I think you people on NL are taking your stupidity too far. There is no favouritism in kidnapping!!! An innocent girl still remains kidnapped! The VP should react and treat the case the same way he would if she was muslim. You people cry everyday that Nigeria is run by ethnic and religious sentiments yet when you see someone who's able to rise above them and basically do his job, you come and take us back to religious favouritism and tribalism. Useless people!!!
How pathetic, I don't need to ask which part of the region you hail from.... That part Where tribal and religious bigotry reigns supreme!!!
Yeah, Oshibanjo has kept quiet and nod his head as his master plays the ethnic and religious tunes. That's why he is a traitor.
By the way, am sure you and people from your region would have set the towns ablaze if it was a Muslim girl held captive by a Christian sect while Christian girls were released
These are some of the reasons why we say your region has caused more harm than good to the nation.
O ye Violent and wicked breeds.

Lol. You definitely watched wrestling in the early 80's.
You forgot Johnny Powers, Bulldog, Eric the Red, the Mungos, Steve Ken, Park Sung.
Lol.

And talk about Rick F!air, that dude was usually annoying and when you will expect him to lose, he will spring a surprise and win. He hardly loses.

By the way, that was when wrestling was real - IWF, NWA, WWW and WWF.
Not WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) that wrestliers act the scripts.
I stopped watching wrestling when it became WWE.

Depending on which side their bread is buttered, some Nigerians like this OP are willing to cook up and foist narratives that will perpetuate their selfish interest.
Many Nigerians are no more gullible. They have realised who the Real Traitor is, and they are hoing to ensure they reverse the mistake they made in 2015. Little wonder they are trying to acquire and secure their PVCs.
Just so the OP be reminded, when an assumed honest man aligns himself with Liars, he is nothing far from a Liar. When an innocent man is caught in the midst of armed robbers, he gets the same treatment as the robbers. When a man choose to dine with wolves, he is a wolf.
We are waiting for him to come seek votes for his APC in 2019.
We will let him know he is only in APC to service his personal interest and not the interest of the people that gave him votes.
We don't need him.

The wrath of God is waiting to befall anyone that will enter any church to canvass for votes for him and APC in 2019
The Church that told its Congregation to vote for Oshibanjo APC in 2015 is yet to ask Oshibanjo why his govt negotiated for the release of kidnapped Muslim Dapchi girls and not the Christian girl.
And he Oshibanjo has not said anything about that. All he does is to tell us what we already know about PDP instead focusing on doing what PDP failed to do.
He is a real disgrace to the Christian fold.
The God of the Christian will ensure he and his party fails in 2019 to vindicate His people.
And may God reject any man of God ( Or is it god of men?) that will canvass for votes for APC.

If you see Boko Haram, you will run knowing that your LIFE IS IN DANGER.

if you see Herdsmen, you will be careful and watch at a distance knowing your LIFE CAN BE IN DANGER.

If you see the Military, you might think you are safe and lose your guard, not knowing that YOUR LIFE HAS ALREADY BEEN SOLD OUT TO BOTH HERDSMEN AND BOKO HARAM THRU BACKDOOR. Their presence is to take you to the slaughter house.

I do not fancy Dino Melaye and his bravado, but if this story is true, then Nigerians need to be very worried by the way the present govt is trying to clamp down on opposition and gag the press, all in the bid to stay in power. Let us be reminded that , in any country members of the opposition are mainly those in the Senate. And with the way opposition in the senate are being hounded, if the govt succeeds and per adventure wins 2019, this govt will compel its loyalists to amend the constitution to allow for a third term. And there won't be a Dino Melaye and his likes no oppose that. God help Nigeria.

And what do Nigerians expect when they all kept quiet as Buhari strategically dished out all the Top Military positions to Fulani and defied federal character status and national balance.
The Herdsmen are killing nationwide, and all the President does is visit the communities herdsmen attacked and tell them to accommodate the Herdsmen, but does nothing to condemn or arrest the killers. As if the fulani herdsmen are being protected.
This is why many are crying that there is ethnic cleaning.
Buhari is the biggest problem Nigeria has presently.

