No one took the time to study or extract meaning from the 8-9 page court document I provided which shows me that nothing that I can provide will be accepted so instead, I will allow exactly what is happening now to take its course. Yet the print lifted from the KEY PAD was a fingerprint from the pointer finger, one that a person uses to type in a code. The print lifted from the doorknob is a partial HAND print.

If I did do it, I feel, upon seeing the evidences or merely thinking forensic research would be conducted, I'd plead guilty to lessen the burden of the law.

Do you know where it would hurt me? If I didn't do it yet sb is saying I did. It would hurt me more if some insider who I shook hands with extracted my prints and gave as evidence...and the whole world now concentrates on those facts.

It is not them to blame. It is what they saw.

But if I told them I wasn't the one? What if I requested footage to show I was never there at that particular time? The maxim nemo iudex in sua causa will so limit me because it seems I am the only one who knows my innocence. After all, I cannot be a judge in my own case.

It would hurt me more if some people who could help don't really want to examine my facts but are keen on just checking the facts provided by the court. Remember, in law, facts may be wrong or right.


In another case, I have seen a jury say a dismembered human hand that was clearly visible to everyone was a monkey's limb.

I have also seen a case where evidences point to the accused that he doesn't know what else to say because all he got was himself who knew he didn't do it.

A bribed forensic expert can make it look like me. But if I didn't, with perseverance not minding what people say, I would yearn to prove my innocence right...even if it will take years..yeah? How would I feel when sb who is believing just the facts from the implicating party strongly thinks I should be jailed when they could help see my facts first? Answers : Yes the attacker could have changed into something else however what I am fighting for is the video that showed the attacker in khaki short.

I can prove 2 footage does exist but the prosecutor only released one footage and that was the footage that showed me, so where is the second footage that showed the man in khaki short..... The complex has 4 different cameras at different locations

He claims that there exists another cctv footage of him in a different location with a different attire at the time of the crime. He also claimed that there’s a proof that he was on a phone call with his doctor when the crime was going on and that he will forward these evidences to Chatinent.

The thing is, if such evidences exist how come they weren’t tendered in the court? And until those evidences are posted here I’m afraid your observations is the most likely thing that happened.

According to the records provided here by chatinent, there a few striking facts to this case. And these facts raise a lot of questions.... I think this case was easy for the investigators to solve

-The rapist had access to the complex, as he was seen on CCTV punching access codes on the door knob

- this access door leads to the laundry in the complex

- the rapist arrived to the complex in a car with a distinct tag

- the rapist had an “African” accent.

Is it possible that the rapist accessed the laundry to change clothes?
Did the car the defendant (Powerhouse5050) used that night have a distinct tag?
Did the defendant admit to this crime ?
Did the victim identify the defendant as the rapist?

He received a jury trial. In addition to everything else, he was found guilty by a jury of his peers. The JURY convicted him. The judge’s job was to sentence him if the JURY found him guilty or FREE HIM if the jury found him not guilty. That is what you all aren’t understanding.
