bepositive11: GCMS notes are usually issued on the date they're requested. Since you ordered them 2 months ago, they were probably issued before the refusal.
Maybe try ordering CBSA notes. Hopefully, you'll get them faster. The date says September 14, I ordered August 5 so I don’t agree with what you say about dates. If they were issued before refusal… why did i get them 2days ago. Even Eligibility that started since May was showing it hasn’t started. I will order another. |

bepositive11: Did you order GCMS notes from IRCC or CBSA? Apparently, CBSA notes are faster and it includes IRCC's GCMS notes. Mine took 2 months and can’t possibly be CBSA. A lot is wrong. If it had details of the refusal, I won’t be worried even if it was 2 pages |

I will order again and get my mind off it… ThankGod i have exams coming up… And with the look of things, i will finish my remaining semesters here then have enough time for IRCC |

So the notes I ordered since August 5th finally came yesterday, that is after 2 months. Now, the date on the note says September 14th… so that was when they ordered the notes I requested for since August… Secondly, note had just 14 pages of nothing… Eligibility was saying “review required” as per dem never touch my file.
Now these notes were ordered like 10days before my refusal.. shouldn’t it have the refusal detail? It had my mails up until August 15.
The final decision is blank…
I don’t understand, this is October so it should have the refusal details at least or have some details about my application up until September… How come eligibility that started since May 4 didn’t reflect?
Or is my file still being worked on?
And do i order another one?
I even sent them a mail asking if it’s complete because i know even after biometrics, notes should be upto 36+ pages… so how can they present me with 14pages after 6 months?
What to do?
@7COLOURS, any news about yours? |

Uchenation: Permit me caution you to kindly choose your words wisely when responding/talking to people. You may have a good case but ruin it with wrong use of words. Yes it’s a faceless forum but we don’t know who is on the other end of the keyboard, main reason we ought to talk to people respectfully and politely. I’m not saying this only because of this response but what I’ve observed/noticed over time. I may not be talking all the time but I’m very observant. I stand to be corrected if I’m wrong. True. Especially me oh… he/she is not nice at all but will always complain about me. E no dey hard am to vex |

You have reasons to be worried because eligibility has started for everyone who submitted in the same month with you She may be waiting for eligibility to “show” but PPR will come instead. It happens a lot. Then eligibility will get updated same day as PPR |

Frankielilbaby: The hospital will ask for your UCI and application number and these will be included when they submit your medicals they should be able to trace your file from these details What of upfront for someone that hasn’t applied? Because no one asked these questions. So it’s the passport number |

Frankielilbaby: I honestly don't think that fault was from the hospital, but we both can't be too sure and I did not upload mine but it was updated because on my e slip it was shown that it was sent in 31st of August. There were lots of people who said the hospital said they sent it in and IRCc said they didn't recieve it we are not sure where the fault is coming from. But I did suggest webform Yes true, then someone else had same issue where he said IOM apologized that they missed sending his medical result, although it wasn’t a case of refusal… let’s not leave any stone unturned |
