The soldier killed a fellow soldier and wounded another but you are here talking so much about civilians. What is the ratio of civilians affected here? 1 is to 2, meaning the number of affected soldiers double that of civilians.

My question now is, do you mean to say PTSD is selective and affects only Americans or saner clime armies alone excluding Nigerian military? Yes indiscipline is in Nigerian army but that does not mean they are immune to PTSD . By the way, there is a thin line separating the two especially if you are not a professional or close to the situation. You will categorize the effect of PTSD to indiscipline.
