GoTV and DSTV are both from multichoice

Why all d noise? This is usual stuff in most FGCs. I attended fgc ilorin and it happened a lot although mostly btw ss3 boys and ss2 boys

I feel like crying when i hear people speak as if the north is homogenous out of ignorance. It has thrice as many tribes as the south and most of these non hausa-fulani tribes are mainly christian.

Most schools have accreditation probs in medicine. My school(ABU) couldn't even admit for med this yr and about half of 200level students may be asked to withdraw despite passing exams. The schools admit too many students. It's not even about corruption in admission, most students are qualified, but the training capacities of the schs are weak due to the lack of facilities. Unilorin seems to have partially overcome some of these problem, though. It's surprising people dont regard schs in d north much but the fact that schs like abu, buk, unimaid, udu didn't make that list suggests uni edu quality may be higher in the north.

@stevetboy, i'm not saying there's no irregularity, but it's even worse in other places. I wuz a student of unilorin till dis semester, so i know what i'm sayin. U might be 4rm d same state wiv some1, ur score may be higher than his, bt there are abt 3 pple wiv higher scores 4rm ur local govt & and he's d highest 4rm his local govt. They'll have to admit d other guy b4 considering u. There a lot of technicalities dt students don't understand. Just PRAY lyk i said. I didn't know anybody!

@all, people tell diff stories and tales but i can tell u i wuz admitted into medicine without knowing even a fly dt 'll help me. I can say confidently dt ABU is one of d most accommodating skuls in 9ja. U'll neva see a larger percentage of non-indigenes in any other skul. Yoruba is spoken freely around. Forget any lies pple have told u and pray to God. He'll surely make a way.

@all, news is not in skul lyk dat 4 us who don't know our way around(i.e freshers) but i hrd 4rm a frnd dt NUC gave them permission to release only 162 names. I don't know o, bt dat's what i hrd. Sorry guys, i apologise 4 ma absence although i wasn't posting regularly right 4rm tym. I'm not giving excuses. I'm very sorry.

Guys, look towards Ghana. Honestly, most ghanaian films are like nigerian films i.e similar cultures and lot of nigerian personnel involved in prod. But there are some u MUST WATCH & are full of quality.
1. Any film produced by Shirley Frimpong-Manso of Sparrow Prod. eg LIFE AND LIVING IT, PERFECT PICTURE, SCORNED, A STING IN A TALE, CHECKMATE & her latest 6 HOURS TO CHRISTMAS(starring Chris Attoh & Damilola Adegbite of TINSEL fame).
2. Any film by Leila Djansi of Turning Point Pictures. She's got hollywood experience. Films like TULIPS, I SING OF A WELL & her latest SINKING SANDS(starring Jimmy Jean-Louis & Ama K. Ababrese).
3. Other films like TRINITY, THE BEAST, LOVE BREWED IN AN AFRICAN POT(a classic), AMA GHANA(in ashanti) and some more.
I can recommend these films to anyone from anywhere in the world!