Politics › Re: Dapchigirls: We Feel Betrayed By Nigerian Govt- Father Of School Girl Killed by CharleyBright(m): 9:33am On Mar 24, 2018
Yes you are right to feel betrayed, and the real culprtt is Vice President Osinbajo.
The govt said they negotiated with Boko Haram for the release of the Dapchi girls, then how on earth did they accept the terms and conditions that all the Muslim girls with be released except the only one Christian girlhuh
And vice president Osibanjo who is a Christian pastor was a party to that deal? Or is it that he doesn't know about when the deal was agreed?
And he is telling us to applaud the govt for abandoning the Christian girl in the hands of Boko Haram?
The FG should have insisted on the release of ALL the girls or they keep them all.
Sane and well meaning Nigerians don't give a damn about the over 100 Dapchi girls released. The girl that matters most is the girl still in the hands of Boko Haram. She is the real victim because of the faith. And it is seemingly so too that the FG abandoned her for the same reason.
And that is totally unacceptable!!!

The American govt that I know will deploy all it's resource to ensure that that single is released unharmed no matter what.
But my heart bleeds, because as much as it hurts to say it, the truth remains that the girl still remaining in the hands of Boko Haram will be returned either dead or badly raped because she stood strongly for her faith... And the FG will do nothing about it.
It is most unfortunate.
Politics › Re: Fani Kayode's Sponsored Attack On Osinbajo: Hypocrisy Taken Too Far by CharleyBright(m):
Wada3:
In recent times, the known sponsored blackmailers like Femi Fani Kayode, Reno Omokri, Abimbola Adelakun, Akin Osuntokun and Ayo Adebanjo seems to have gotten another contract from their corrupt cronies who are not happy with the ongoing anti-corruption crusade, to continually malign the personality of the Vice President.

These evil incarnates from my careful observation so far have chosen religion and ethnicity as their instruments with concocted falsehood against our own amiable Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo. An attempt that has always exposed their evil agenda to the populace.
As a young man who is passionately interested in the growth, progress and development of this country, I have taken it upon myself to be a guide to some few people who may not know the antecedents of Fani Kayode and other agents of doom mentioned above whose life depends largely on falsehood.

Fani Kayode's garrulousness, falsehood fabrications and even his negative life style does not come as a surprise to the Yoruba nation, because, it is hereditary, his father's betrayal of late Obafemi Awolowo was a testimony to that.

There is a Yoruba proverb that says "if the king sends you on an errand, use your sense". It is obvious Fani is not guided by his normal sense. No matter how much Fani Kayode might have gotten from his sponsors, he should have known that the integrity of Professor Yemi Osinbajo is of God and can never be dented by any devil incarnate. He should have known from his confrontation with his partner in crime, Reno Omokri that what God told us in Psalm 105:15 played out and that is just the beginning.

After reading through Fani Kayode's latest malevolent and disrespectful comments on an online Newspaper, Daily Posts about a girl yet to be released by Boko Haram on the account that he did not denounce his religion.

Can someone remind Femi Fani Kayode that Boko Haram was the legacy of his party? Or is it that Fani Kayode has forgotten that the funds meant for arms to fight Boko Haram which is popularly known today as Dasukigate was corruptly shared by the government he was part of, which later strengthen the insurgents? Or was Fani Kayode not aware that more than 80% of the kidnapped Chibock girls under their watch were Christians? Or is it that the quest for financial gain has affected his thinking faculty to the extent that he could not remember that the same Osibanjo he is putting all energy to malign is in the government that have rescued many Chibock Christian girls?
With all the above questions begging for answers, would it not be right for me to say the excess of intake of white powder may have been responsible for Fani Kayode's hypocrisy?

On the Dapchi girl to be released, the President indeed expressed serious concern over her ordeal.
In the State House Press release, President Buhari said Leah Sharibu will not be abandoned he is as committed to d freedom of the only Dapchi schoolgirl still in captivity as he was to the girls' freedom when all 110 were in the captivity of Boko Haram terrorist.

