Politics › The Great Obidient Deflection: Every Question About Peter Obi Ends With Tinubu by CharlesCNG(op): 4:52pm On Jun 15 |
One phenomenon I find fascinating about a section of the Obidient movement is their apparent inability to explain Peter Obi without talking about Bola Tinubu.
Ask them about Peter Obi's economic plan.
They answer with Buhari.
Ask them about Peter Obi's security strategy.
They answer with Tinubu.
Ask them about Anambra.
They answer with bullion vans.
Ask them about his coalition politics.
They answer with corruption.
Ask them what exactly he would do differently.
They answer with debates.
Notice the pattern.
Apparently, in Obidient theology, every question about Peter Obi must be redirected to somebody else.
No.
That is not how serious people evaluate leaders.
The fact that Tinubu can be criticised does not exempt Peter Obi from scrutiny.
Two things can be true simultaneously.
Tinubu can be questioned.
Peter Obi can be questioned.
Democracy permits both.
Which brings me to a simple challenge.
Who is your candidate?
What exactly will he do differently?
How will he do it?
What evidence from his past record justifies your confidence?
Not your emotions.
Not your hopes.
Not your hatred for APC.
Not your disappointment with Tinubu.
Your candidate.
His plans.
His record.
His ideas.
Until then, spare us the emotional gymnastics and intellectual acrobatics.
Because the easiest way to know that someone cannot defend his candidate is when every question about his candidate becomes an answer about yours.
Faith may be sufficient for religion.
It is not sufficient for governance. |

HacheNoire: I love your write up with utmost sincerity and so proud of what you were able to churn out!
The problem of our great country is the “ELITES” I mean the brain boxes who can address, criticize and proffer feasible demands.
The elites has left it in that hands of illiterates and unexposed lots like VDM and his conspirators.
When reasoning is demanded, you won’t find them and only good with noise and propaganda!
Sit them down and ask them what should be done differently and you will be amused about how dull these creatures are. Thank you very much for your kind words and generous compliment. I sincerely appreciate them. What I find truly remarkable, however, is that despite the volume of reactions these pieces generate, none of these obidients have actually attempted to engage the issues raised. That, unfortunately, appears to be their now familiar modus operandi. Raise questions about Peter Obi's record, and they answer with Tinubu. Present statistics, and they respond with insults. Ask what their candidate would do differently, and they change the subject. Point to contradictions, and they cry tribalism. Challenge assumptions, and they invoke conspiracy theories, curses and imaginary payments. In short, arguments are answered with emotions, and scrutiny is treated as heresy. I have no problem with disagreement. Indeed, democracy thrives on disagreement. But disagreement requires counterarguments, evidence and reasoning. What has fascinated me most is not the abuse, but the inability of many of them to take on even one issue directly. Not one. Perhaps because myths are easier to defend than facts. And perhaps because emotional investment often makes objective examination difficult. Questions must be answered, not avoided. |

Macphenson: Is this what they gave U people to post in your WhatsApp group?
Instead of you people to spend time showing us Bola Ahmed Tinubu's achievement, you are talking about Peter Obi.
Is Peter Obi the reason why Tinubu is such a calamitic failure in governance and administration? Interesting. I write about Peter Obi, you ask me about Tinubu. I question Obi’s record, you demand Tinubu’s achievements. That is the Great Obidient Deflection. Is Peter Obi’s record so fragile that it cannot be defended without changing the subject? Tinubu’s performance, good or bad, does not exempt Peter Obi from scrutiny. Peter Obi wants to be President of Nigeria. That makes his record, promises and competence legitimate subjects of examination. You can criticize Tinubu. I can criticize Peter Obi. Democracy allows both. But “What about Tinubu?” is not an argument. It is an escape route. If you cannot explain your preferred candidate without attacking another candidate, then maybe your support is based more on resentment than confidence. Peter Obi said, “Go and Verify.” Some of us did. The problem is that not everyone likes the results. |

