A cadaver is always the best, anywhere in the world. No virtual reality can replace actual dissection. Even if they use VR for gross anatomy, what of morbid anatomy where actually diseased organs need to be examined.
Make no mistake, virtual reality is only a back up for cadavers even abroad.

You're right. I just found out. UN staff are exempt from income tax in most countries. This adversity stance the Borno govt is taking against INGOs will backfire terribly if they're not careful.

Young man! Staff are meant to pay income tax to the country where they reside. If you reside in the UK or US - You pay income tax irrespective of whether you are working in a charity organization or not. Everyone must pay income tax. No one is exempted not even the president.

It's unbelievable that the HR and Finance/Compliance departments of all the 7 UN organisations are not remitting tax of their staff. Totally unbelievable.

INGOs in Nigeria take extra to make sure that all statutory deductions like tax, NHF, pension as well as welfare benefits like health insurance are properly paid. So now imagine a whole UN with the best compliance, finance and HR departments not doing that. Very very unlikely.

There's just more to it. The state government has been increasingly hostile to NGOs recently for reasons best known to them. The federal government needs to get involved before Borno state government will cause problems for Nigeria in securing humanitarian aid going forward.

There are two problems here.

1. Nigerians don't know what "natural death" means in medicine. Death from sickness is also natural death. All the pathologists (senior and credible people) including the pathologist representing the family agreed he died of sickness (Sepsis).

2. The parents are being too emotional. Where was all this seriousness when the boy was sick. Why were they treating a boy this sick at home in Warri. They didn't take him to be admitted in a hospital till he was almost dead. They were simply negligent. No parent can be excused for keeping a very sick child at home let alone very educated rich parents like those of Sylvester.

RIP to the boy but anyone using common sense and not emotion knows most of the blame has to go to the parents.

It's a very safe place if you're in Maid city proper, just make sure you travel by flights or travel by road carefully when going outside the state. Borno State is so heavily-dependent on humanitarian resources and labour that if INGOs pull out today, the whole state would collapse. Even with the presence of medical INGOs offering free healthcare for instance, health indices in the state are still terribly low and many children die of malnutrition and other very preventable causes. Now imagine they all leave with their Nigerian and international staff, is it the less than 20 active hospitals in the state that will take care of them? Even if they have the capacity (which they can't have in the next 10 years), how will the people afford it?

The problem with the resettlements is that there's no sustainable livelihood, no economic activities, little government presence, no ease of movement and of course little assurance of security. Of course, they'll fail to take and the people will want to return to the IDP camps, mostly in Maiduguri city.

However, this is a governor who is more concerned about optics and his appearance in the media rather than tackling the real issues with the huge funding he's getting. He enjoys so much goodwill from his people and it's just sad that his achievements haven't matched that.

You don't get any retinoid without a doctor's prescription, especially if you're a woman. Unless you don't value your fertility.

Start using Tretinoin (Retin A) at nighttime. Start with the lowest dose: 0.05% and use only a pea-sized amount on your whole face. In the mornings/before you head out, use an SPF or a face moisturizer with an SPF of at least 30.

Never ever give this advice to a lady again. Leave the prescription of retinoids to doctors. There are serious implications on fertility and only a doctor should do the risk-benefit analysis before prescribing. If you're also using it without prescription, see a doctor immediately.

Kidney dx is a 20yr old is highly atypical plus if it was Kidney dx I'm sure they'd have gotten a diagnosis by now since she's saying they've been through multiple investigations.

Chronic glomerulonephritis
Renal artery stenosis
Renal agenesis

These are just a few of the things that can cause Chronic kidney disease in young people. But just as you said, they should look for other causes. They need to go to a real hospital.

First of all, you both need to calm down. The real problem here is that you're unnecessarily worried. Like people have suggested above, it's quite common.
So you can try to be less vigorous during sex to see if it will reduce.
If it persists, a combination of medication (to be taken before sex) and talk therapy can be recommended in the hospital to take care of it.
Both of you will be fine, don't worry.
