somehow: Are you really asking this question in the 21st century?
Just type it inside Google! Thank you. The way some people respond makes me feel they aren't updated. There have been similar cases like this where with time, and advancement in medical sciences, sb who was jailed where the DNA claimed to say there were the culprit was WRONG! |

ClixMaster: Oga please, follow the case objectively. Interpol cleared him of any crime. Who are you to assume he is a criminal? My point exactly. Why was the police looking for any means to label him a criminal finding pass criminal charges they never found even when Interpol cleared him? What role did the SUV they buttered on have on this case now? Because they actually stopped him for it...and it was a basis for his arrest...even if we know it had no correlation with the rape case. The Court never heard the DNA weren't his! Were they looking for a room to attach him to the rape case? Who are they trying to cover? |

" Here is what police had to say...... Since Mr Bah has been in custody he has made numerous phone the the calls to different countries, we believe Mr Bah belong to international criminal organisation"
The Police sent his credentials to Interpol and he returned clean, boss. It was even unlawful to declare him a criminal when no court had then. Why were the police trying to magnet him to previous crimes so they can now have a better vantage to bring in the rape case? |

wirinet: These are irrelevant to the charges. He was not charged for theft, robbery or fraud, he was charged and sentenced for rape and assault of a minor. So I don't see what buying six suvs plus many other things in a space of two month visiting visa has to do with it. It had. The detective, as said, included one of the SUVs he bought to the crime. So if he has just bought those SUVs, how then is his name attached to it? Plus, what has it to do with the case? Since there were detectives, they have already been on the job searching for the culprit. Why did they rope in a newly bought vehicle into the case in the initial stage only to refocus on rape later? Why did they invite Interpol? Interpol results proved negative...what did they do about it? Sth is fishy! I understand he was on a tourist visit to the states...so I felt that was why they stopped him for some checks. How on earth will you stop an SUV and want him to agree to sth? Even if he was the criminal, is it professional to try to compel sb to agree to sth without a warrant, or evidences the car numbers point to him? Could this be a racial sth? Whose tracks are being covered? Times without number, many in the echelons of criminal Justice have been found guilty of fraud in forensics. The FBI have been found guilty too. The US judicial system is not perfect! Judges are not incorruptible! History has proven all this. This debunks the claim above that the US Judicial System is perfect. When there is an interplay of politics in any system, it is bound to fluctuate. What if the details posted online were falsified? Haven't we seen enough of those sorts of falsified evidences around the world...when sometime we know the truth...even in Nigeria? Why can't we look at this critically? If you think he committed the crime, it is fine..but rather than throwing it directly to him, let facts speak. We are all here watching. Let's work with facts. He could have his facts they also didn't tell you. |

ClixMaster: I don't want to know his past records but this his sentencing looks somehow. He may have been accused wrongly and you have locked your heart to only believe the records you obtain from the same people who sentenced him. He challenged you here to show the evidence where signed an affidavit affirming to be the person in cctv video chasing down the victim the court provided, you haven't done that. It's better to stop commenting than spoiling this guy's chance of getting justice(if he is innocent). Please allow her comment. It's the essence of this thread. We are here for justice, right? These are the stepping stones to it. |

1stGenAmerican: You said the key words: AFTER YOU WERE FOUND GUILTY.
Instead of planning to file an appeal, you accepted the guilty verdict and asked to be sent back to Nigeria. Those ARE NOT the actions of an innocent man.
YOU WERE COMFORTABLE AND DID NOT HESITATE TO RAPE THIS CHILD BECAUSE YOU FELT THAT SINCE YOU WERE NOT A CITIZEN AND ON A VISITORS VISA, IF CAUGHT INSTEAD OF HAVING TO STAND TRIAL AND GO TO JAIL, YOU WOULD JUST BE SHIPPED BACK TO NIGERIA. Hi, you mean he said those words in red? I am wondering what mentally stable person will recite such now. |

1stGenAmerican: If you go back to the beginning of the other thread, he told you all that he confessed because he didn’t know better. Now he has changed the story completely and started out this reply saying he was never arrested yet ended it with him being placed under arrest.
This is getting funny because he is clowning you all. How does someone on a VISITORS VISA BUY SIX SUVs CASH and LIVE in an apartment complex? In the US, there is a procedure to making very large purchases with cash and anyone who knows that procedure will see the lie. How does someone on a VISITORS VISA LAWFULLY BUY, REGISTER, AND INSURE A CAR?

PsalmzFraudstar: Since you are good in writing those things, you can organise symposiums, lectures on how to write those things especially chapter 2 literature review and chapter 4, I struggled personally there, I wrote on three phase induction motor speed control using V / f control or frequency control in my thesis; you can charge anything you want there. I would have paid anything for someone to teach me because during my undergraduate project days, my project mate and I were to construct a 1 kilowatt inverter with automatic battery charger with a write up, though I was the one who developed everything theory for us to write and submit, I defended but I was given back by supervisors and interviewers to do correction but I was so distracted and lazy and didn't return the completed work but the inverter and automatic battery charger was very okay but I didn't submit the write up but my mate submitted but I graduated, so that haunted me in my second degree time during my thesis time. I hope you understand why am against people who ain't qualified for something having it and making a mess of their professions? I totally understand you. You are right in every sense. How did you go about it in the second degree? Second, I thought about organising the thing, you know those needing organisers will wear out and ask you to write it for them. What if what we write will serve as a guide? Would it be all okay? |

justwise: I guess that depends on the behaviour of the accused during the investigation and court hearing.
If you lied, frustrated the effort of the court and drag the victim through awful experiences only to plead guilty at the last minute then the judge will come down on you with heavy sentence.
Asking to be sent to Nigeria to serve the jail sentence is another way of saying that you are guilty of the crime. You aren't wrong. |

justwise: I want to ask you though..why was he given such a heavy jail sentence? I mean 3life sentences + 76 years is really over the top. I understand the severity of the offence but why not one life sentence or 76yrs? Nice question. Here were the sentences: • Rape: life. • Simple Battery: a year. • Child molestation: 20 years. • Terrorist threats: five years. • Aggrav sexual battery • False imprisonment: ten years. • Aggrav sodomy. • Aggrav assault. More to that, here is my point: if he pleaded was guilty as postulated by a comment above, why did the judge say he was without remorse? At least, pleading guilty as claimed is one step to being remorseful which should lower the jail term. I understand he might have said some things out of fear and all that, even when he wanted to be deported to serve a jail term here. I do not support those crimes at all! I only want justice served to the right person. Sth to reason on: the attorneys he consulted seem to be fighting on the inconclusive results, and unfair hearing thing. I spoke with him. He strongly says he isn't the one. At least, he wouldn't lie to a lawyer...would he? I also understand perfectly what 1stGenAmerican was saying. I think I really am waiting for the footage he will send which will be a ground for adjudication here when I post. My only care is the harsh sentence. |