SeeWahala: Op is trying very hard with this his new moniker
He revamped himself and is pushing his own type of propaganda asking us useless questions about what leaders will do for us but if you ask his tilumbu to come out for debate or interview you will see the way he will gaslight you to drop the idea
Bulaba Bois 😏 This is becoming almost comical.I asked a simple question: Who is your candidate and what exactly will he do differently? Not what Tinubu failed to do. Not what Buhari failed to do. Not why debates are important. Not why you dislike APC. Your candidate. His plans. His alternatives. His solutions. Yet, as usual, all I get is emotional gymnastics, whataboutism and deflection. Notice the pattern. Ask Obidients about Peter Obi, and they answer with Tinubu. Ask them about Obi's economic plan, and they answer with Buhari. Ask them about security, and they answer with debates. Ask them about Anambra, and they answer with bullion vans. Ask them about specifics, and they answer with insults. Apparently, in Obidient theology, every question about Peter Obi must be redirected to somebody else. No, my friend. This is not how serious people evaluate leaders. The fact that Tinubu can be criticised does not exempt Peter Obi from scrutiny. Two things can be true simultaneously: Tinubu can be criticised. Peter Obi can be questioned. Democracy allows both. So stop hiding behind APC, stop changing the subject and answer the question. Who is your candidate? What exactly will he do differently? How will he do it? What evidence from his past record supports your confidence? Until then, spare us the emotional acrobatics. Because the inability to answer simple questions about your preferred candidate is usually a sign that your support is based more on faith than on facts. And faith may be enough for religion. It is not enough for governance. |

nairalanda1: Well, tinubu is not doing too well either. Time we tried someone else. If he no work, we rinse and repeat, until them elite wake up and do something.
Argentina kept on going from one incompetent to another until their debt started strangling them. That';s when they realized that doing the same thing over and over again was not working, and voted in Millei.
Right now, Argentina is not fully ok, but fiscally they are doing better, and their currency is getting stronger. "Tinubu is not doing too well, therefore let's try Peter Obi or someone else and if he fails, we'll rinse and repeat." That is not a governing philosophy. That is a gambling philosophy.Countries are not laboratories for political experiments. The burden is not on me to reject Tinubu. The burden is on Peter Obi or Atiku to demonstrate why he deserves to replace him."Let's try somebody else" is not an argument. By that logic, every dissatisfied country should simply rotate incompetence and hope for miracles. You cite Argentina. Excellent. Argentina did not elect Javier Milei merely because he was "someone else." They elected him because he brought a radically different economic philosophy, spent years developing those ideas, and convinced enough Argentines that he had answers. The question therefore is simple: Beyond slogans and moral superiority, what exactly is Peter Obi's unique answer to Nigeria's security crisis? What is his detailed energy policy? What institutional reforms distinguish him from others? What evidence from Anambra demonstrates transformational capacity? These are legitimate questions. And dissatisfaction with Tinubu does not automatically translate into confidence in Peter Obi. Rejecting one doctor does not mean you should entrust your life to the next man in the waiting room. In democracy, incumbents must earn renewal. But challengers must earn replacement. And "Anybody But Tinubu" is not a manifesto. It is merely an emotion. |

Brendaniel: Even the devil has supporters who call good people evil and evil people good.. Thank you for confirming, once again, the dangerous moral superiority complex that afflicts a section of the Obidient movement. Apparently, everyone who questions Peter Obi is evil. Everyone who disagrees with Peter Obi is satanic. Everyone who points to inconvenient facts is a paid agent. Everyone who refuses to worship at the altar of the New Nigeria is corrupt. And yet, despite all this righteousness, not one of you has answered a simple question: **By what objective parameters was Peter Obi's governorship a success?** Infrastructure? Which landmark projects? IGR growth? Obiano outperformed him. Industrialization? Which industries? Security? Kidnappings and robberies existed under his watch. Job creation? Where are the numbers? Human capital development? Compared with whom? I listed specific issues under "Go and Verify." As usual, there is no response. No figures. No data. No comparisons. No evidence. Just sermons. Just demons. Just accusations. This is what fascinates me about a section of the Obidient movement. When facts fail them, theology begins. When evidence disappears, morality enters. When arguments collapse, Satan appears. But politics is not deliverance ministry. Peter Obi is not the Messiah. He is a politician. And politicians are evaluated by measurable outcomes, not by the intensity of their followers' emotions. So I ask again: **By what parameters?** Not by feelings. Not by slogans. Not by prophecies. Not by exorcisms. By what measurable parameters? |

