Lesson 10 يَكَادُ - yakaadu - almost, nearly يَخْطَفُ - yakhtafu - snatches /takes away كُلَّمَا - kullamaa - as often, whenever مَشَوْا - mashaw - they walked إِذَا - ithaa - when أَظْلَمَ - athlama - became dark قَامُوا - qaamoo - they stood still لَوْ - law - if شَاءَ - shaa'a - willed, wished كُلِّ شَيْءٍ - kulli shay'in - everything قَدِيرٌ - qadeerun - omnipotent, capable يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ - ya ayyuhan-naasu - O! mankind اُعْبُدُوا - u`budoo - im. pl. worship رَبَّ - rabba - Sustainer, Lord, Provider (pl. أَربَابٌ) كُم - kum - pl. your اَلَّذِي - allathee - relative pronoun one who خَلَقَ - khalaqa - created, shaped لَعَلَّكُمْ - la`allakum - so that you ( pl. ) تَتَّقُونَ - tattaqoon - pl. you become righteous / pious, you may ward off (evil) |
Maryam Chapter 19- Verse 18, { قَالَتْ إِنِّيۤ أَعُوذُ بِٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ مِنكَ إِن كُنتَ تَقِيّاً } She said, ‘Lo! I seek refuge in the Compassionate One from you! If you fear God’, and leave me alone on account of my invocation of refuge in God. |
NL turn to battle field one do not have any right to express his/r opinion from no where some dudes start to attack him/r instead for them to help for finding out the solution inwhich the discussion centred, but the case is different most of the NLs quite sure need to be civilize and socialize for keeping outdated habit for a long without a positive change, what a pity? |

Maryam Chapter 19- Verse 17, { فَٱتَّخَذَتْ مِن دُونِهِم حِجَاباً فَأَرْسَلْنَآ إِلَيْهَآ رُوحَنَا فَتَمَثَّلَ لَهَا بَشَراً سَوِيّاً } Thus she veiled herself from them, she draped herself in a veil to conceal herself while she washed her hair [from lice], or [washed] her clothes, or cleansed herself from her menses; whereupon We sent to her Our Spirit, Gabriel, and he assumed before her, after she donned her clothes, the likeness of a well-proportioned human, perfect in physical form. |

Maryam Chapter 19- Verse 16, { وَٱذْكُرْ فِي ٱلْكِتَابِ مَرْيَمَ إِذِ ٱنتَبَذَتْ مِنْ أَهْلِهَا مَكَاناً شَرْقِياً } And mention in the Book, [in] the Qur’ān, Mary, that is, [mention] her tale, when she withdrew from her family to an easterly place, that is, [when] she secluded herself in a place on the east side of [her] home. |

Maryam Chapter 19- Verse 15, { وَسَلاَمٌ عَلَيْهِ يَوْمَ وُلِدَ وَيَوْمَ يَمُوتُ وَيَوْمَ يُبْعَثُ حَياً } ‘And peace, from Us, be upon him, the day he was born, and the day he dies, and the day he shall be raised alive!’, that is, [on] those fearful days in which he sees what he will never have seen before — in these he will be given security [from fear]. |
Maryam Chapter 19- Verse 14, { وَبَرّاً بِوَالِدَيْهِ وَلَمْ يَكُن جَبَّاراً عَصِيّاً } and dutiful to his parents, that is, virtuous towards them. And he was not arrogant or rebellious, disobedient to his Lord. |

Maryam Chapter 19- Verse 13, { وَحَنَاناً مِّن لَّدُنَّا وَزَكَاةً وَكَانَ تَقِيّاً } and compassion, a mercy for mankind, from Us, from Our presence, and purity, a charity for them, and he was God-fearing — it is related that he never committed a sin, nor contemplated [committing] one; |

[b]Lesson 8 اشْتَرَوُا - ishataraw - they purchased / bartered ضَّلَالَةَ - dalaalata - deception, straying هُدَىٰ - hudaa - guidance, right way فَمَا - famaa - so (it did) not رَبِحَت - rabihat - fg. profited, benefited (مَا رَبِحَت - ma rabihat - did not profit) تِّجَارََةٌ - tijaaratun - commerce, trade مُهْتَدِينَ - muhtadeena - ap. rightly directed /guided persons مَثَلٌ - mathalun - example كَ - ka - as, like الَّذِي - allathee - relative pronoun one who اسْتَوْقَدَ - istawqada - kindled, lighted نَارٌ - naarun - fire فَلَمَّا - falammaa - when أَضَاءَتْ - adaa'at - lighted حَوْلَهُ - hawlahu - around him, his surroundings ذَهَبَ - thahaba - took away, carried off تَرَكَ - taraka - left, abandoned فِي - fee - in, in between ظُلُمَاتٌ - thulumaatun - pl. darkness, gloom لَّا يُبْصِرُونَ - laa yubsiroona - they do not see صُمٌّ - summun - pl. deaf بُكْمٌ - bukmun - pl. dumb (sr. أبْكَمُ) عُمْيٌ - `umyun - pl. blind (sr. أَعْمى) فَهُمْ - fahum - therefore they لَا يَرْجِعُونَ - la yarji`oona - they do / will not return[/b] |
Maryam Chapter 19- Verse 12, { يٰيَحْيَىٰ خُذِ ٱلْكِتَابَ بِقُوَّةٍ وَآتَيْنَاهُ ٱلْحُكْمَ صَبِيّاً } And two years after his birth, God, exalted be He, said to him: ‘O John! Hold on to the Scripture, namely, the Torah, firmly’, earnestly. And We gave him judgement, prophethood, while still a child, a three-year old; |

Maryam Chapter 19- Verse 11, { فَخَرَجَ عَلَىٰ قَوْمِهِ مِنَ ٱلْمِحْرَابِ فَأَوْحَىٰ إِلَيْهِمْ أَن سَبِّحُواْ بُكْرَةً وَعَشِيّاً } So he emerged before his people from the sanctuary, that is, from the temple — they had been waiting for him to open it in order to perform [their] prayers therein after his command, as was the custom — and signalled, indicated, to them, ‘Make glorifications, perform prayers, at morning and evening’, at the beginning of the day and [at] its end, as per usual. He then realised, upon his being prevented from speaking to them, that she was pregnant with John. |

Lesson 7 أَلَا - ala - be aware, be careful, better understand مُفْسِدُونَ - mufsidoon - ap. mischievous, persons, disturbance creators لَـٰكِن - lakin - but آمِنُوا - aminu - im. pl. believe, become faithful كَمَا - kama - like, as, alike أ - 'a - sign of interrogation سُّفَهَاءُ - sufahaa' - pl. foolish/insolent/stupid persons لَقُوا - laqoo - they met آمَنّ - amanna - we believed / became faithful خَلَوْا - khalaw - secluded in privacy, they are alone شَيَاطِين - shayateen - devils, devil type behavior مُسْتَهْزِئُونَ - mustahzi'oon - ap. those who scoff / sneer / laugh يَمُدُّ - yamuddu - grants leave, gives respite, give increase طُغْيَان - tughyaan - wickedness, wrong-doings يَعْمَهُونَ - ya`mahoon - they wander blindly in confusion |
