I don't know the proper way to capture it. I was asked to pay €1k as tuition fee. Every other things, including stipend and accommodation, are covered. The programmes will run both at Budapest and Vienna.

I live in Saint Petersburg and I am a Russian passport holder, I schooled here and I was told the same thing but the system has no room for foreigners let alone blacks.

I don't know about what program you're going for but their masters tuition starts from 1800€ per yeah. Try to use mastersportal to filter it out.

Baba try Latvia, I think they have scholarships and their tuition no too much. And biko don't try to apply to Non-schengen countries o. Na one chance be that. Based on wetin I hear, e dey easier to get all these top countries visa from the small schengen countries like Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Please why is it that this thread is somehow cold. Is it that life is hard in Russia? Toochi please kindly help give input on study experiences in HSE. Got admitted with full tuition waiver and I have till May 1 to either accept or reject it. Please wats life in St Petersburg like in terms of getting part time work? I applied online. If you Google apply to HSE Russia,you will create account and fill it up if your course is there. I am worried about survival in Russia. checked and noticed one rubble equals five naira.

University of Eastern Finland Admission decision just came in. They offered me 100% tuition waiver plus 6200€ yearly stipend for Master in Research Chemist. Goodluck to others still waiting for offers.
