Cassava chips are different from cassava pellets.
Stages in cassava chips(about 5-8cm lenght) are:
Cassava root-peeling-washing-chipping/sizing-drying-package(in 50kg bag)
Cassava pellets(2-3cm long):
Cassava chips-remove impurities-grinding/sizing- steaming-pelletizing(with machine)-cooling-sieving- cassava pellet- package.
Pellets r more expensive &rigorous processing dan chips, so limit urself to chips only since it‘s standard for xportatn.

One more thing, make sure you request for bank guarantee if any exporter ask u to bring ur product to lagos.
The purpose of bank guarantee is for you to receive ur payment as soon as ur product arrives in lagos. You can take the risk to bring d product to lagos even without capital.

This price should be FOB which comprises of warehousing, transportatn to lagos, freight forwarder, shipping etc.
Qoute ur price in naira & it should lower dan dis.
You can quote locally in two:
1- Ex-Site: is a term in export biz which means d quoted price is for d product @ site or farm. So buyer pays for loading & transportatn to any where.
2- Ex-Lagos: it means u bring d product to lagos & d buyer pays for it. So price for exlagos should be more than ex site or farm.
So if FOB is $130 then exlagos can be around $80.

You should have used escrow service before making ur payment. Try and contact the company online.

Many companies use this cassava alot and u can start from buyers in Nigeria. Put the pictures on free ads site in nigeria like mocality, tradestable, dealfish etc.
Customers for my pure honey are mainly from nigeria cos exporting edible foods require rigorous lab test and certificates.
Just be consistent and be gud to all prospective customers that will call you. Many are jokers but out of dem can be of help in the long run.

Contact freight forwader & ensure the documentation is done quickly to avoid spending more money for warehousing.
Ensure you containerise the products in warehouse & transport direct from their to d vessel.
What is ur FOB price to Poland?

If you access to any agricultural produce and u don‘t have registered company or license to export you can display ur products of mocality.com, tradestable.com & other websites that offer free ads in nigeria. You can spare urself from agony of coy registratn or license for now.
Many companies or individual can as well pick up ur contact and ask u to supply them.
I used this method for my pure honey and i have been selling to people tru dis.
Try that for now and move on later. My 2 cents!

Groundnut is sold the way it appears, reddish brown or normal brown colour. Log on to alibaba.com and check some of ur competitiors from nigeria. Just copy d info and twist it to suit your purpose.
Don‘t copy&paste cos it will affect visibility of ur displayed products.
To get started just google ‘buy groundnut from nigeria on alibaba‘, and obtain the following info: current FOB/MT price, payment terms, pictures of the products & number of people u r to compete with.
Since u have d source for ur product, just upload ur pix & show its environment to further convince ur buyers.

Solid products are sold in METRIC TONES(MT). 1000kg make up 1 metri ton, so if you are supplying 100MT that is 100,000kg. Always quote ur price in MT @ a particular port such as apapa port or Portharcourt port.
Shipping: make use of FOB(free on board), that is, u r responsible for packaging(50/100kg jute bag), loading into container & onto ship then u hands off.
Payment terms: make sure it is strictly 100% Irrevocable, Confirmed Letter of Credit. The buyer‘s bank relaese ur fund 2ur bank in nigeria as soon as the buyer confirm the products. This is the best payment term so far.
NB: don‘t accept bank transfer, western union or any other payment term except LC.

Register with alibaba first so as to get the internet exposure you needed to show case your wares. More dan 20 prospective buyers will call you but 15 of them would‘ve sent the same message to over 100 exporters to get best price for single product & 4 are likely to be scammers while 1 or none would be ready to buy. In a nutshell there are many jokers & few buyers.
Rule of the game: always request for courier fee if any buyer request for your samples abroad & don‘t be desperate to make money fast or else you will be disappointed.

