Hello AmeliaT, I am using UBA. The funny thing is that the REJECTED application was done within 48hours, and this was end of April. I then resubmitted this month, May, and up until now, it has not even been reviewed. Cheers! |
Hello AmeliaT, Thanks for your response. Yours have been approved twice this year You must be kidding me!!! Wow!I have done all these (application and upload of required documents), but the bank keeps saying that it is on queue and will be processed... The application has not even been reviewed yet, but they were very quick to reject my initial application because it was submitted more than 14days to my travel date. This is not even the issue of scarcity, at least this is not what they are projecting. This is the issue of the application not yet been reviewed. Cheers! |
Hello Guys, Omo!!! Banks are being extra these days... Please, who has recently had their Form A Application approved (PTA) via the TRMS portal? What is the alternative, well, asides black market... Cheers! |

Hello Everyone! I trust you guys are doing okay. Please has anyone travelled/knows someone who has travelled recently to the US? I need some CLARITY with regards to the PCR test to be done a DAY BEFORE DEPARTURE. What are the recommended testing clinics? I have seen some bad reviews about some testing centers, and it is giving me some anxiety, LOL! I need a trusted clinic, where I can do the test and receive my result promptly, given that departure is the next day... I will appreciate some feedback...Thanks in advance, much appreciated! Cheers!!! |
Can you send link to the telegram? I need a date for April. I have may already. Hello, Kindly go through few pages back, you will find the link. I do not have it saved elsewhere. Cheers! |
Hello Everyone, I know I once came out here to seek advice regarding the IW appointment schedule, and I also came here when I was literally down and out, seeking for an IW date. I feel it is only right that I also come back here to inform y'all that I secured an IW date THIS MORNING for LAGOS, with the HELP of the LAGOS IW TELEGRAM GROUP. Omo!!! The ADMIN and members (the diligent ones, I mean, LOL!) in that group are SUPERB!!! If you need an IW date and you are WILING TO PUT IN THE WORK, I recommend you join the group. PLEASE, the Telegram group is not for lazy people o!! You must be READY to work... Thanks to everyone here who encouraged me when I ran to Nairaland, You guys are AWESOME. May God BLESS and CONTINUALLY open doors for You, Amen!!! Cheers!!! |
Hello flourishing247, Thanks for THIS, much appreciated!!! I have been so stressed, but I reckon tomorrow will be a great day!!! Cheers!! |
Hey CheersToLife Hello ChrisRocks, Thanks for THIS, much appreciated!!! I reckon with time, I will feel much better. The search is mentally tasking, to be honest. Cheers! |
Hello Everyone, I feel so down and discouraged as to the search for IW dates. Please, how long did it take you guys (those that actively searched for dates without paying agents) to get your IW date(s) from the beginning of your search period? Also, I will appreciate more recommendations (agents not included) as to getting an IW date. I am currently in a telegram group, but I need more recommendations. I do not like the feeling of literally putting all my eggs in one basket, it makes me anxious. Kindly help...I need some encouragement today, I feel low jare! Cheers!! |
Please add me to the telegram group for IW appointments dates too. Username - Jul' Thanks Hello, I am not an Admin in the group o! I just used the link as shared here, but I reckon I was searching wrongly initially, hence the difficulty in finding the group on Telegram. Please use the below link. Just paste it in your browser, then open it up using the telegram app. https: //t. me/ +W0ueDT6FqAdkZThk I hope it works for you... Cheers! |
@cheersToLife what is your telegram username? Hello dixja, It is the same...CheersToLife! Cheers! |
Hello flourishing247, Thanks for the response, but the link you sent was not coming up with any page. I have no issues with sticking with rules, but the issue now is, how does one get access into the Telegram group? If the Admin of this Telegram group(s) can kindly respond here as to their willingness to accept new members, that will be nice. At least, this way people quit literally pleading to join the group, without responses with the actual links. Once again, @flourishing247, thanks for your response, much appreciated! UPDATE!!! I just joined one...hope it is the right one! Cheers! |
Dear sappy1981, Thanks for the reassuring words, much appreciated! Okay, PLEASE, anyone with the existing telegram group details should kindly help with it. Putting in the work isn't a problem, once it helps me in achieving my end goal. Abeg, HELP the IW appointment date seekers, the mental stress is no joke. LOL! Cheers! |
