mykali: tehehehehe. what is going on in your head, son?I'm humble ![]() I see eldee has been viewing this topic persistently for a couple of days now without posting. It seems that nicca is pilfering for tactics to adopt for his team. You wont get any clue here bros Eldee. Nothing for you. ![]() |
mykali: "THIS IS OUR SEASON"Props ![]() lalaboi: Ogbeni behave. WHat have u won in the last 3years?Google it bro, google it ![]() |
lekkie073: whats ur team name? i will personally deal with u if i meet u.....unless u r not in nairaland carling cup where una use politics put me.....You will need promotion from the Carling cup first to even have a chance of competing at my level. ![]() |
lekkie073: there is a little strategic trick to cunningly maximise d points of certain club players dis weekend! only seasoned tacticians can get dis logic......Go siddon abeg, no be only 'seasoned tactician'. And who doesn't know that? Even Nateevs will know. lalaboi: "No be who start first they finish first"Your FPL life story ![]() Mr IGG |
darefestus: @ChamoWe scored over 100+ goals last season, how much more more do we want.
I think defence will be ok if we dont have an injury plagued season like the last one. No other team could really have coped with that many injuries at once. I think the squad is good in terms of numbers but I still feel it lacks that top quality midfielder. Not necessarily a DM as I dont think that is really need, I want more of a box to box Central midfielder. Anyways, I figure with this signing most teams will spend more time defending against us than attacking us so
I'm not talking about the defence in itself . . . more like the weakness in midfield that exposes our defence easily. |
darefestus: I'm not talking about DM's here, chamo. A DM wouldnt fit into our system cuz our 2 midfielders shld be mobile and not just break play. I honestly think we need a Keano type player going into the new season but people like Coogar are always happy to remind us of Anderson, Fletcher and Clevs when even Fergie knows they wont last the season. As for defenders, we can cut Fergie some slack, Giggsy and Evans can act as cover for Evra.I'm more worried about our defence than attack. We conceded far too many goals by our standards last season, mostly as a result of the gaping hole in our midfield. The way teams were slicing our defence open was a disgrace especially at OT. A lot of teams got at our defence really easy which cost us some games/points |
Guys calm down . . . he might still fail a medical ![]() |
Fergie has already said he wont be getting a DM, he said he'd never had one and not looking to get one. No wonder . . .I've always felt if he really wanted one, he would have bought one. |
debosky: Good riddance! Now we can start moving on. . . .new heroes to groom in Podolski, Giroud and Santi 'shanko' Cazorla.Awwww, debosky consoling himself ![]() |
I really dont know what to say about this RvP issue. It is a good addition as it will make us stronger but it's not really what we need at this time. I'm happy with it but not overly excited...and the look on Arsenal's fans faces though - that would be priceless. ![]() Oh well, we sold Silvestre to Arsenal without any argument. ![]() |
coogar: vidic did his cruciates...his knee. The same bowel disease that reoccurred the last time he tried to get back? What's the assurance he's completely over it this time? montelik: does vidic have a delabilitating disease, he has yet to recover from? does this condition affect his ability to train consistently much yet play week to week?Does Vidic's medical condition reoccur in a way that affects him from playing footy for the amount of time Fletcher has been off? |
coogar: when was the last time vidic played before his comebacklast week?Vidic doesn't have a medical condition. Muamba just announced his retirement on medical advice. |
coogar: fletcher should be ready by september!Do you know the last time he played before last night? We can't consider him as a solid/consistent player to help us in our drive for success in the nearest future. We should hope he gets over his medical condition completely first. |
Coogar, why mention Fletcher in that list? There is no way he will be rushed back not to talk about hitting top form even when he does. |