@ chigorkizz, i don‘t know how to process into chips cos is out of my area. I was with my client (before he travelled out) and his lawyer on PKS, he asked if i can also supply cassava chips in large quantity after our discussion. I promise to see if i can get an exporter on cassava chips and forward to him.
I hope to discuss with him about u as soon as possible. Like i said earlier, his lawyer might be reluctant to work with faceless people without legal backing.

You too dey dull ursef then, is it cassava chips or ordinary? People prefer chip ones than whole cassava. I sent 5Kg of PKS to a buyer(nigerian) in central europe yesterday. The man pleaded with me to work on cassava chips which i told to give me a time.
Even if the man is ready to start the business he wouldn‘t like to work with an exporter without coy name & NEPC license. You will still need to get d sample of cassva chips and forward to me for onward delivery to the buyer. U r not supposed to pay 4 courier.

I thought you are a trained exporter or are you just starting afresh? You need to be familiar with product you want to export such as palm kernel shell, sesame seeds, shea nuts/butter, cassava chips(hot cake), charcoal, groundnut or solid minerals like iron ore, lead, manganese, copper etc. You need to understand some terms like minimum order quantity(MOQ); shipping terms like FOB, CIF; Payment terms like LC, T/T, western union & also packaging of ur product. You need these when you r talking to a buyer.
Log on to alibaba.com and sign up with them as free member for now cos u need up to 500k to become a gold member.

Do you have a registered coy and was ur coy registered with NEPC? If no, then u r not ready for xport biz. You can start as export broker for now or product sourcing agent. You can start by registering your products on alibaba or other B2B websites.

I don‘t know why you are quoting me each time i post my comment. Am not competing with u neither do i have an ebook to sell here. Or are u d same person as d op? It shows u r d person who is nt informed here. All d people i quoted up there used either blogger or wordpress, none of them is even using drupal or joomla.
Internet is not a DAMAGED ATM wher u make money on autopilot. The purpose of blogging is to give urself an internet presence on what u have passion for and d skills u got. If you start a blog purposely to make money, u will be higly disappointed cos people are interested in reading genuine information dat can solve their problem.

Blogging is not an avenue to make fast money either adsense or affiliate marketing. Blogging is about consistency, passion & love for what you are doing. I advised you to start with blogger first and learn how to write original article that will rank ur blog high on google. You may end up regreting if you jump into paid blog like wordpress. Ask onibalusi, linda ikeji, jide of ogbonge, nairacow how they are making it blogging. My 2centz!

I will advise you to just play round with blogger first so that you will understand how wordpress works.
To start with wordpress, do your research on a domain name you need using SEO Quake after which register it @ NameCheap.Com and host it with NameCheap as well. Though u can register with namecheap & host elsewhere if u like. 4get about php, mystql and other codings, ur hosting acct with either namecheap, hostgator or bluehost comes with fantastico deluxe or softaculous script which will install ur wordpress from which u can have full authority on ur design, plugins etc. This is the same way u design ur forum using SMH. Don‘t buy any yeye ebook for dat. Click on facebook page and u hav options on how to create fan page, advertise ur page or creat ads. Google for any picture dat depicts ur product and follow d information on the facebook page. U can decide to target specific countries, states, sexes etc. Better still, google it and u can do it on ur own.
NB: make sure your bid is very low so that u don‘t spend extravagantly.

Am done with paypal for now, it doesn‘t make sense if u hav to send ur money to a 3rd party in us or somewhere b4 withdrawing. It is easier to use my money on fiverr to order for professional jobs for a client than withdrawin to my paypal account. You know how people are desperate to have professional SOP to enhance there selectn for admission abroad? I charge 5k for dis & quickly run to fiverr or other similar sites to get it done with $5 & pocket the rest. Sometime i post some jobs on freelance, guru etc say $10 and get it done on fiverr den submit and collect my change & rinse. This is what i expect u to tell nigerians and solve their problems rather than paypal. Dis is what i termed “fast&smart“ ways to make money online.