Be guided. 🤔 Thank you. I wish you success in your business ventures in Yankee. However, the moment we replace arguments with curses, we have abandoned politics and entered theology. I presented ten reasons why I will not vote for Peter Obi. You presented zero reasons why I should. Instead, you warned me about curses. That tells me everything I need to know. Presidential candidates are not deities, and disagreement is not blasphemy. I am doing very well, thank you. Politics › Peter Obi Himself Invited Nigerians To "Go And Verify." Fair . Let Us Verify! by CharlesCNG(op): 4:12am On Jun 15 |
One of the greatest myths repeated by Obidients is that Peter Obi campaigned on issues while his opponents only attacked his person, family, and tribe.
History says otherwise.
Peter Obi himself invited Nigerians to "go and verify." Fair enough. Let us verify.
Verification Number One: Internally Generated Revenue
Peter Obi left office in 2014.
The obvious question is this: if his economic management was so revolutionary, why did Anambra's IGR experience significantly greater growth under Willie Obiano and continue to rise under Soludo?
Shouldn't a transformational governor leave behind a revenue-generating structure that speaks for itself?
Why are his supporters constantly talking about bank balances instead of wealth creation?
Governments are not savings accounts.
Governments exist to create assets, infrastructure, institutions and economic expansion.
Verification Number Two: Landmark Infrastructure
Peter Obi governed for eight years.
Can his supporters identify one landmark infrastructure project in Anambra comparable to what Nigerians typically associate with transformational governors?
One airport?
One signature bridge?
One major industrial cluster?
One flagship road project?
One landmark institution?
Why is his legacy reduced largely to claims of prudence and money left in the treasury?
Savings are not development.
No country has ever developed by simply keeping money in the bank.
Verification Number Three: Security
Obidients often weaponise insecurity under Tinubu.
Fine.
But was Anambra under Peter Obi a paradise?
Did kidnapping disappear?
Did criminality vanish?
Did armed robbery cease?
Security challenges existed then as they exist now.
No governor and no president should be judged by isolated incidents alone.
The standard must be solutions, not emotional exploitation.
Verification Number Four: The People Who Actually Lived There
Interestingly, many of the loudest critics of Peter Obi's governorship are not Yorubas or Tinubu supporters.
They are Anambra people themselves.
Long before 2023, social media was full of Anambra residents questioning his infrastructure record and comparing his stewardship with that of previous and subsequent administrations.
Suddenly, after 2022, a carefully constructed mythology emerged in which Peter Obi became a superhuman governor whose tenure could not be questioned.
History does not work that way.
Verification Number Five: "Go and Verify" Is Not a Shield
The phrase "go and verify" does not mean "do not question."
In fact, verification means asking difficult questions.
If Peter Obi wants Nigerians to verify his record, then Nigerians are entitled to ask:
* Why was Anambra's economic expansion more visible after him? * Why are his supporters unable to point to landmark infrastructure? * Why is his greatest achievement always described as money saved rather than prosperity created? * Why should an eight-year governorship without unmistakable transformational projects qualify someone for the presidency?
These are not attacks.
These are questions.
And anyone seeking the highest office in the land must answer questions.
The Greatest Irony
Obidients accuse others of attacking Peter Obi personally.
Yet the moment anyone scrutinises his record, they cry tribalism, hatred, and persecution.
No.
Peter Obi asked Nigerians to verify.
Some of us simply took him seriously.
And what we found raises more questions than answers.
Perhaps the most uncomfortable possibility is this:
Peter Obi's greatest political asset is not his record.
It is the mythology built around his record.
And mythology, however inspiring, is not a substitute for measurable achievements.
Because nations are governed by facts, not folklore. |

