The road that EL Rufai takes from Kano to go and visit his BH brothers have been dualised by GEJ. The same for IBADAN-ILORIN. ZARIA-FUNTUA-GUSAU has also undergone construction by GEJ.

Is this really the hallmark of solid governance? Building roads?
