Sorry to burst your bubble but you will see a lot of games with 10-15 minutes extra this season. The English FA have decided to clamp down on time wasting. Every minute wasted will be added onto the full 90 minutes,which means all the minutes players spend play acting and rolling on the ground pretending to be injured will be added onto the full 90 minutes. Also bear in mind time wasted for substitutions will equally be added at full time. Also bear in mind time wasted celebration of goals scored will be added at full time.
In case of a penalty kick awarded against a team the goal keeper will not be allowed to touch the ball or try to intimidate the penalty kicker. The goal keeper must remain on his line.
Also players cannot confront or crowd the referee as a group in a case of a disputed call because this will be punished with a yellow or red card. Only a designated player from the team(captain) can approach the referee to dispute a call on behalf of his team.

It is FAAN that is behind the whole crisis In the airport carpark situation. Before the fuel hike airport taxis charge 7k to Abuja inner city and FAAN collects 2k out of this 7k. Driver will fuel his vehicle and is virtually left with nothing. FAAN prevents the Uber and Bolt boys from operating around the airport because they will not pay the extortion fee. So FAAN use their towing vehicle as a deterent to scare them away from the airport vicinity. If FAAN tows any vehicle around the airport the fine is 25k.
This is why any Uber or Bolt operating around the airport is playing Russian roulette with his vehicle.
However with the increase in fuel prices the airport taxis are refusing to pay FAAN extortion prices because the customers cannot pay the taxis plus FAAN extortion.
This is the reason FAAN has thrown the market open to all comers. The FAAN rouges are no longer able to charge 2k on each cab per trip because no passenger is ready to pay the fee plus the FAAN extortion.

Another example I will give is when Jesus was teaching people I'm parables, and His disciples asked Him why He will teach in parables, He told them that it wasn't for those ones to understand lest they be SAVED, but that it was for his followers and he will explain THOSE parables to them according to the bible. So there are people who are destined noyvto be SAVED, again, the bible talked about THOSE that their names were written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, the foundation was before anyone was born, it's God who wrote that and He has His reasons