Kukutente23: CharlesCNG aka SmartEnergyng is the newest account these guys have unleashed on NL to deceive and defraud Nigerians One wonders why they are so perturbed after dividing the opposition to its weakest that they still have to unleash propaganda handles on unsuspecting folks Truly, they must know something we all don't know about how they "won" in 2023 to be this jittery after capturing almost all states and other critical govt institutions Funny enough his first thread in this hatchet job was an attack on Obi The second thread was to hand all credit over to Tinubu for the deceitfully packaged economic wonders This present one is to absolve him of blame for the glaring insecurity under his watch and pass the blame over to the opposition for the inefficiency of the ruling govt Another zone bee account above simply blames the "Elites" for not coming up with solutions for the "master strategist" and "demigod of politics" to use in solving the insecurity issues that have grown in leaps and bounds on his watch You see how confused these folks are? Interesting. I raise questions about Peter Obi's record, and instead of answering them, I am suddenly a propagandist, a government agent, a "Zone Bee," and part of some grand conspiracy. Not one word on the issues. Not one answer on Anambra's infrastructure record. Not one answer on IGR growth under Obiano and Soludo. Not one answer on the endless coalition hopping. Not one answer on the contradiction between "Go and Verify" and the hostility shown to those who actually verify. Just labels. This strategy will fail. Peter Obi wants to be President of Nigeria, not Pope of the Obidient Church. He is not immune from scrutiny, and no amount of emotional blackmail, name-calling, conspiracy theories, or character assassination will change that. I will continue to subject Peter Obi to the same level of scrutiny that obidients apply to Tinubu, Atiku, Buhari and every other politician. If Tinubu's economic policies can be questioned, Peter Obi's Anambra record can be questioned. If Buhari's security record can be questioned, Peter Obi's promises can be questioned. If Atiku's alliances can be questioned, Peter Obi's endless search for political accommodation can be questioned. Democracy demands arguments, not excommunication. So spare me the labels. Address the issues. Answer the questions. Defend the record. Or admit that mythology is easier to defend than facts. Because I am not interested in worship. I am interested in verification. And contrary to what some people think, "Go and Verify" was an invitation, not a commandment to suspend critical thinking. |

aariwa: During the run up to the 2023 elections Obi outlined what in his opinion is the major problems Nigeria was facing and outlined how he would solve them one by one and referred the country to his previous record as Anambra governor and how he was able to accomplish more than 80% of his ANIDS manifesto by the time he left office and his popular slogan go and verify became popular with many Nigerians and became obidient to Obi’s roadmap to revamp Nigeria but instead of tinubu supporters to take on Obi based on issues he brought foward they started attacking his person, family and Igbo tribe in a campaign of lies, hate, calumny not seen before in anywhere in the world. South Easterners are not the only people supporting Peter Obi. Obidient are from the six geopolitical zone , Nigerians who are tired of the old order of stealing public funds and converting public assets into private possession..
Nigerians have x-rayed the lifestyle and activities of Peter Obi within the period he has hood public office and have confidence in his leadership to lead Nigeria to the desired future.
Igbos have other notable sons and daughters like Gov. Soludo , Ex Gov. Orji Uzor Kalu , David Umahi , Owelle Rochas and others who are interested in the Presidency but cannot get the kind of organic Love and support Peter Obi is getting not only from South East but from Nigeria.
Igbos are independent minded people who do not cheer ineffective leadership . They cannot support someone doing evil because he is one of them. To draw the attention of the Igbo's.you must be doing something significant and effective.
A review of previous Nigerian election reveal Igbos supported Ex. President Obasanjo, Yaradua, Goodluck Jonathan with little support for Ex late President Buhari and the current administration. It is not out of hatred for Yorubas because there are many good competent Yorubas like Ex VP Osibanjo.
The current administration has failed woefully in all fronts , Nigerians stepped out yesterday to protest the w0rsening levels of inscurity and mass abdctions across the country. What was shocking to see was that Tinubu and his supporters had allegedly rented a crowd of counter-protesters, the majority of whom were Yoruba women. These women have children. No reasonable Igbo woman will do that for another failed Igbo politician. In case you don't know why Nigerians were out there protesting, the children who were taken from schools in Oyo State still have not been found.Let me put this into perspective for you. There is a community called Woro in Kwara State. From February 3rd into the 4th of this year, at about 5:30 p.m., insurgents attacked the community. From 5:30 p.m. through the night and into the next morning, they carried out a sustained attck in which many people were massacred. About 200 people were klld. Do you know how many people were taken away? Approximately 176 people were abducted, and they are still in captivity. President Tinubu has failed . The APC led administration has failed Nigerians and must be voted out. The last 8 years of Buhari and the current 3 years of Tinubu is judgement and curse upon Nigerians . There is no meaningful progress and development. But yet Insecurity is getting out of hand .
It could be your children tomorrow or brother that could be kidn--apped tomorrow, It could eventually be your children, just in case you don't realize what is at stake. This is the end of us if we allow this to continue. Nigerians have decided that president Tinubu and everything called APC must leave for Nigerians to have peace. 9. The Dangerous Moral Superiority ComplexThe most troubling aspect of the Obidient movement is the tendency to divide Nigerians into saints and sinners. Those who support Peter Obi are portrayed as enlightened. Those who disagree are portrayed as thieves. Those who ask questions are labelled haters. Those who criticise are accused of tribalism. Democracy does not work that way. Peter Obi is not Nigeria's Messiah. He is a politician. And politicians must endure scrutiny. |

