All Lagos State infrastructure are open for the use of all irrespective of tribe state or ethnic divide. He appointed even Igbos as commissioner during his tenure. There are plenty of non Yorubas in Lagos civil service. All institutions he established are a standing legacy of his administrative skills.
He laid down the template for Lagos to become an auto pilot state driven not by individuals but by institutions.
