

"Oh, that will even make it sweet. Come on."

"Dont I need to take a shower?"

I chuckled. "Not at all. You dont need it."

I carried her to the bedroom and gently flopped her on the bed. "Let me show you how a good husband should make love to his wife."

I went on straight to completely unclad myself and to remove her cloth, leaving only the pantie and the bra.

"Wow, my darling Bola! What superb tits you have there," I said on a light note and grabbed her boobs. I squeezed them as they stood enticingly on her chest.

They were real and natural, no doubt. Staring at those nipples, they looked tantalizing enough to be bitten. After smooching on her boobs, I switched my attention to her thighs. I played around her genitals for a while, sucking and biting close up to the brownish puckering flesh, even with her pant still on.

While I nibbled, sucked and fondled her breasts, she remained silent. That was my wife for you. I believed she was enjoying it, but was too conservative to admit it.

I stopped to return to her boobs.

"Do you really like me playing with your tits?" I asked irrelevantly as I squeezed and kneaded her deeply.

I caressed the fullness of her boobs in my eager hands. I slipped my hand under the waistband of her pantie, smoothening it against her skin, and gliding easily over the roundness of her bums.

My fingers slipped further into the crevasse just above her anus.

I slid the lacy pantie down her thighs and legs. In the semi-dark room, I could see her lush pussy. I thought of smacking her, but I knew she would not fancy such an amorous gesture. I put my right hand on her tingling bum and rubbed it briefly.

I parted her legs, but it seemed the gap was still tight. I raised her left leg high from the knee. My hand moved from the bust to the waist line and to the targeted groin.

PoliticsFive Years Of Buhari Is A Waste - Uche Secondus by CasNova(op): 3:41pm On May 29, 2020
National chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Prince Uche Secondus has described the five years’ administration of President Muhammadu Buhari and the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, as a waste and a road ought not to be taken.

Prince Secondus stated this in a statement made available to journalists on Friday. Titled “Five years of Buhari- The Road that should not have been followed,” the PDP boss argued that “in the last five years, all negative indexes in our socio-political and economic life as a nation were activated.”

“Today, Friday May 29, 2020, marks the fifth year of the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari and the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.

“It has been five years of anguish for Nigerians that all negative indexes in our socio-political and economic life as a nation were activated.

“Looking back as a nation at the progress recorded in this country’s democratic journey in 2015 and where we are today, it would be difficult not have a regret.

“All gains after independence, the civil war as well as the era the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, successfully midwifed the nation’s democratic evolution up to the point of successfully seeing an opposition win and transit into power, have been destroyed.

“This happened at a time small nations like Ghana witnessed astronomic growth in all spheres.

“In 2015, the global international community stood in salute for Nigeria for the great feat recorded in area of democracy but rather than progress from it, the nation under the watch of APC has continued to go in retrogression.

“Our general elections have been anything but fair, with security agencies and the election body abandoning their legitimate responsibilities of neutrality and fairness to being visibly partners of the ruling government,” the statement read in part.

He also gave an appraisal of critical sectors of the economy in the past five years this way:

Security

“Nigerians after five years are still baffled at what the country has become in the area of security. Part of the propaganda that deceived Nigeria into voting in APC was that a strong man, a General was on the way to wipe out all our security challenges.

“Today, the story is better imagined, while Boko Haram is still menacing the North East region, it has given birthday to cancerous twins- herdsmen and banditry spreading and enhancing bloodletting which has become the stock of this regime.

“Nigeria remains grossly under Policed by all international standards. Decentralization of command has become absolutely necessary, meaning that state police and community Policing must be given urgent consideration.”

Corruption

“The only true way to describe this segment is to simply rely on the international scorecard that already put corruption status of Nigeria as getting worse.

“This was made worse by their vindictive and selective prosecution of corrupt cases. The corruption in the system in the last five years has become so overwhelming that the anti-graft agencies have given up watching thieves they cannot catch because of who they are and where they are.

“Instances are legion, the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, Humanitarian Ministry, Abacha loot, Presidency top shots, former Secretary to Government of the Federation, SGF among others are instances of questionable corruption cases.”

Threats on Democratic institutions

“The greatest blow to our democracy has been in the destruction of democratic institutions. The separation of power which was instituted to help grow and deepen democracy has been flagrantly abused.

“In the last five years, the Executive made sure that the other critical arms, the Legislature, the Judiciary and the Press are not given any conducive ground to operate. Within the five years of APC administration, the National Assembly was attacked, the mace, the symbol of authority of the national parliament stolen by agents of the Executive.

“At a point under the watch of this regime, the legislators were denied access to the National Assembly by agents of the state.

“Even the sacred arm of government, the Judiciary was not left out, after the shock of the invasion and arrest of Judges and Justices at midnight by government operatives in 2016, the Head of that arm of government, the Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, was unilaterally removed by the President in 2019 on the eve of general election.”

Unity of the country

“Never in the history of this country since the civil war has Nigerians been as divided as they are today. This administration by their style consciously activated all the indicators that divide us, tribalism, religious bigotry and nepotism among others. This they did easily by running a bias government with their 97 per cent and 5 per cent sharing formula of positions and resources.”

Economy

“In five years of APC, one very glaring area it has shown clear incapacity is in the management of the economy. Under their watch, the country had gone into recession and out and by their own admittance we are walking back into it.

“But the truth which they are holding back is that we are already in recession and even going into depression going by all the economic manifestations. What they are now doing is mortgaging the future of the country with their incessant loan acquisitions. National Assembly should therefore halt further loan approvals and demand thorough accounting of previous ones.”

Where do we go from here?

“As an opposition party who laid the foundation for a solid democratic Nigeria in this dispensation, we are at pains at the level of destructions of various sectors. We will continue to proffer constructive views to issues even though the drumming is not getting to any ear.

“Our advisory to this government after five years and looking forward, is to align Nigeria to the global community. Observe and follow all rules of democracy, rule of law and respect for human rights.

The way to go is to off load government to those who can and are better equipped to manage it.

“The meaningful thing to do is to hand over critical sectors of the economy to the private sectors who are more equipped to manage it. This undoubtedly will reduce corruption and enhance efficiency.

“This government must face reality that this federal government as presently structured cannot move forward, its size and waste must be addressed pragmatically. Those opposed to restructuring by viewing it from the political point of view are missing the point and soon chicken will be home to roost if it has not come already.

CrimePastor To Die By Hanging For Murder by CasNova(op): 3:04pm On May 29, 2020
Samson Kolawole, a pastor with a Pentecostal church in Ondo State, is to die by hanging for committing murder.
Kolawole was sentenced to death on Friday by a high court sitting in Akure, the state capital.

He was accused of killing one Mr Ayo Olaniyi at a farm settlement within the Oke-Igbo axis in Ile-Oluji/Oke-Igbo Local Government Area of the state.

According to Justice Ademola Bola, Kolawole was guilty of Olaniyi's death after inflicting machete cuts on his head at Gberinlegi Village in 2016.

Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice in the state represented by two government’s lawyers, Mr Olusegun Akeredolu and Mrs Omotola Ologun, told the court that the pastor inflicted a deep cut on the head of late Olaniyi when he went to hunt for frogs with three of his friends at a fish pond.

The two lawyers argued that the offence was contrary to Section 316 and punishable under Section 319 of the Criminal Code, Cap 37, Laws of Ondo State (2006).

The trial judge, Justice Bola, ruled that all evidence before the court during the trial in the last four years showed that Kolawole was guilty of killing Olaniyi and deserve to die by hanging.