6. Weaponising InsecurityThis is where emotion replaces reason. Every kidnapping, every terrorist attack, every death is a national tragedy. But to suggest that insecurity began with Tinubu or that voting APC out automatically solves insecurity is unserious. Boko Haram predates Tinubu. Banditry predates Tinubu. IPOB violence predates Tinubu. Farmer-herder conflicts predate Tinubu. Kidnapping predates Tinubu. Insecurity has plagued successive administrations. Serious people debate solutions. Propagandists merely exploit grief. Dead Nigerians should not become campaign posters. |

It does not prove that ethnic identity is irrelevant. In fact, it proves the opposite—that voting patterns are influenced by changing combinations of interests, perceptions, and identities. This is the end of us if we allow this to continue. Nigerians have decided that president Tinubu and everything called APC must leave for Nigerians to have peace. To properly respond to your typical obidient emotional appeal, i will break down your write up into various parts and respond to each one in parts 1. "Nobody Supports Peter Obi Because He Is Igbo"Nobody can seriously make such an absolute claim. Human beings are motivated by multiple factors—ethnicity, religion, ideology, personality, competence, hope, and even emotion. To claim that ethnicity plays absolutely no role in Peter Obi's support is as unrealistic as claiming ethnicity played no role in Buhari's support in the North or Awolowo's support in the West. Did Peter Obi enjoy support outside the South-East? Certainly. But was ethnic solidarity completely absent? Only a propagandist would argue that. Let us stop pretending. If ethnicity is completely irrelevant to Peter Obi’s support, why did Labour Party record its most overwhelming margins in the South-East? In 2023, Obi scored 95.24% in Anambra, 88.40% in Abia, 80%+ in Enugu and similarly dominant figures across the South-East. That is not merely “integrity politics.” That is also ethnic bloc behaviour. This does not mean every Igbo person supports Obi because he is Igbo. That would be false. It also does not mean Obi has no support outside the South-East. He does. But it is dishonest to pretend ethnicity plays no role.Another important point. The most toxic section of the Obidient movement hides ethnic solidarity behind moral language. They say “competence,” but behave like criticism of Obi is an attack on their identity. They say “new Nigeria,” but abuse, threaten, and insult anyone who questions their candidate. That is not democratic politics. That is ethnic emotionalism dressed as civic awakening. Peter Obi is not above scrutiny. No politician is. If Tinubu’s Yoruba base can be discussed, if Buhari’s northern base can be discussed, then Obi’s South-East base can also be discussed. Democracy is not worship. Ethnic affinity is a reality of Nigerian politics. Pretending otherwise does not make one morally superior. |
Politics › When Insecurity Becomes Opposition Campaign Merchandise. by CharlesCNG(op): 1:45am On Jun 15 |
Nigeria’s insecurity crisis is too serious to be turned into a political megaphone. The killings, kidnappings, and attacks are real, painful, and unacceptable. Reuters reported fresh abductions in Zamfara this month, while protests in Lagos and Abuja on June 12 carried chants of “Tinubu must go” over the worsening situation. Citizens have every right to be angry.
But anger must not be turned into opportunistic theatre.
That is where some opposition actors and influencers like VDM get it wrong. Instead of separating legitimate protest from reckless agitation, they collapse everything into one slogan: remove the president. That is cheap politics. A serious opposition should ask hard questions, demand accountability, and present a superior security plan. What it should not do is use the blood of victims as campaign merchandise. The man who carries a corpse on his head should not also beat drums in the market with it.
