UNDFTD:
Let me start by saying that I am NEVER an advocate for or a lover of anything UK. I abhor and detest the UK and it's one country that I would NOT visit even if paid to. However, I am disappointed with the writer of this article. The writer is of the opinion that the good life is only based on materialistic things one can afford. But he forgets to realize that the quality of life encompasses many more including having access to good education, clean water, electricity, healthcare, and security of life and property. So, to focus only on things that money can buy as reason to advise Nigerians to NOT go to UK while forgetting others things that make life worth living really misses the point.
Exactly my brother.

sukkot:
There used to be a time wheN the UK was very sweet. i would not even lie to you and that era was the pre- internet days. you see the beauty of the UK back theN was that

1 The world was not yet commercialized. it was strictly about culture and fun aNd having a great time. nobody was worried about money or making lots of it because everything was cheap. and also back in those days you could find like five of us naija guys sharing a flat and it was just fun and party all throughout and like all of us were british citizens back then ( yeah those who used to come pre-internet were mostly british citizens ) so we used to get all kinds of benefits so we didnt really have bills lol. just party life

2 Also what made the UK sweet back then was because there was no internet to tell you what it looked like, so you enjoyed it so much more because its like you are stepping into a world that you have never experienced before. there were no pictures of what to expect and so it wasnt cheapened ( no see finish ). it was all a mystery. now everything is on the internet

3 The caliber of naijas in the uk back then was quality guys and girls. now na every tom dick and harry oooo lol

4 Also the fact that the nigerian market was not open back then and so there was no uk goods in naija and so when we went to naija with our uk clothes everyone looked at us like celebrities. like peoppple would be admiring your uk baffs. of course today there is even no need to go to the uk because everything in the uk can be bought in nigeria now so that aspect of it has also being cheapened. like there are levis and nikes and every shop in the uk in any mall in naija now. like you can be in naija and baff better than someone in the uk now. and so there is no need to go to the uk again. Just buy your baffs in naija and flex

5 Like i said earlier the uk was not commercialized heavily back then but now its all about money. now they can even tax you for the air you breath if they can get away with it. its like the fun has been sucked out of the country and it is now all about survival

6 It has become overpopulated by immigrants from all over the world. its like that unique britishness has being lost.

AND SO BROTHER THE UK WAS ONCE A SWEET PLACE BUT ITS NOW A SHITTY PLACE. LOL. I NEED TO TURN THIS INTO A THREAD LOL AND SO TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION BRO THERE IS NO POINT IN BEING IN THE UK AGAIN IF YOU CAN FIGURE OUT HOW TO LIVE WELL IN NAIJA BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS IN NAIJA. EVERYTHING THAT IS IN THE UK IS IN NAIJA EVEN KFC AND DOMINOS AND NIKE AND APPLE AND POSCHE AND SKETCHERS ETC ETC ETC . SO IF YOU CAN DEVISE A WAY TO EARN POUNDS IN NAIJA, ITS THE PLACE TO BE
Well thanks for speaking for yourself, For me and my family we dont mind experiencing what life has got to offer in the united kingdom.

Please try and refund their money with immediate alacrity and get some peace of mind, remember we are in nigeria, if they were able to get your contact to request your services, it shouldn't be too difficult for such people to trace you either.

We all have to be extra careful these days regarding our safety in nigeria.

If Messi, Neymar and Mbappe are in their elements, as well as would cooperate with each other, then I see PSG winning the tie. A Bayern without Lewandowski should only scare teams like Barca and the Serie A teams. I pray the three Musketeers are available. Kimmich is good, but Verrati learnt the midfield trade better. The only problem is PSG's defence. Ramos, Marquinhos and Kimpembe are all world-class. I wonder why they won't stop conceding.
You have a point, they have to put their egos aside for the benefit of the team if they are to excel in the champions league, it baffles me when i dont get to watch players like Marco verrati because of the league he plays in.

On them still conceding, i believe it has more to do with the formation being used by christophe galtier since he came on board, he always goes with three at the back.

One team in this season's Uefa champions league who I believe will be one of the teams to watch out for is Roger Schmidt's benfica, topping a group with both PSG and JUVENTUS was no mean fit, it was not a fluke that they won in turin either.

Club Brugge have their work cut out in trying to stop them over two legs.

So far as it is against this lineup, PSG should do well.
Players like muller, leroy sane, gnabry, alphonso davies, manuel neuer and Leon goretzka are all missing from this your line up.

Unfortunately for psg, the world does not revolve around Kylianne Mbappe, neymar and messi alone, because thats whats playing out in paris with their constant disagreement and having camps in the team, breeding disunity in the process.

These bayern players bring their A game to these big games, they play as a team, Joshua kimmich is another technically gifted footballer i admire alot, he does his job effortlessly allowing others take the praises.

SportsRe: UEFA Champions League 2021/2022 Round Of 16 Draw by Charly500(m):
PSG will not be happy with this draw, they would have loved to avoid the german champions bayern, but for you to win the competition you have to beat the best.

Madrid and liverpool is certainly an interesting tie, the english side is not the same as previous seasons, they have a certain manner of unpredictably about them this season, as you dont know what you will get with this liverpool side. With that being said, they face an uphill task in trying to beat Real Madrid over two legs, i seriously doubt if it is going to be possible.

Goodevening to my NPOWER People,

Please my younger brother who is still waiting for deployment under the Batch C Stream 2, called me this evening to inform me that a lady from NPOWER called him to ask him where he would like to be deployed to, and also asked him if he is still interested in the program. Since it was via phone call he responded by telling her he will get back to her, because he knew about Batch C Stream 1 procedures.

Am wondering after all the stress in registration and luck of being selected why on earth she will feel such a person wont be interested.

To be honest, their staff at Npower are not to be trusted either, something fishy is going on, because Batch C Stream 1 never witnessed such during the duration of their program.

Has anyone had this experience please share? thanks

Na now work start for Potter...

He thought he was doing well because of fluke unbeaten run! He never see anything!

That team is an eye sore.
My younger brother a chelsea fan was telling me that bringing someone like sterling that gets 20 chances 15 off target and 4 off the post and manages to score only one will not help matters this season, even the german harvetz is not consistent either.

To be honest, If i was graham potter i wont have left brighton, see wetin them do chelsea today.

The guy had a really good squad chemistry there.

Compete??! For what exactly??!

You mean they are not ready to fight for 5th or 6th position! Cos I'm pretty sure they aren't really competing for anything else! tongue
To even qualify for the champions league will be a miracle this season if care is not taken.
SportsRe: Chelsea Score 2 Own Goals For The First Time In A Premier League Game by Charly500(m): 5:14pm On Oct 29, 2022
On a very bad day such happens and besides chelsea are not fully prepared to compete this season in the premier league, so these type of results are to be expected.

my August Stipend landed this morning by 11.09am gtbank Edo State.

N360,000 well spent, Buhari and Aunty sadiya thanks alot for this program, that not withstanding, am still obedient.

So many tried but were not selected, am grateful to God that I was part of the program and benefitted immensely since september last year.

I was able to learn one essential lesson throughout the program, which is that even though their payment was riddled with several anomalies, N30,000 was not too small in this Buhari Led Administration.

My Shout out goes out to Comrade Ezenwa the minister of npower matters, you were amazing.

Social Justice kudos to you also and all my Npower people.
