Have you sent him the final artwork of the pack or you only sent him this mock-up image.

If you haven't sent the final artwork meant for print, he'll still need to come back for that if at all he's serious about the whole thing in the first place.

Did he even supply you with a physical sample and info on the product? These are things you need to know before you work for people like this, just to check their seriousness

Just want to say, f ck all these kids complaining she's 35 and unmarried.
First, she looks way better than a lot of ladies in their early 20s I've met.
Secondly, fact she's unmarried also means Naija guys are slacking. She's 5 years older than I am and I'd marry her sharply if I get the chance grin

Art, Graphics & Video / Re: Fidelity Bank's New Logo by cgniyi(m): 11:00am On Sep 11, 2015
ourdele:
I think the brand manager needs to be fired ASAP. The logo is a big joke. it looks like a toy or medicine store.... Please @FidelityBank branding is not about colours.... Same colour and fancy BankPHB thought will sell their brand... if this is the best the marketing/brand team can come up with... then the bank is in trouble

I was thinking it was just me, though I already discussed with a colleague who feels the same way.
Reminds me of Fidson, a pharmaceutical company

Snidgo:
Everyone is entitled to his/her opinion. The new look or should i say the new brand mark has a lot to do with the brand story and its owners. It's not just about creating the most beautiful logo. Without carefully research about the brand and how it results in behavioral change that remotely connects to their customers/clients as a whole then is just another logo like we all see.
Do you even bank with fidelity?

Of course the process of rebranding goes beyond just creating a beautiful logo, but their logo has been the most noticeable change and I already find it a turn off.
I don't bank with Fidelity and this rebranding doesn't persuade me one bit (though I find there atm machines the most reliable at least in my area smiley )

What do you guys think of Fidelity's new look.

According to Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Fidelity Bank, Mr. Nnamdi Okonkwo , " the deep blue colour reminds the financial institution of its rich, solid background as a bank"
... the green " stands for fertility, growth and progress to the future, while the white line at the middle stands for safety, purity and a guiding light"

Personally, I think it looks like crap, especially when you consider its aimed at the youth.

I'm sure some of out there could come up with something better wink

Oga o! What is the point of stealing from another site? - http://www.experienceproject.com/stories/Am-Married-But-Lonely/790549

"I am a 39 year old man in pretty good shape, 6'2" and fairly good looking. I am a very affectionate and loving person, but my wife is not. I am always the one to initiate sex, hugs, kisses, or any type of physical contact. I don't understand why she's so cold to me. I love her with all my heart, but she is breaking me down. I have tried doing more of the housework, working out 5 days a week, anything I could think of to get her more interested in me but nothing works. She tells me that she loves me, but she doesn't make me feel loved at all. I want her to want to be with me without me asking her too. We have 2 kids that I am committed to being here for, so I am at a loss as to what I should do. Sorry for rambling."

You should at least credit the original source.

I don't think that's the message the artist was trying to pass across. But if that's how you interpret it , it's all good
It's erotic art from Haitian artist Joseph Kendy

Here's another if you're interested - http://www.timelineblogs.com/story.php?sid=49 - I wonder what's the message in this one wink

Great artist btw.

Wow, 60+?
I hope I still have a passion for 3d when I reach that age.
Amiga? - so the legends are true? smiley

As you may or may not have noticed , photorealism is a trend with 3d renders these days. So compared to what most of us are used to seeing, your arch renders look really dated undecided
What program did you use?

I really loved the videos though. They look way better, far more interesting.

Overall, just invest more on your rendering , you should be okay.

Bros, why did you yinmu? cheesy

Personally, I would avoid a place that wants you to work nights and weekends to create dozens of banners per shift - they'll probably suck the life out of you. The "junior-level graphic designer" bit suggests pay will be very low.

Maybe they should focus on getting cheap/free design templates online instead.

Nice effect bros! This is the kind of creative thinking that breeds a good FX artist.

My guess is the shot was actually taken from the front (probably help from a friend) , your reflection from your neck down looks photoshopped

Looking for lockformer and steel bending machines.

Does anyone have any idea where to get them?

I've searched the web, but they're all outside the country.

I believe some metal fabrication is done in Nigeria, surely there are places one can get these machines in this country.

Thanks in advance.

The truth is most graphics artist here trained themselves using tutorials downloaded online.
That's how I learned, so anytime anyone asks me for help I just give them tutorials I downloaded.

If you are looking for a training school, Aptech is a popular option, but it's quite expensive.
Then there are those training centers you see advertised on posters all around Lagos.

You can also check online - I found a few on www. , but I can't vouch for their quality.
