Funny how all these arms scam money entered their hand. I won't be surprised tomorrow same money will enter Ben Murray Bruce's account because of common sense televising, Fayose for criticizing APC and maybe my own account for Facebook posts. I don even dream am b4. Lol. All these reminds me of foreign movies when a citizen knows the ills of the CIA /FG, then the government frames up the guy perfectly, making him a fugitive to the unsuspecting public. This is what I see in this era. |

Politics › 15 Farmers Killed In Fresh Fulani, Agatu Clash by chesterlee(op): 5:17pm On Jan 05, 2016 |
No fewer than 15 Agatu farmers were killed by unidentified Fulani men in the Udeni Ruwa district of Nasarawa State, while five others were drowned as they tried to escape during the clash.
It was learnt that the suspected Fulani herdsmen invaded two settlements in the Udeni Ruwa district on Sunday night, burning down scores of houses in the area.
But the Police Public Relations Officer, Nasarawa State Command, Ismaila Umaru, who confirmed the incident to our correspondent in a telephone interview in Lafia, the state capital, said seven people were killed and scores of houses were burned during the attack.
According to him, the attack on Agatu farmers was a reprisal by the Fulani herdsmen who took their cows for grazing in the area. He said this followed a report that three Fulani herdsmen were missing.
He said, “There was a report that three of the Fulani cattle rearers who took their cows for grazing on Agatu farm got missing, while the corpse of one of the Fulani men was found.”
The police spokesperson, however, added that the command had already deployed its men to the scene of the event to avoid a break down of law and order.
“The command had already sent additional reinforcement of security agents to the area and normalcy had since returned. There was no arrest so far made by the police in the state,” he added.
A source, who did not want his name to be mentioned, said that the invaders who launched an attack on Okpaya, a riverine village, were Fulani herdsmen.
According to the source, the attackers burnt a part of Udeni Ruwa and killed 15 persons. He said five of the victims were from Okpaya and the 10 others were from Udeni Ruwa.
“My brother, it is unfortunate. Fulani people attacked Okpaya and killed five of our people. They burnt down the entire village and attacked some persons in Udeni.
“They killed three people and all of us from Okpaya ran to neighbouring villages. The most annoying part is that a family man lost his wife and three children while they were on their way to Loko, through a boat,” the source lamented.
The source added that the attackers invaded Okpaya village at night around 11pm on Sunday. He said the entire village was razed by the attackers.
Udeni Ruwa district is the boundary between Nasarawa and Benue states.
Following the incident, residents from nearby villages of Ogoboh, Akum, Kpandera, Akpanaja and Amaku are now living in fear.
Already, some have relocated their children and their aged relatives to neighbouring communities. Source: www.punchng.com/15-farmers-killed-in-fresh-fulani-agatu-clash/cc Lalasticlala |

Politics › Shi’ites Protest In Yobe, Demand Release Of El-zakzaky by chesterlee(op): 1:14pm On Jan 05, 2016 |
Members of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria popularly known as Shi’ite followers resident in Gashua, Bade Local Government Area in Yobe state on Monday thronged the streets in protest to demand the immediate release of their leader, Sheikh Ibrahim El-Zakzaky, who was arrested during the Zaria clash. The group members who converged in hundreds at about 10:00am, went on procession in commemoration of the birth of Prophet Muhammad and used the occasion to call on the Federal Government to release their leader without any conditions. The protesters went round some major streets in Gashua town singing songs and carrying photograph of their detained Leader El-Zakzaky while others were carrying placards written ‘free Sheikh Zakzaky’. They expressed their concern over the continued detention of their leader. The procession began from Faudiyya Islamic School along Abdullahi Masaba Street, moved to Alhaji Salele street, Sabon Gari Gashua and terminated at old NEPA. The Leader of the Islamic Movement in Gashua town, Abdullahi Bin Saidu, explained that celebrating the birth of Prophet Muhammad is an annual event. He said, “We wish to express our sorrow over the continued detention of our leader by the federal government, it is unfair and unfortunate killing of our followers in Zaria city and detention of Sheikh Zakzaky. “We strongly condemn this murder not to us alone but entire Muslims in the World, despite their propaganda on strict adherence to the rule of law and constitution, the constitution mandated every citizen freedom of worship, freedom of speech, freedom of movement without molestation but our blood has continued to flow. “We call on the authorities concerned to immediately release our leader Zakzaky without any conditions, we want the government to know that Zakzaky has many followers over 20 million in Nigeria.” Source: www.dailyindependentnig.com/2016/01/shiites-protest-yobe-demand-release-el-zakzaky/

Rubbish. Kanu must be tried and hanged if found guilty of treason against the Nigerian state. He will surely pay for declaring war on the Yorubas and Hausa/fulanis. Keep using emotional blackmail on here. It won't remove him from DSS dungeon. We warned you lots when he was running his mouth on radio Biafra but you called us cowards. His present predicaments is the results of his so called bravery. His popularity is winding down and all IGBOS are begging to see through his scam. Everyone is moving on and with time he will be forgotten to suffer alone. Nobody individual fights the federal government of any nation and win. Not even ojukwu with his military experience and materials at his disposal could do that. Kanu is paying for his running mouth so quit blaming the Yorubas for his foolishness. That video of him soliciting for Arms will be his final nail in the coffin. He will never walk out of this problem he created. No one is bigger than the country, you can continue to wail. Kanu will be conquered and forgotten.
