Hello fikki, pls I have an issue regarding the medical certificate. Am I required to make photocopies of the medical certificate along with other documents for visa application? Am asking this question because kamorass gave me only one sealed letter addressed to the embassy along with lab report and x Ray sheet. If we're required to make photocopies of the certificate how do I do that since my letter from kamorass is sealed and can't be tempered with.

it is normal for schools to refer you to their agent representatives ...in most cases , you won't pay the normal agent fee that you pay if you had used an agent ab initio ...so I advice you simply go to the agent you were referred to with the referral mail ..You should be good .

Nope you don't require to show any bank statement.

Mostly for postgraduate, the home ties is your current situation. Are you presently employed or doing business ? Include all employment and business evidences including introduction letters.

Also reference letter you used during admission can also be submitted for visa if it is a to whom it may concern, if not try get reference letters.

Thanks for your prompt response, I am employed but I can't obtain leave letter from my employer. In fact a mere mention of that could result to grounds for dismissal. Please how do I address this issue.

Again you talked about reference letter, but my school didn't require it for admission so I don't have it presently. So also, how do I go about that.

Is it advisable to include the mortgage agreement to support the application or not.

Those documents will only strengthen the ability of your dad to be a genuine sponsor.... If he is your sponsor though!
The documents aren't yours and linking it may be difficult. ... except of course you want to do a transfer.

What I am saying is that; your aged parents are much more useful as home ties that any assets that either belongs to you or anyone else!
I have listed factors that are primary ties to you earlier.

Your home tie is directly related to you. Like family and assests. But assests must be in your name alone if they will serve as home tie.

Folaroyal:
For any person that is an applicant... Your strongest ties to your home country remains; your immediate family (spouse and children), immediate-extended (aged parents) and present employment.

Your landed fixed properties, siblings and verifiable investment are secondary ties.

You can't use your father's shares as home ties, since (1) The share certificates does not carries your names.
(2) It can't be use as home ties because shares can be sold out at any point, so the V.O will not believe that the shares you or your father has is a strong asset yo bring you back home.
To tackle family ties, you need very convincing prrofs like Wife, kid(s), Registered business in your name, Housing properties, land properties....