This does not mean government has solved the crisis. It has not. But it is false to act as if nothing is being done. Reuters reported that in March 2026 Nigerian troops, backed by air strikes, repelled a major assault on a military base in Mallam Fatori and killed at least 80 insurgents. Reuters also reported security forces launched manhunts after large abductions in Zamfara, while AP reported the army freed 360 kidnapped people from Boko Haram captivity. Those are not final victory, but they are real battlefield gains.
Nigeria needs pressure, yes. But it needs seriousness more. Insecurity should produce strategy, not slogans; resolve, not clout-chasing. A nation in pain deserves better than politicians and influencers trying to turn terror into applause. |
Politics › Re: Peter Obi -when A Man Is Rumoured To Steal, He Should Not Dance With A Goat by CharlesCNG(op): 1:28am On Jun 15 |
MASTAkiLLAh: A retired general died in the custody of terrorist militias just few hours ago yet the problem vuvuzelas is still Peter Giringory Obi who came distant third in elections three years ago. When will you clowns ever set your priorities right ? A WHOLE GENERAL A whole retired general dying in kidnappers’ custody is a national tragedy, not a debating trick. That is exactly why serious people should be careful not to turn insecurity into cheap political capital. Mourning General Rabe and questioning Peter Obi’s judgment are not mutually exclusive. Nigeria can grieve a fallen officer and still examine the words of a man seeking to be commander-in-chief. What is childish is pretending that once insecurity bites, every other political question must go silent. That is how some irresponsible Obidients try to weaponise tragedy: any criticism of Obi is suddenly treated as bad timing, while they themselves use every security failure as campaign fuel against Tinubu. You cannot turn insecurity into a partisan trumpet one day and then demand silence the next day when the conversation becomes inconvenient. The deeper point is this: a nation in pain needs seriousness, not selective outrage. General Rabe’s death should humble everyone. It should lead to pressure for better security, better intelligence, and better rescue capability. But it should not become a shield behind which politicians or their supporters hide from scrutiny. There is a proverb: the man who carries a corpse on his head should not also use it to beat drums for the market. A tragedy is for mourning, reflection, and action — not for cheap partisan blackmail. |
Politics › The Politics Of Early Excuses by CharlesCNG(op): 8:47pm On Jun 14 |
The Student Who Failed Before the Exam Began
One of the laziest habits in nigerian opposition politics is the rush to declare, even before voting starts, that the election will definitely be rigged. Before the ballot is cast, before agents are deployed, before results are counted, they have already written their lamentation. That is not vigilance. That is surrender dressed as wisdom.
Yes, serious democracies must guard against rigging. Parties must train agents, document results, mobilise voters, and prepare legal responses. But there is a difference between vigilance and defeatism. An opposition that keeps shouting, “They will rig,” without matching it with structure, monitoring, and evidence-gathering is like a student who spends the whole night abusing the examiner instead of reading his books.
He says the teacher is wicked. He says the questions will be unfair. He says the invigilator has been bribed. But when the exam begins, he has no pen, no preparation, and no confidence.
That is the tragedy of this politics. Instead of preparing for the contest, they prepare the excuse. Instead of strengthening their structure, they strengthen their complaints. And worse, they demoralise their own supporters. If you keep telling your followers the election is already lost, many will ask: then why vote? Why volunteer? Why stay and protect the ballot?
A serious opposition does not approach elections like mourners attending a burial before the patient has died. It contests hard, monitors hard, documents hard, and challenges malpractice with proof. The party that keeps announcing rigging before voting begins may not be exposing the weakness of the system. It may simply be exposing the weakness of its own preparation. |