Kony (pictured above) has promised to wage war against other managers and deliver silverware to the fans of the pornstars this coming season. "Whether it's by kidnapping or match fixing, I will succeed at all cost" said Kony; who his getting his team prepared for its upcoming fixture in the league at the weekend. Kony also commented on some issues involving the registration of some dud managers into the FA Cup H2H. There had been controversy surrounding the inclusion of Eldee FC in the league in which Kony commented - "The only reason I would want Eldee FC in the league is solely because of the 'awoof' 3 points my team would get. That is a sure banker". He also took a snide shot at the manager of Gat2win FC (Mr Nateevs) saying "On the Chelsea thread, this man comes up with all the analysis, players, tactics and the shape the Chelsea team needs to adopt but couldn't put that same idea into his fantasy team. His teams position last year was a disgrace". There are rumours Joseph Kony will announce the signing of a new top class striker within the next 48 hours and fans of the prestigious football club are in celebratory mood with the hope that the club deliver major trophy at the end of the season. aribisala0: Things don change?Dont know if things have changed . . . not been there for years but leave Egbeda alone ![]() |
aribisala0: Nothing African about expecting a man to pay your fashion expenses. Firstly Africans are very diverse and the attitudes on this issue even in Nigeria are multiple. So Hausas,Igbos and Edos have different attitudes.Probably most African women work very hard farming or trading to look after themselves and children.Get out! Egbeda is not in a 'lower socio-economic class' ![]() |
debosky: @ chamoYea, hooked to me. I don't want them all by the way, just one. I'm a 'one woman man'. At least I'll be able to afford one salon session treatment per year. ![]() |
debosky:Imagine . . .is this life? ![]() Debosky, thank goodness your sister is available for eligible bachelors like me . . . otherwise I will not marry o. ![]() |
bebe4u: My virtual friends, i am posting this because i ant to share the burden i have in my life right now and i seek for honest answer and advice in which ever way. please keep it polite anyone could be in a similar situation and we could all learn from it at the end of the day. What the heck is this? Nigerian men are in big trouble |
ileobatojo: Of course, the word traditional is only to be despised when it comes to the man's role as provider, not so? When it comes to assigning household duties to the woman it is the best word ever created? You all are seriously funny. Hypocrites!Smh |
coogar: i dunno how fergie intends to line up cos he's been bigging up carrick lately. he said carrick's form would determine if we would win the title or not....Carrick would definitely be a guaranteed starter this season. It's Carrick and either one of Cleverley or Anderson with Kagawa playing behind Rooney |
coogar: the best english midfielder by a county mile - now we know why he is anderson's best partner. the pass n move skills are peerless. cleverley thinks quick and knows what to do with the ball far quicker than any english player i have seen. i just hope he can stay fit this season----if we can get 30 league apps from him and anderson in that midfield, then we need no midfielder for the next 3 seasons! He controlled the tempo and bossed that midfield with maturity. I was really impressed by him tonight. Plus I think Fergie should go with a lone striker this season with Kagawa playing behind Rooney. At 3-1 down Phelan was clueless as usual, just staring on the pitch like a lost goat. |
Man of the Match - Tom Cleverley!!! |
ritchboy: I get the feeling we'll be hearing this phrase a lot this year'Stinking joint crew' ![]() |
Rafael stinking the whole joint up at Wembley. Smh |
Muki, make sure you let these people know they have to be consistent throughout the whole season. We don't want managers that will abandon their team two months into the season. |
omodapson: Me too wan join, abeg send me the code. This is my fourth year on the fantasy league but I have no one to play withSo basically you have been playing with yourself? |
stillwater: Damn, God, forever give me a good job, so that I won't have to wait till he drops 'chop money' ewwwwIf you have a job, I don't think its a big deal. And like you've said already, you should be able to take care of the food department and let the husband take care of other departments like mortgage, rent etc. |
The wife can also chip in if possible unless she's jobless. It takes two. |
coogar: the media are saying we have agreed £30m for lucas moura.....that would be the biggest waste of money this millennium if that's true. we coulda signed modric for less than that....It can't be true. Fergie is not that daft . . . at least not for that ridiculous fee |
