Nani can also play as a forward if Fergie wants to get 'tactical'. He's done that before a couple of times for United.
How can you say Nani is not productive? Have you checked his stats compared to our other wingers/midfielders?
You can have a problem with him demanding bigger wages but that doesn't mean you should question his impact in the team.

Ok back to topic, Actually after thinking a little more deeply into this; maybe it is a good thing that some people refuse to get married. Not all men (or women) will make good husbands or wives and some are better just being single.

England sat back and defended deep so any one playing up front would have been useless, you would need to get the ball to him first before he'd get any sniff of even causing any 'problem'.
