Five years of a childless womb had prompted Pastor and Mrs. Ibem for child adoption. Contented in love and passionate affection in caring won them the race of wariness and mockery from and within their congregation. Pastor Ibem gave his darling wife the liberty she'd to have brought home two kids of her choice from a motherless home. Who would have prophesied unrest for the once lovely couple? Pastor Ibem was happy his wife did brought home the two kids but went fanatic with his order that the little girl letter named Juliet be returned with immediated effect at the moment he saw the girl properly. That turned on the fire hidden in both couples of five wedded years. Confused but curios Mrs. Ibem requested to have returned the innocent girl only when her husband gave her tangible reason to had done so. The peace of the family went down years ago after both couple remained hardened. Mrs. Ibem prayed and watched her husband cried and murmured of life been cruel. Mr. Ibem behaved unusual, ate in canteen instead of home, distanced himself from the family, lost his respect for human dignity, humiliated all who came his way. Worst of all, insatiable demand of horrible and weird love making from his wife, same Mrs. Ibem. A twist was marked on Juliet 12th year. It was on her birthday celebration, Mrs. Ibem hosted all the members of 'God of Grace' church who could attend. Pastor Ibem, though tired, exhausted and needed sleep, staggered his way from out side into the guest room. Stopped in surprise, caught a gaze at the 12 year old girl in santa attire. Amazed. He jumped into the people, grabbed her tight to the wall and made his hands for his pocket, brought out a digital photo camera and ordered a fellow who took snap shots of father and daughter. Surprised! Yes, The surprise that got tensed, Day by day, months evolved and years passed. Pastor Ibem got closer and closer to Juliet. Mrs. Ibem was happy to have witnessed a happy family once more. Pastor Ibem got so fond of Juliet that he drove her around town -to school, his business functions, ceremonies and shopping-moore. Included to have bought clothes, beverages, flower, Teddy bear and ice creams on most intrastate trips, both of them were spotted in beaches and cinemas until people called Juliet 'Dads Wife'. It was painful to have juliet sat on podiums in the church with Pastor Ibem instead of Mrs. Ibem, yet she was pleased to have witnessed a family happy. A relief for Mrs. Ibem came when Emmaus a school friend of Jimmy (juliet's adopted brother) spotted Juliet a damsel. He stocked and traced Juliet to Jimmy's house. He would say to himself "now that I know he is the elder sister to my own best friend jimmy, should I give up this damsel?" He maneuvered his way into the hearts of not only Juliet but each and every member of the family. He'd almost made Pastor Ibem's house his home, until Pastor Ibem had said to him "don't sit here to wait for Jimmy, STOP seeing Juliet, I know she's NOT your FRIEND, so I expect you to wait for Jimmy your friend outside my home without Juliet" Mrs. Ibem had supported her husband on that for fear of intimacy. When the house was no longer a place to play, talk and dance with Emmaus, when the house became too bored, and Pastor Ibem became a threat to Juliet happiness -Emmaus, amidst persuasions and counter persuasions from daughter to father, Juliet left the house for her happiness. This finally threw the heart of a man away from Pastor Ibem, as he abandoned his pastoral work for weakness. Mrs. Ibem was the confused person at the central of all these, in perplexity why her husband chooses to be the 'woo man version' of a man since when Juliet entered the house. She remained kind to her dying husband! She'd came inside Pastor Ibem's room, to talk comfort when she noticed her husband with two pictures. -picture of Christy, on her birthday. She wore santa dress. Christy was the best friend of 'Mrs. Ibem' who'd been pierced died on Mrs. Ibem wedding day; - picture of Juliet, on her birthday wearing same patterned of santa dress. Mr. Ibem confessed to have killed Christy when she threatened never to sit and watch him get married to her best friend, when she has a few month old daughter for her. He added "I can't help taking Juliet for her, Christy is Juliet's mother, I promised to love her, she has gone with my life again" (Pastor Ibem lost contact with Christy whom he loved so much as she went into hiding to protect her child till birth) |

the best time for division was far gone, except if...the could be a peaceful break up which is impossible. Obj have cemented that fact by decentralizing the power bloc of the arm forces, no body can fully make use of them for division process, whereas they would never agree to each others interest. Is a doom on nigeria, section 9 of the 1999 constitution have also cemented the creation of states. That is to say, the northerners will continue to lead in any votes, and will l always have the greater number of army spread across nigeria even EAST, |

1. Groups can arise from almost nothing The desire to form and join a group is the best thing that can improve ones placement in the society. 2. Initiation rites improve group evaluations Existing groups don't let others join for free: the cost is sometimes monetary, sometimes intellectual, sometimes physical—but usually there is an initiation rite, even if it's well disguised. Aronson and Mills (1959) tested the effect of initiation rites by making one group of women read passages from sexually explicit novels. Afterwards they rated the group they had joined much more positively than those who hadn't had to undergo the humiliating initiation. So, not only do groups want to test you, but they want you to value your membership and position in associating with the society 3. Groups breed conformity After joining a group and being initiated, we have to get a feel for the group norms, the rules of behaviour in that group. Group norms can be extremely powerful, bending our behaviours in ways we would never expect. 4. Learn the ropes or be ostracised Group norms are extremely pervasive: this becomes all the more obvious when we start breaking them. 5. You become your job Although groups have norms—rules that apply to everyone in the group—people have roles within groups and corresponding rules that apply to just their position. 6. Leaders gain trust by conforming A high-profile, high-status role in any group is that of its leader, but where do leaders come from? In some groups, they are appointed or imposed from outside, but in many groups leaders emerge slowly and subtly from the ranks. A study that has much to teach was carried out by Merei (1949) who observed children at a Hungarian nursery school. He noticed that successful leaders were those who initially fitted in with the group then slowly began to suggest new activities adapted from the old. Children didn't follow potential leaders who jumped straight in with new ideas. Leaders first conform, then only later, when trust has been gained, can they be confident that others will follow. This has been confirmed in later studies (with grown-ups!). 7. Groups can improve performance... The mere presence of others can make us perform better. The presence of other people seems to facilitate our own performance, but more so when the task is relatively separate to others and can be judged on its own merits. 8. ...but people will loaf{hide under laziness} In other circumstances, though, people in groups demonstrate a tremendous capacity for loafing. Another social psychology pioneer, Max Ringelmann , found in the 1890s that participants in a tug 'o war only put in half as much effort when they were in a team of 8 than when they were on their own. It seems that when hiding in the group is easy, for example when tasks are additive and each person's contribution is difficult to judge, people will slack off to an impressive degree. I pray this group will fish them out. 9. Groups breed competition While co-operation within group members is generally not so much of a problem, co-operation between groups can be hellish. People may be individually co-operative, but once put in a 'them-and-us' situation, rapidly become remarkably adversarial. |

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) on Thursday inaugurated a 13-member 2012/2013 Premier League Management Committee, charging it to resolve the lingering problems in the league before the commencement of the new season. The president of the NFF, Alhaji Aminu Maigari said the members led by Nduka Irabor, a former Member of the House of Representatives and former newspaper editor, were chosen based on quality of experience, broad-mindedness, capacity, proven ability, painstaking virtues, love of the game and diligence and dedication, and urged them to “quickly and conclusively” resolve the issues. “For avoidance of doubt, this is a national assignment of no mean significance,” he said. “The management of the top tier of the domestic League of any country has serious consequences for that nation’s football.
