Former Nigeria international, Daniel Amokachi, paid a visit to his twin sons Nazim and Kalim Amokachi who recently joined Turkish champions, Besiktas. According to Amokachi. his sons are eligible to play officially for Besiktas U21 soon and have been training with the first team. He shared the news on his social media page. He wrote; Flying back tomorrow to Nigeria after visiting my sons in Istanbul. They are eligible to play officially for #besiktas u21 soon and have been training with the first team. Seems like the Ugandan security agents have perfected this method as a measure to prevent "contraband" being smuggled into stadiums. Some months ago, pictures went viral showing how female spectators were frisked before entering a stadium for a football match. Now it has happened again. Men of the Okhoro Police Division in Benin -have arrested a 40 year old lady and her two sons and nanny for the gruesome acid attack on a renowned Benin based 80 year old doctor, Pa Tunde Ojehomon, PhD , over change of beneficiaries in a Will and Property Sales. The release of excess water from Oyan river dam in Ogun State, affected some communities (Wawa, Kara and Warewa) in Ifo LGA of Ogun State. About 300 houses were submerged and about 860 households are affected. Most of the residents have evacuated from the affected areas. The residents were evacuated in boats by emergency officials. According to an online report, this young man was apprehended for allegedly stealing a mobile phone worth N210,000 at Emab plaza in Abuja on Tuesday (yesterday). This happened a day after another phone worth N140,000 -was allegedly stolen by the same man . The suspected thief was handed over to the police -after being beaten by his captors. When will all these political killings come to an end? Another chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has been killed in Rivers state. According to a report, Hon. Boris Neenwi from Yeghe community, was killed yesterday night alongside three other persons who were with him. Boris Neenwi was a chieftain of the APC, a former Councillor of Yeghe community who just finished his law program from Maiduguri a few months ago, according to his close friend. .