You are extremely restless and rightly so because you fear what will happen to your messiah the faaaake certttifficcate hollldderr in 2027 knowing fully well that there is no pathway for your roasted electricity fraud
If you are not in severe pains seeing that PO' s popularity and acceptability is growing notwithstanding your lies against him , you will not bother yourself writing meaningless epistles woefully trying to discredit a man whom you claimed to have no structure, no acceptability and other nonsense
Your best is to go home and sleep because like you have claimed your fl certificate holderrrrr has all the governors, the judiciary, the security apparatus, Inec and all the Bullion vans in Nigeria, why worry yourself about a man you know will loose election ?
All the helter skelta Shows how fearful you are about your nightmare PO and that fear has increased thousand folds seeing in reality how his Popularity increases, how he gains momentum to the pains and dismay of yours and yours. I like You have still not answered a single issue. It is the same old Obidient pattern: when substance is too heavy, you drown the page in insult, stretched spellings, and fantasy about pain. If Peter Obi is as strong as you claim, defend him with facts on judgment, platform instability, coalition failure, discipline of supporters, and national viability. But you cannot. That is why you keep writing emotional sermons instead of responses. The irony is rich: you say I am afraid of Obi, yet it is your side that cannot bear scrutiny without shaking, shouting, and hallucinating conspiracy. A serious camp argues. A desperate camp abuses. There is a proverb: when a man has no answer, he begins to beat the drum of insult. But no matter how loud the drum sounds, it cannot turn a weak argument into a strong one. So calm down, drop the theatrics, and answer the points. Until then, all this grammar of pain, fear, and nightmare is just perfume on intellectual emptiness. You did not defend Obi. What is the emploment statistics and what is the inflation figures ?
You think writing uzelezz lies and propaganda will elleviate the faakkee achievement of a faaake certttifficcate hollldderr to high heavens that will make you snatch and grab for him in 2027
Your reply is loud, but empty. Abuse is not argument. Misspelling words, stretching letters, and throwing tantrums does not answer a single point. You asked about fuel, naira, inflation, and jobs as if those are magic gotchas, but even those serious issues do not erase the fact that reforms can be painful and still necessary. If you want a debate, bring facts. If all you have is noise, then you are only proving the point: when substance is too heavy, some of you fall back on insult. You say “nothing to show,” yet you still cannot calmly engage what was listed. That is because abuse is easier than analysis. A serious person responds point by point. A confused one throws grammar into the gutter and hopes the smell will win the argument. There is a proverb: when a man has no knife to cut the meat, he begins to bite the table. That is what this reply looks like. You are not dismantling the case; you are only advertising your anger. You came to fight facts with fumes. That may impress fellow ranters, but it does nothing to answer the issues. |

HamedAmed: This kind of mentality is what is still keeping Nigeria in bondage. Turning white to black, so what you are telling me now is that Catalonia who are demanding for separation are terrorists. Make una continue bending the law to suit una narrative, last last hand go touch every one who is supporting evil. That comparison is lazy and false. Catalonia is a political movement operating inside a democratic state, through parties, referendums, courts, and civil agitation. IPOB in Nigeria is not being judged only by its slogan of separation, but by the violence, coercion, killings, and sit-at-home enforcement tied to it or carried out in its name. Agitation is one thing. Organized intimidation and bloodshed are another. Once a movement crosses from protest into coercion, it stops being ordinary agitation and enters a more dangerous territory. So no, nobody is “turning white to black.” The issue is not the word separation. The issue is the method. A man carrying a placard is not the same as a man carrying fear. There is a proverb: when a goat begins to eat yam seed, you do not keep calling it a pet; you start treating it as a threat. That is the difference you and misguided and misinformed peter obi are refusing to see. |

