We have a hughe population..,Nigeria's HDI indices is one of the lowest in the world so of what use is some B.S IMF piece of paper measurement to the average man on the streets? If GEJ was intelligent, which he is not, his government will address Power supply as a main theme..Job creation, industralization and economic growth is tied with the power sector..then, we will have REAL economic growth, economic devt. And increase in living standards..
