Like happyday has said, tell them u have been working in ur dad's company and also the role u play there.. U might want to also tell them how the degree will help u be a better engineer when u come back to ur Dad's company. You have to demonstrate Home ties. |

Mayflowa: Hey calm down. I didn't insult you. Can't you use some advice. So you mean to tell me some YouTube video won't be helpful in your course? So all the courses I mentioned aren't part of your courses you will be taking to graduate in Mathematics? Were you expecting I would list all of them?
The people that studied with you are kind people. In graduate school, no one have time for the other except you came from same country. I was only sorry that you had to go through the stress of asking for such favor.
Bro, mathematics is a natural skill. There are young lad that crack adult mathematics. For you to continue in mathematics, you must have had flair for it. At least, none of this should be new to you at Master levels.
But like I said, it is good you were able to pull through very matured reply.. |

otis3: @ Chapecoense can you start agriculture with 20,000 naira, you better don't follow the sayings of CBN that fail to give better directive on long time loan and low interest rate else you will get harsh responses. 20k will kick start a decent poultry business.. It will even be enough to start up snail business, or vegetable business and more.. The way ppl look down on agriculture sha. U must have invested more than 20k in that MMM.. Even MMM said invest ur spare money, does it not mean that you could loose ur money at anytime, and u r adviced to put in only what u can afford to loose? That is enough reason to discourage me.... |

so if MMM provides some form of income which is better than kidnapping or ritual killing or robbery then hey let MMM continue recycling peter to pay paul. .....as long as u understand d risk if they have money to invest in mmm, why cant they use it to go into agriculture? tomisinobm: From my little knowledge, 1. You have nothing to worry about if there's no portal to check. Some portals don't even work. Some are just there for fancy sake. If you feel its taking too long to get your admission decision, send a gentle reminder to the school and try to make it look like you need their feedback so you can plan ahead. Remember I said "gentle".
2. Schools have started admitting people since September or probably earlier, don't get deceived. And its for the fall, not even the spring. The earlier you push in your application, the better for you. You can send them in may next year, your luck.
3. I don't know but to be safe, use the current rate which is about 480/490.
Cheers.
Cc Chapecoense wow thanks.. 2.. Aint those schools with rolling admission? Well thanks a whole lot. Actually called my school, and i was told they r still processing spring applications, and they'll start looking at applications for fall by febuary.. 1 thank you.. A relief for me. |

Chapecoense: Hello.... Am new here.. I greet everybody, u guys r doing a gud job.. Please i have 3 questions to ask..
1 i have recently applied for undergrad studies for the fall 17 semester, but the school i applied to do not actually have a dedicated portal where u can log in and view ur admission status... I was only sent an identification form to my email after application, please do i have to worry about this?
2 when will schools start looking at applications and rolling out admission for fall 17? I read that its usually after the fall deadling(june/july), someone also told me jan/feb..
3 in the international affidavit of support form, its says i should write the dollar eqivalent of what is in my sponsor's bank acct, please at what exchange rate do i convert the naira to dollar? Is it cbn rate, or my sponsor's bank rate or parallel market rate? Since they are all different. Please i need answers thank you. |
