More fitting title should have been: "Beasts Beat Mother, Smash Baby Against The Floor" This action is nothing short of that of wild animals. May GOD have mercy on mankind. |
ibkgab001:Hypocrisy at its peak |
princdebola201:The phobia you and your lots have for the Igbos have become so obvious is now a sour to the eyes. Whether your concern for the vaibility of the Biafran state when it comes is genuine or faulse, it doesn't scratch us one bit. In fact, we don't and won't notice. Stay in your enclave there and watch. * one advice for you, buy a carton of panadol extra and desolve the madicine in a basin of water to form syrup, also buy a straw. When the pounding headache from thinking about Biafra gets too unbearable, you sip some of the syrup. You will need it. |
On point!! |
What an irony!! |
dre11:Fayose is not saying 'don't probe'. Of course if he is persieved corrupt, probe him too! Rather what he is saying is, Buhary, first, remove the splinter of wood (which is even timber sized) in your eyes and those around you, then you can have the moral standing to remove the logs and timbers in other people's eyes. With the kind of reasoning or logic and argument some nairalanders here present, were they Judges, Justice would be having a different defination!! |
All Hail the Land of BIAFRA!!! |
BuddahMonk:Million likes |
richgang:Rubbish!! Did he just realise he is 72yrs old and counting? Didn't he know this and the huge physical and mental strength required to run that office? I guess he was not expecting nigerians to hold him to his words and promises durin those campaign days. This scenrior is that of a passenger telling the driver how so incompetent the driver is and was so eager to take over the driving. Then, when he is given the car to drive, he can not even engage the gears on a steaming engine and take off! |
jomoh:If in place of a DPO, we have an Army Captain heading that formation and some military boys policing the police and also incharge of their physical and morale training, I believe that will instill descipline in our police. |
Nice score on the police! That's what happens when you think you got the monopoly of violence!! That people choose to keep their demons in the cooler does not meant they are weak. I so wish more of this on all of them police till they reform themselves and compoct in the manner that depicts civility. Enough of the Police insanity please!!! |
BeeBeeOoh:...Million likes! Beasts in black!! |
Without derailing the topic, the rate at which supposed grown ups spew insults and name calling in this forum is just sickening! This is gross imaturity!! Can't sensible discussions flow in this forum without some people throwning unwarranted insults? I've had my share of those unprovoked insults and name calling before now. Is it difficult to make sane and logical aguments? It is this very reason I, and I believe a whole lot of others, mostly read the information here and keep our opinions to ourselves to avoid being bathed in insults. This is a forum where people are supposed to exchange and cross fertilize ideas for self and national enrichment. I think the moderators of this forum see it as normal thing otherwise, they would have thought out some perment remedies to this. I bet if the anonymity of users of this forum is lifted, people here will be more careful how they address others. |
Nigerians are not asking for too much. We are only asking for those things he /APC promised on campaign ground. At least, most of them. Gen. Buhari and his team of Ministers upon assumption of office do not need mirracles to achieve most of these things if the right thing is done. Put round pegs in round holes, knock them in, they will enter with ease and lap!! For goodness sake, if the various institutions are positioned well to function as they are expected, why wouldn't the economy run like an oiled gear system!!! |
babygirlfl:To your first paragraph: views are so different! |
wirinet:Haba! That's possible now! I'm my time then (2007), one of my course mates was lecturing in a polythecnic in Delta state while he shuttles to Delta state Uni, Abraka for his MSc lectures. Lectures are usually two days a week for MSc. Secondly, in Jonathan's time, 1st Degree was good enough qualification to lecture in the universities. Such is even obtainable currently so long as you graduated with 1st class or 2nd class upper div. |
He is not ignoring you for nothing. He did ignore you because you started the 'ignoring business' first. He was only complimenting your effort. Secondly, you may have also worsened the situation by the way you must have done it. Remember, sometimes what often offend more is the way something was said and not even what was said. I know you said he did say something you didn't like. Perhaps, if you had called his attention to it maturely and respectfully, he would have appologised there and then and this would not have gotten here. Thirdly, you ladies must stop taking things for granted. If you offend someone, appologise. Things will go smoother that way. |
OneNaira6:Just listen to yourself and tell me who got biles. You are calling the Igbos names because the truth is had for you to contain. The scenario I painted is an everyday thing. I schooled in Delta state University, Abraka. I stayed in that environment from 1998 to 2008. Let me give you few examples: (1). A coursemate then, (Economics Dept) had his name mistakenly typed. His name is Emeke, but Emeka was typed. You need to see how he was fuming that afternoon the he is not Igbo and so his name should not be written as Emeka, but Emeke! (2). Angela, a Loudgemate and a friend then, from Onitcha-ugbo (abt 15mins drive away from Asaba) says she is not Igbo but she is Ibo. (3). A Family friend and Lecturer, Dr Anidu of Blessed Memory (which is Ani Idu, meaning Land of Idu) in one of our healthy arguments asked one day " you Igbo people, what do you people really what sef?" This is someone from the Igbo speaking part of Delta state. So, my friend, if you are searching for hate, looking within you. Is there not here!! "Typical of a "real" igbo clueless of even there own brother across the river. " That's what you posted up there. So there are Real Igbo and Fake Igbo? So we are now brothers from accross the niger? Pls, tell me, who is CLUELESS here?! |
horpe132:GOD Bless you, please!!! |
Nice one. Thanks. |
IdomaLikita:True. I withnessed the chaos. |
drake2:... And why would you do that? Did I touch a very sensitive nerve? Or is the analogy I gave far from the truth? |
Kai, I de laff in Arabic! ... Ifeanyi(from Asaba, Delta state): Abunam onye Igbo (I'm not Igbo) Tejiri (from Abraka, Delta state): No, is a lie, you are Igbo! Ifeanyi: No, I am from Anioma. Emeka (from Abia state): is Anioma not Igbo language, which means Good/Beautiful Land? Ifeanyi: No, is not Igbo language but resembles Igbo language. Tosan (from Warri, Delta state): Even your name Ifeanyi is Igbo! So what are you saying? Ifeany: well.... Emm.. Preye(from Bomadi, Delta state) All we know is that Delta state belongs to these three tribes: Urhobo, Itsekiri, and Ijaw!! So anybody speaking Igbo language or what resembles Igbo language (as you 'smartly' put it) is not part of us in Delta state Ooo! Know that now. Amaka (from Anambra state) : So Delta Igbos (or Anioma people), where do you people belong?! These people have made is clear to you people in several ways that you are not part of them (Urhobo, Itsekiri, and Ijaw). See how Warri and environ is being transformed into a mega city, one would think its the state ccapital!! While Asaba is just there in name as the state capital. Even Oghara rose from the sub-urban into a mega town!! Delta North, SHAME!! Joseph: Wait, but how can a people who speak a language that belongs to a particular Tribe claim they are not from that tribe!! Chukwuma (from Obiaruku, Delta state) because our parents say it is the Igbos that caused the war when they did the first coup in Nigeria. And this made the Delta North people to suffer much during the war especially Asaba people. Adamu (from Kogi): The Soldier who plotted that coup was Maj Chukwuma Kaduna Nzeogwu from OKPANAM, ASABA, DELTA state, do you realise that? So in the real sense of it, you people caused the trouble you blame the Igbos to have caused!!! ... |
Ndigbo, ifele me'e unu!! When you are through building and developing cities in other lands even while they treat you like poo there, who will build Onitsha, Aba, Orlu markets for you? There is a cargo Airport in Owerri, when will you develop your home place?!! Odikwa egwu ooo |
rigarmortis: allahu AkbarLol |