He said his administration will not relent in efforts to bring Leah Sharibu safely back home to her parents as it has done for the other girls after she was held back by the terrorists over her decision, as reported, not to convert from Christianity to Islam.

The President said he is fully conscious of his duty under the constitution to protect all Nigerians, irrespective of faith, ethnic background or geopolitical location and will not shirk in this responsibility.

The President also made it clear that he is equally mindful of the fact that true followers of Islam all over the world respect the injunction that there is no compulsion in religion.
To this effect, no one nor group can impose its religion on another.

He said his heart goes out to the isolated parents who must watch others rejoice while their own daughter is still away.

The lone Dapchi girl, Leah, will not be abandoned.

Furthermore, those sponsoring Fani Kayode should know that the well meaning Nigerians are fully with the Vice President and by extension the President. Never again will the Yoruba allow him to replicate what his father did to Awolowo.

Finally, Fani kayode should be ashamed of himself and stop making public comments as history does not speak well of his lineage. Maybe he expected Professor Yemi Osinbajo to have betrayed President Buhari during his medical vacation in UK, the way his father betrayed Awolowo.

God bless Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Yahaya Wada
Yahaya Wada ( Or whatever you call hourself)
On radio, social media etc, I know you too well as a hypocritical staunch ( and paid) supporter of Buhari and anything he says or do. Anything Buhari is perfect for you ( be it right or wrong)
Good to know you also decided to speak in defence of the Vice President Oshibanjo.
But I dare say you so speak because it borders around the warp govt of your infallible idol - Buhari.
Am not a fan of FFK and some of his rants, but on the case of the Dapchi girls Abracadabra, I dare say FFK makes some little sense.
I am almost certain you are a Muslim. And you are not bothered about the religious taint of the release of the Dapchi girl. Am not sure you will be writing a hypocritical epistle as u did if it was a Christian sect that abducted some girls and decided to release all the Christian girls except the only Muslim girl amongst them. Think well and let your conscience prick your judgement.
There is so much Religious and tribal injustice in this country. And it has become too glaring under this govt.
Just so you may know, any sane govt wouldn't accept the condition of release Boko Haram gave. It is unacceptable that all the girls except one be release on the basis that she is a Christian.
The US wouldn't accept that. You either release them all, or you keep them all !!
For many right thinking Nigerians, we don't give a damn about the over 100 girls released, the Very One girl still out there is the REAL Victim and she is the most important of them all.
And if FFK seemingly berates Osibanjo who is a Christian pastor for being party to accepting such terms and conditions of release of Dapchi girls, then for once I stand with FFK on this.
Oshibanjo has proven to be a hypocritical christian all for political gain. He should enjoy his office while it last. We will be waiting for him when he comes to Churches to campaign for votes for APC. Christians will not stand and watch as we are used as pawns in some illusive tradeoff.
We don't need an Osibanjo in govt to save and get the girl release.
God will keep and protect Leah- the Dapchi girl in BOko Haram captivity.

Well, you cant blame outsiders living in the North outrightly. Situations and circumstances beyond your control can land you there almost permanently. (Job, marriage, practice, business etc)

NYSC took me to KANO and i lived in KANO for 4years after my NYSC, and I very well know the way they are very volatile about trivial religious matters. I survived 3deadly seperate riots of which thousand of Christians were murdered in cold blood all for nothing that had to do with them. I witnessed a riot and killings because Nigeria hosted Miss World Pegeant. I was almost killed in another riot and killings because US invaded Libya. In these trivial issues that had nothing tomdo with religion, the KANO mobs went into the streets and murdered Christians that knew nothing about Libya or Miss World.
There are Yoruba, Igbo and lots of Southerners living in KANO who have lived and did business there for decades. Even when they know how unsafe it can be when things get sour, they don't have choice but to stay on hoping God will keep them safe. It is a dangerous place to be when things gets nasty, but they have the mindset that they can always run to a safe haven ( Sabongari) where many southerners reside). Sometimes, many are got killed before they make it to Sabongari.
I survived those deadly years and was lucky I left alive when I did. I don't blame others that stay live there. You may not understand them.