Your aggression stems from the fact that you have desperately been searching for dirt on he man of integrity and up till today, you have failed woefully in dragging his name into the mud where the politicians you defend and support have been found wallowing in there.
You see, now you are looking for words that are non existence to prove a point you are desperately looking for. Him not being on the ballot has failed. Him having problems in Parties he intends to adopt as a platform has also failed.
Him collecting money from party members in NDC has failed and the most painful one to you is he still commands a whole lot of follwership more than you have ever imagined despite the lies, propaganda you and your cohorts have been using to decimate his chracter of integrity
This will not and never be your last wail of pains This is the usual Obidient escape route: when substance becomes uncomfortable, switch to emotion, mythology, and personal drama. You did not answer a single issue. You only sang hymns about “man of integrity,” “wail of pain,” and “followership.” But followership is not innocence, and noise is not evidence. A politician is not examined only by whether you can find dirt in the mud; he is examined by judgment, structure, consistency, leadership, and capacity. That is exactly where the real questions on Obi remain. You say every point has “failed,” yet you offer no facts to disprove any of them. You only repeat that he has followers. But a crowd is not a certificate of fitness. Many people can admire a man and still be wrong about his readiness. There is a proverb: the child who says his mother is the best cook must still allow others taste the soup. Praise is not proof. So let us be clear: I am not wailing, and I am not searching for mud. I am examining a candidate. If you want to defend him, answer the points one by one. If all you can bring is poetry about pain and propaganda, then you have only confirmed the problem: more devotion than debate, more worship than argument. |

Backup your allegations with data. Peter Obi is on top of the polls and you’re here talking about political weakness. Isn’t that imaginative psychosis?

The problem here is your state of mind and emotions running wild and making things up. PO is not the problem.
It’s not my job to help you make a valid point, that’s why I won’t be defending anything. There’s nothing to defend. Prove your point first other than what you feel. Go back and do more research and come up with something sensible if you can. Your response proves the exact point. Peter Obi is not a private citizen being bullied in a beer parlour. He is a man asking over 200 million Nigerians to hand him the presidency. That automatically makes his words, strategy, contradictions, alliances, and political judgment legitimate subjects of scrutiny. You say I have not identified weakness. I have. His weakness is not that he talks. His weakness is that he often creates avoidable political controversies that shift attention from national issues to explanations, clarifications, emotional defence and personality worship. That is what I call the Unforced Error Syndrome. A serious presidential contender must understand that politics is not only about being morally right in your own eyes. It is also about message discipline, coalition management, institutional stability, and strategic consistency. You say he is “on top of the polls.” Fine. But online polls on social media do not govern countries. Structures do. Parties do. Electoral spread does. Alliances do. Discipline does. In 2023, noise did not become victory. Passion did not become power. And please, stop calling scrutiny “hate.” That is intellectual laziness. If Tinubu, Atiku, Wike, El-Rufai or any other politician can be criticised, Peter Obi is not a political deity. He is not immune from examination simply because his followers are emotionally invested in him. Democracy is not worship. If he wants the highest office in the land, he must survive the highest level of questioning. |

dokyOloye: Obi or nothing is the language That is exactly the problem. “Obi or nothing” is not politics; it is political fanaticism. Democracy is about choice, comparison, persuasion, and alternatives — not the childish language of worship or collapse. A serious voter asks, “What is the plan, what is the structure, what is the capacity?” A blind loyalist says, “My man or nothing.” There is a proverb: the child who says it is only his mother that can cook will soon learn hunger when she travels. Nigeria is too serious for that kind of emotional blackmail. |
