1. His brain is good in development and as well as identifying talents to hold strategic positions for the country's economy and security. For example, Ambode was once his commissioner for finance. He did well as a commissioner and as governor. Same as Fashola who served under him. And in charge of justice, Osinabjo was his attorney general. With him, Lagos was able to legally win the federal govt when they were deprived of state allocations in 2006. Fast forward to present time, gov Sanwoolu that's doing well in Lagos is his protege.