flourishing247:Good morning, Please, anyone with updates on the IW slots should kindly relay such here. I have not been able to secure any date, as of yet. The telegram ID is not available when you search, and I am so weary of the telegram group going by some stories here of how people are just yanked off the group for no reason, even after playing their part in searching. It will be so disheartening if that applies to me, to be honest. Anyone with useful information should kindly help those of us yet to secure IW appointments. It even beats my imagination as to why the consulate just releases dates sparingly, forgetting the fact that people have actually cancelled their existing appointments. Cheers! |
Sorry @CheersToLife…lost my sister last week, so I’m still not at my best mood yet (I’ve not been here since morning or so). God bless @HajiaRai for her responses. She was spot on…go ahead and take advantage of the IW window… Oh dear!!! @Dampops, please, you do not need to apologize at all. I figured you were a bit off, going by your response, which was not quite clear (as opposed to how you'd normally respond here). Kindly accept my deepest condolences. There are really no words to make the pain fell less painful, I know this! My prayer is that may God grant you and your entire family the strength to pass through this painful phase, and may He help you all heal appropriately, Amen!!! Once again, please do accept my deepest condolences. Cheers! |
@HajiaRai, Thank you SO MUCH HajiaRai, you are far too kind!!! I sincerely appreciate your CLEAR responses to my queries. @Dampops, Thanks for also initially responding to me, you are always so gracious in your responses, much appreciated! God bless you all! Cheers!!! |
Happy to be of assistance. 1. Yes, dropped off early March and visa renewed. 2. There is no guarantee. You could be lucky to log in when dates are available. To improve your chances, join the Telegram group. That way, you're not checking for dates alone. 3. You can always schedule a new regular interview. Once you cancel your current date, it is almost impossible to get it back. Take time to read previous pages here for loads of helpful info. Hope this helps. Thanks for you response HajiaRai, you are far too kind!!! Congrats on the issuance of your visa also. Before I let you go though (lol), I need more clarity on my No.3 question. What I am actually seeking clarity on is: If I were to cancel and I do not get an IW date immediately, can I log off and maybe, log back on on a later time/date to check if IW dates are available? Or does it automatically mean I have lost out once I do not get an IW date on my first instance of scheduling? I hope my question is clear enough, sometimes typing can be complicated as to relaying ones queries effectively... Thanks once again for being so gracious, much appreciated! Cheers!! |
Anyone who is qualified can apply via IW. The appointment I cancelled to do IW was for 2023. I also know of people who put in their application only after IW started. Hello HajiaRai! I really appreciate your response, you have no idea!!! Like Oliver Twist, kindly help with the below (LOL): 1. Have you dropped off your documents for your IW appointment? 2. If I were to cancel my November 2022 appointment, please, what's the guarantee an IW date will pop up on my calendar? 3. If an IW date doesn't pop up immediately, when I log back on, will I have access to the calendar page? Apologies if my questions are long, I am just in need of some clarification. Thanks once again for your response, much appreciated! Cheers!! |
You seem to qualify. Cancel your assisting interview date and book for IW…you can wait to cancel when you get a IW date… Hello Dampops! Thanks for always being so gracious in responding to people's questions, much appreciated! I am still not very clear, as I will like to know if anyone whose interview was scheduled from November 2022, December 2022...has been able to cancel and schedule an IW appointment. I know those who had their interviews scheduled for Feb- Oct 2022 were emailed by the embassy, and given a go ahead to schedule an IW if they qualify. So basically, I want to know if anyone whose appointment falls outside Feb- Oct 2022 has been successful in cancelling and scheduling an IW appointment. Kindly help clarify, if you know of any such case(s). Cheers! |
Hello Everyone!!! Please, I will appreciate it if you guys can help with this little worry of mine. So, my interview is scheduled for November 2022, but as it stands now, I qualify for the IW because my last issued visa will be 24months in December 2022. I heard that those that their original scheduled interviews fell between FEB- OCT 2022 were sent emails to cancel and reschedule an IW appointment, if they qualify. Please, has anyone whose interview was originally scheduled after October 2022 been able to cancel and book an IW appointment, successfully? I will sincerely appreciate a response because I can't afford to go ahead and cancel without being sure if I am expected to wait for the general email notification from the embassy, to go ahead and cancel if I qualify for the IW process. Thanks in anticipation of your clear responses. Cheers!! |
