A student of Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) -proposed to his girlfriend (also a Funaabite) at Motion Ground withing the school premises last week. The girl who wore matching native attire with her man -was reportedly shy after the shock proposal but of course, she said YES. Congrats to them.

Rebecca Ishaku, one of the 57 Boko Haram escapees was very elated as she watched her classmates who were recently released by the insurgent group -on TV.. In the footage posted online, Rebecca can be heard shouting in excitement 'see them, see them" -as she danced while pointing towards the TV showing the released Chibok girls at their Thanksgiving service on Sunday, Oct 16th.

Rebecca Ishaku was among the 270 students abducted by Boko Haram militants in April 2014. But she managed to escape in the hours following the mass kidnapping when she jumped off a truck.

Tow notorious robbers who have been terrorizing the residents of Okeletu area in Ijede Ikorodu, Lagos -were arrested after a failed operation in the area on Thursday, Oct 13. According to a witness, Demu Isiaka, the criminals were nabbed red handed by residents who descended on them -beating them mercilessly in the process before handing them over to the police.

A Nigerian woman caused quite a scene at a public event after she decided to carry a goat on her back while dancing. From the video posted online, the woman appeared very delighted and happy with her "baby" strapped on her back as shocked onlookers (including children) surrounded her to see what was happening.
