4 If Yorubas actually love SSners why did they orchestrated the hate campaign against Asari Dokubo and call Ijaw Fishermen.

5. If Yorubas actually love SSners while are they the most vocal tribe against the emergence of a SSner as a principal officer in the 8 assembly when a Northerner was saying SSners deserve some offices ?

6. If they had love the SSners like we are made to believe, would they have galvanized the machinery of propaganda that turn Jonathan to enemy of Nigeria overnight.

7. Why didn't Yorubas vote for Jonathan to make sure that a SSner they love and cherish so much remains the presidency instead of selling out to the Fulani when the South is finding its footing on political unity.

The Nigerian Police is the most undisciplined uniformed men in the country.

If in place of a DPO, we have an Army Captain heading that formation and some military boys policing the police and also incharge of their physical and morale training, I believe that will instill descipline in our police.

Without derailing the topic, the rate at which supposed grown ups spew insults and name calling in this forum is just sickening! This is gross imaturity!! Can't sensible discussions flow in this forum without some people throwning unwarranted insults? I've had my share of those unprovoked insults and name calling before now. Is it difficult to make sane and logical aguments? It is this very reason I, and I believe a whole lot of others, mostly read the information here and keep our opinions to ourselves to avoid being bathed in insults.
This is a forum where people are supposed to exchange and cross fertilize ideas for self and national enrichment.
I think the moderators of this forum see it as normal thing otherwise, they would have thought out some perment remedies to this.
I bet if the anonymity of users of this forum is lifted, people here will be more careful how they address others.

Nigerians are not asking for too much. We are only asking for those things he /APC promised on campaign ground. At least, most of them.
Gen. Buhari and his team of Ministers upon assumption of office do not need mirracles to achieve most of these things if the right thing is done.

To your question, generally it's not expensive unless of course the family is a greedy one. In my place the bride price is returned and the traditional marriage is hosted by the brides family with or without the support of the grooms family while the groom's family sponsors the church/court or whatever marriage they choose to do.

I'm my time then (2007), one of my course mates was lecturing in a polythecnic in Delta state while he shuttles to Delta state Uni, Abraka for his MSc lectures. Lectures are usually two days a week for MSc.

Secondly, in Jonathan's time, 1st Degree was good enough qualification to lecture in the universities. Such is even obtainable currently so long as you graduated with 1st class or 2nd class upper div.

He is not ignoring you for nothing. He did ignore you because you started the 'ignoring business' first. He was only complimenting your effort.
Secondly, you may have also worsened the situation by the way you must have done it. Remember, sometimes what often offend more is the way something was said and not even what was said.
I know you said he did say something you didn't like. Perhaps, if you had called his attention to it maturely and respectfully, he would have appologised there and then and this would not have gotten here.
Thirdly, you ladies must stop taking things for granted. If you offend someone, appologise. Things will go smoother that way.

The scenario I painted is an everyday thing. I schooled in Delta state University, Abraka. I stayed in that environment from 1998 to 2008. Let me give you few examples:
(1). A coursemate then, (Economics Dept) had his name mistakenly typed. His name is Emeke, but Emeka was typed. You need to see how he was fuming that afternoon the he is not Igbo and so his name should not be written as Emeka, but Emeke!
(2). Angela, a Loudgemate and a friend then, from Onitcha-ugbo (abt 15mins drive away from Asaba) says she is not Igbo but she is Ibo.
(3). A Family friend and Lecturer, Dr Anidu of Blessed Memory (which is Ani Idu, meaning Land of Idu) in one of our healthy arguments asked one day " you Igbo people, what do you people really what sef?" This is someone from the Igbo speaking part of Delta state.

So, my friend, if you are searching for hate, looking within you. Is there not here!!
