It's no bogus research.....The mitochondria here are those of the host cell. Ideally, the mitochondria helps infected cell to auto-destroy themselves by a mechanism called apoptosis. But in HIV infected cells, this ability is impaired hence allowing infected cells to keep on living and multiplying.

Nnamdi Azikiwe University have decided to drop the cut-off mark for the 2013 post UTMe from 200 to 180. Hence, candidates that scored 180 and above can now purchase the post UTME registration forms as from Monday 15, July. The examination dates have also been slightly adjusted. The exams are now scheduled for between 25-27 July 2013.
